Had no idea all these years that there is a restaurant version of the famous food court stall in Aberdeen. By famous I mean deep fried chicken wings. Parking isn't too bad outside of peak hours in the strip mall lot. The place is somewhat beaten up but looks decent. Staff are friendly and quick. Just like the food court location, there is a soup noodle order sheet. Pick the noodles and toppings (lots of options for a nominal fee), as well as any sides. The combo includes a drink (I think they charge extra for cold), as well as a sauce. There are also side dish options. The sheets do not list all the prices, so be sure to check with the actual physical menus to ensure there are no nasty surprises. For the sauce, the one that stood out is brisket sauce. I have not seen this offered anywhere else. Special mention. The soup noodles are pretty decent. However, the portion size is definitely on the small side. Something to keep in mind. However, this is the perfect excuse to load up on their overpriced but oh-so-tasty deep fried chicken wings. The wings are a must have. Probably best to just come by and load up on wings, or maybe have some wings after filling up elsewhere.

Last day in Vancouver. Came here for a quick lunch before fly back home. Lemon tea is good. Fried squid is tasty, chicken wing is really good, Friend tofu is good, I like the texture of it. But the noodles soup is lack of flavor, but the noodles was good.. Overall food is not bad.

Second time here was as good as the first ! Consistent quality. Lemon tea wasn't bad . Not too sweet for extra $2.50. Will continue coming here as long as food quality stays the same and prices don't increase.

Hong Kong style cart noodle shop on Park Rd. Mid-size simple interior. The interior space is larger than I was expecting. Doing okay business during weekend lunch. You order by marking a paper order form, where you customize your bowl of noodles by picking the noodle type, extra sauce, and ingredients. They have about a dozen noodle types, and 30-40 ingredient choices. I tried the hand-cut noodle with beef balls, pork neck meat and fried sausage. The noodle had a decent bite to them, and the pork neck was the best ingredient out of the three. The noodles come with some veggies. Portion is not large, but it's reasonably cheap. They also have appetizers/small dishes like chicken wings. I tried the garlic and pepper wings, and they were good. Overall, a decent choice for an inexpensive bowl of cart noodles.

My actual rating 2.5 The ambience, service and food taste as well as the new location is good. But for me I am not ready to rate WF anything higher than 3! Put it this way, WF emphasize they served HK style cart noodles with variety of choices... that caught my attention! However, I was totally disappointed when I saw the noodle presentation - in a black "PLASTIC" disposable bowl! OMG, in Hong Kong the original cart noodles all used a low end porcelain bowl with a cock design and that's typical! I have no problem with cheap porcelain utensils, but now I paid $10+ for this not so filling flimsy small plastic bowl so called cart-noodles just blown me away... The bottomline is, I don't mind pay extra for good value delicious food, but sorry WoFung, you lost my vote right here..

Awesome place. It does have some taste of Hong Kong cart noodles. The broth was rich and lots of ingredient. Order pork intestine, pork blood jello, fresh squid and daikon, side of curry sauce and a lemon iced tea. Squid was fresh, daikon has lots of flavour and soft, and all other ingredients was marinated or cooked perfectly. Iced flavour was light. However this place is better then the one in the big Chinese mall food court and better then the ones in Toronto. If I am back to BC, will come back for sure.

I finally had the opportunity to try their famous deep fried chicken wings. They came piping hot, so much so that I waited for 10 minutes before I dug in. They were very moist, had a strong garlic flavour, and the size of each wing was quite large. I liked them, but didn't love them as much as other people have described. In terms of deep fried chicken, I still prefer LA Chicken instead.

Really recommend the deep fried chicken wings. They're so crispy but juicy! I ordered the daikon and pork blood with oil noodles. The soup is a little bit too light but still taste fine! I didn't photo the lychee green tea but it is so nice! Not too sweet and icy. I would like to try the deep fried squid very soon!

Ho fun noodles with curry fish balls, beef omasum, sausage, and pork neck. Pork neck was very good!

Pretty good although it's not a typical sit down restaurant so don't expect the best service. Very satisfied with the noodle soup here. Good for a quick meal. The way this place works is you wait for an open seat, then you can order at the front, you pay, they give you a number and they bring the food to you. You choose the type of noodle and then you choose toppings. Each additional one is 75 cents. Unfortunately a drink is not included. I got ho fun noodles with four toppings (I was starving). The curry fish balls were very good. They gave me a lot of beef omasum. The sausage was salty and yummy but they only gave me a small portion. Lastly, the pork neck was amazing. They are deep fried and I got two pieces. If I came again, for sure I would get the pork neck topping again. Overall, I was very happy with my visit. I wish they used real bowls rather than take out ones for sit down meals, though. I have a friend who comes here all the time so I know it's consistent. I think it's perfect for a quick cheap meal and I would definitely go again!

