Solid first time experience I picked up dinner for 2 today. We enjoyed medium wings, lemon pepper wings, honey bbq boneless wings, fries, mozz sticks, and wow sauce. I ordered everything online and ordering was extremely simple. I was even able to use my Venmo account to pay. I received automated texts when my order was submitted and when it was ready. It was actually ready 10 minutes early, which was a bonus. When I went into the store, the cashier was very friendly and helpful. I had questions about the different sauces, since I had never eaten there before. We both really enjoyed the food. The fries were decent and I enjoyed using the wow sauce for dipping. The flavor of both sauces and one rub were very good. I feel like it's hard to find tangy lemon pepper and I really enjoyed this one. The wings had a good cook to them and were nice and crispy. My only small complaint is the bone in wings were very tiny; however, the boneless wings were very large. I feel like I got a decent value for the amount of food and the restaurant was clean. The food is good and the prices are very reasonable. The mediocre rating is for their mobile ordering app. I don't know why they even have one. I've placed five mobile orders over the last four weeks. I've arrived well after the stated pick-up time, and they didn't submit the order to the kitchen until after I went to the register in the store. This has happened all five times. I spoke to the manager, asking what I need to do differently to have the order prepared before I arrive, and he said they dropped the ball on it and should be monitoring the system better. I waited in the store 20 minutes for the last order, even though I arrived 30 minutes after I placed the order. This last visit, I watched what happened. When I said I had a mobile order, the cashier picked up a mobile phone from the counter, checked the Gmail app, and said I'm sorry, I see the email confirming your order and were are going to submit it now. You'll have to wait for it. Again, this is AFTER the pickup time that the order should have already been prepared. Mobile orders are useless at this business. read more

I was told by someone that I work with that it was the place to go for wings!!! So, we go, and the food was awful!!! My partner got garlic par. wings with fries, and I got a blue cheese bacon burger with okra. We got our food, and my okra was burnt, and the grease taste as if it had not been changed. I took my okra back up to the front, and trade for coleslaw. It was not fresh (nasty) My burger also tasted as if the grill had not been cleaned as well. Huge disappointment. The food is okay. A little overpriced in my opinion. The service is just bad. The workers don't seem to care. I brought something to their attention, and they didn't seem to care. I needed unsweetened options for a drink, and they didn't have unsweetened tea available, so I reluctantly had to settle for diet Pepsi. Well, it was only giving me carbonated water. I finally had to settle for water (which is not what I paid for). We placed an order ($60) for delivery through Door Dash. About the time that our order should be delivered we received a message that the order would be delayed because the kitchen was behind and were given the option of cancelling our order or accepting the additional wait time with a store credit of $70.00!!! WOW! Great customer service! However, one of our orders was for 15 bone-in all flats (additional $5.00) with two different sauces. THEY PUT BOTH THE LEMON PEPPER AND THE TERIYAKI WINGS IN THE SAME CONTAINER!!!! Since the original order had been delayed by about 45 minutes, I was starving and in no mood to wait for my order to get fixed so I ate them. Also, since they'd already given us a store credit I really didn't want to complain. So my advice to anyone who orders from there who has 2 or more sauces is to specify that each sauce go into different containers!! Who knew you had to do that! I cannot believe what just happened to. I believe I was discriminated against because I am African American. I first called this location to place an order over the phone at 9:37 pm. The phone went to voice mail so I went inside to place an order. The line was very long but I waited. There was about six people in front of me.... they all either placed an order or picked up an order. I was the last person in line.... when I was next the cashier told me they are closed. I was so shocked and in disbelief I asked what do you mean you close at 10. He began to explain that the employees are quitting because they are getting off work too late and they have to stop taking orders before closing time. I couldn't believe that I had entered the restaurant, stood in line, every other customer order was taken and I was the last person in line and he would not place my order. I even asked him where was the sign that stated orders are not placed after 9:30 pm. Of course he could not show me and he kept saying I am sorry ma'am company protocol. Here is the big kicker..... I asked for his name and he said he was the owner Jae Choi!!!!! He wrote his name on a menu for me ... so clearly he doesn't care about how he discriminated against me. I actually like their food and after this experience I will never go back to this restaurant again. I was embarrassed and disappointed. I did not yell or make a scene.