just got back from trying this noodle place... all i can say is the noodles were meh! the broth which is the most important aspect, was so lacking in flavour and essence. felt like it was very watery and flavours were weak. i didnt even finish mine. sure enough it fills you up, but the quality is not there. the toppings were just average. brisket was chewy and not melt in your mouth tender. had a lot of tendons like taiwanese style beef noodles. wonton was good. had shrimp in them. the rest like sausage, beef balls, etc...were all from frozen. what really stood out was the wings! without them, wouldve given 2 stars. the wings were just amazing. perfectly fried and aromatic...chinese 5 spice powder for sure! crispy-licious without much breading, the way fried chicken should be. plus, you get the full wing! no cutting corners! the drum, wings, and tip! all-in! plus factor, drinks here are very reasonable! $2.5 for a large cold milk tea! yeah!!! service is so so! most is self serve like the water and condiments. i would only come back for the wings and drinks! i know way more places for better noodles at about the same price and qty. cheers! happy eating!

My true comfort food is back and boy am I super glad! I love coming here for their noodles and chicken wings! Not sure if they are opened for dine in yet but take out they are for sure! (Pro tip: order online at their website or call in to place the order)! * 2 items ($8), 3items ($9), 4 items ($10). I always get the 2 items with the marinated egg and beef brisket! I like them having extra garlic flakes and onions! Also their beef brisket sauce on the side is the bomb and totally recommend it! * Chicken wings ($5.75/3pcs or $11/6pc or $21/12pcs) this time we got the 6pcs, but usually we get the 12 pcs! The chicken is honestly super delicious. They are crunchy, flavourful, and drool worthy! I love the garlic taste in it, and how juicy the chicken always is! I never had a bad experience with their chicken wings here because it's always super crunchy, juicy, and 100% amazing! * I really love coming here and I recommend you guys to too! It's quick, convenient and it won't break your wallet! * 10/10 - the noodles to the chicken wings are both bomb! I love how customizable it is and how unique you can make it to be! The noodles are always cooked perfectly and +1.50 for a iced lemon tea or HK milk tea! Such a steal! Super delicious! * 8/10 - the noodles are a good price, can't go wrong since it's so customizable. The chicken is a bit more expensive but overall so worth the price to me as it's a staple item you must get each time!

I was looking for a quick and cheap lunch at Richmond, but, I don't like to eat at food court at all. Wo Fung came to mind and just went to check it out. Wo Fung Noodle used to be at Aberdeen Centre food court, but they sold the business to what is now Wu Fung Dessert. Since then, they have moved into this location. We ordered the cart noodles with two toppings. The concept of "cart noodles" is that customers can mix and match their choice of noodles with different toppings. Also, we had their famous deep fried chicken wings and curry fish balls! Of coz, no complain of cheap ingredients! Just a bit thirsty after we finished it.

    Stephy Y.

So they've moved to a new location and no longer on Alexandra road. Thank God! Hated the parking there. I love their hk style milk tea so I usually just pass by to grab a drink and go. This time around I was craving some cart noodles and wanted something hot for the rainy days we've been having. The new place has way more seating and looks a lot nicer. I didn't quite notice any price increase but I did notice more noodle options and the sauce comes on the side. I also noticed you get more noodles than before. We also got the chicken wings and not sure if it's 'cause we ate them last, it wasn't as good as the first time. Overall, service was alright for a chinese establishment. You no longer order and pay at the front. The servers would come and get your order and bring you your bill when ready.

I used to come here often with friends and families for breakfast and wanted to see whether it still tasted just as good. We each got two items from the breakfast combo, A through D. The beef noodle broth is flavorful and the congee definitely comforted my soul. The items listed in D are always a miss. We have tried all items and none of them was delicious. For example, the steamed rice rolls were very doughy. Other times, they were very dry. The items in D sometimes felt like they're frozen dim sum items sold at grocery stores. Service is a hit or miss depending on which server you get. Sometimes you get servers who come and refill tea and provides actual service. Other times, no one comes by at all even when there is no tea in cups, etc.

When I found out they had a location in Empire Centre, we headed there just after they opened at 9:00... and no line?!? We ordered their famous scrambled eggs with fish cutlet and toast, and it definitely lived up to the hype. The eggs were incredibly soft and creamy which was reminiscent of omurice. The fish cutlet was perfectly fried (crispy on the outside and flaky inside) which paired beautifully with the savoury onion sauce. We also had the pineapple bun with satay beef, which was another winner. The sweet, fluffy bun and rich, savoury satay filling were a perfect combination. Salty and sweet! Of course, no Hong Kong café experience is complete without Hong Kong milk tea, and Cha Don's version was excellent... smooth, rich, and exactly what you'd hope for. The portion is pretty big as I was only to eat a bit over half. As for the taste, the minced beef is in a tomato-based sauce. It's HK style so the it's milder than traditional pasta sauce.
