See the pics--Won Ton Soup served to my table in a cardboard cup with a plastic dessert spoon for $16.21. It was actually "potsticker" soup (not Won Ton--there's a difference). The pot stickers are not made in house, as Won Tons usually are, they are a food service product, boiled in chicken stock with other vegetable trimmings added. My soup was scalding hot--had to rest 10 minutes before it was palatable. There was no evidence of salt and pepper in the soup and none on the table. (It's interesting to note that Wok n Roll is a franchise that touts "quick-cooked" fast foods--quick cooking Won Ton Soup is exactly what was wrong with mine!--should be steeped over time.) Other than that, they forgot the diced green onion which is fundamental to Won Ton Soup. Wok n Roll boasts 20+ stores over five countries (principally Caribbean Islands). Their Madison Avenue advertising promotes a big image, but this Wenatchee store is clearly a low budget operation. The furniture is very uncomfortable-- wooden seats on metal frames, and a cost-cutting approach to food preparation and presentation. If they're doing something right, it wasn't evident on this trip. Do not eat here! We ordered delivery. The food we received should have been in the trash. Orange chicken was rock hard overcooked and cold it was awful! The pork eggs were thrown in the trash after we spit out the bite we took we could tell by the horrible taste they were fried in rancid old oil. We ordered the sesame chicken it came with no seasoning or sesame flavor once so ever it too was cold. Crab Rangoon's were basically wonton with burned edges nothing in them . Lastly, the walnut shrimp was the best out of all of them. Still cold but although the sauce was strange it looked odd so we stopped eating it for fear of sickness. We fear that we might get sick by the little bit we ate before we trashed it. read more

Whew, this is seriously bad food. Everything had been sitting in the steam trays way too long and it was just gloppy poorly prepared dreck. I had fried rice (bad) and kung pao chicken (really bad). I took two bites and threw it away. The guy at the counter was pleasant enough. Service was fast because there wasn't a soul in the joint. It was kind of grimy and depressing. This is a run down poorly operated restaurant with lousy food. Hard to believe it can stay open. read more

Ok, I have to preface this entire review is based on the lack of cleanliness of their bathrooms - see pictures. I've eaten here several times and have enjoyed the food. It gets three and a half stars out of five across the board in my book. It's a good alternative to other fast foods and Thai restaurants here in town. Service is marginal. This place used to be so good, with fresh ingredients and good flavor. Not anymore! I had the orange chicken, which managed to be both tough and mushy at the same time with noodles that were dry and virtually inedible. Their food is amazing. We had their sweet and sour chicken and the honey walnut shrimp with yakisoba and fried rice. It has become hands down my favorite Chinese food now. I also loved the service. The guys that run the restaurant are sweet and the variety is also amazing. They have a fresh poke bowls made with your choices of proteins. The prices were also very reasonable and honestly almost the same as getting a full meal at a fast food restaurant. Less then 13 dollars for a two item choice meal. The meat was dried out and hard. Not just "not that great." It was disgusting. I truly can't believe that they put that into a container and thought someone should eat this. Tried to rip me off. I ordered a Large Entree Carton (which is on their website). The site says it's $9.50. I placed an order via phone, and when I went to pick it up, the person at the counter rang it up for over $20. I tried explaining that the order total was not correct, and he had no idea what I was talking about. Hot, fresh and delicious food. :) Service was great too! Very kind and cheery people. Broccoli beef was great, a little more ginger than I'm used too. It grew on me the more I ate it. The mushroom chicken was yummy and just right. The honey pecan shrimp are to die for. It costs $1.50 more but worth every cent. The rice and chow mein are above average for sure. Beats the heck out of Safeway. :) My only complaint is lack of consistency on the portion size. The first time we went they loaded up the to go box. The second time we went it was literally about 1/2 the size. That's way too much of a difference. The price value wasn't there with the smaller portions. Hopefully they will work that out in time and it will be a good price value. We would go weekly if we found more consistently. :) read more

First time I came here I enjoyed the entree, the service and the boba tea. However, I have stopped by two more times after that, and they were CLOSED. So I am disappointed to say that they have been inconsistent. Back to the food review. I ordered the two entree plate with Sesame chicken, beef and broccoli and fried rice. I also added the Thai tea with boba, because it looked really fresh. The chicken was great, fried up and crispy with a flavorful sauce and satisfying crunch! The beef and broccoli was good, but not nearly as flavorful as the chicken. The rice was tasty and fresh. The service was fast and friendly. They have a layout similar to Panda Express, but with fresher looking entrees. I only wish they were consistent with their hours, but I will plan to call ahead of time to ask if they are open. read more

We were in town and decided to come in for the poke bowls. Service was good and ordering was easy. They have a little sheet you fill out with what you want. It took a while though to get our bowls ready. Pricing is reasonable and the overall bowl was tasty but I added the unagi and it seemed like it wasn't too fresh. One good thing this restaurant has going is that they give you big portions. The quality of the food was not great. The main flavor seemed to be salt for everything. The food also seems to sit out for long periods of time like at a Panda Express. The yakisoba had a burnt dry taste. read more

The food was super nasty ! Just got a delivery and it was gross ! And was cold ! I don't recommend anyone ever going there !!!!!!

My husband and I went right at opening today so we could get an honest taste of their food. We both got a 3 entree plate. I got the fried rice, mushroom chicken, orange chicken and kung pao chicken. He got the chow mien, sweet and sour chicken, sesame chicken, broccoli beef, and an egg roll (for extra). Minus one star: for the price of drinks, a bubble tea is almost $5, a soda is $3: my husband said the broccoli beef was cold and broccoli a little crunchy, and the egg roll was soft and a little under cooked. Besides those things, the food was good (not amazing) and you get ALOT for your money. I wasn't the biggest fan of the mushroom chicken, but the orange chicken was good, not too spicy. We both got the 3 entrees so we had food for dinner, and we definitely left with plenty. The staff was nice and patience while we were deciding what to do, and the restaurant was clean. I wouldn't say the food was amazing, but itMs definitely fresher and better than Safeway's Chinese food. We'd definitely go back if we wanted Chinese for sure. read more

Avoid this place unless you enjoy being disappointed. First, the entrance is super sketchy like you are entering a prison. Very poor service and forget about any hospitality. Maybe some of the food is okay but my spring rolls were the absolute worst I ever had and I have eaten plenty of bad Chinese food after living in China for several years. Dishes were absolutely filthy and obviously not washed properly (just like in China). Even my Sapporo beer can looked like it was pulled out of a trash can. The staff were in a constant state of panic trying to get all the delivery orders out the door so be prepared to wait a while to order and request your check. Under NEW OWNERSHIP can be a good thing or sometimes a very bad thing. This use to be my mainstay in downtown around 5th street Wenatchee. The food was always top quality, fresh, hot, and more than enough that two could share or save for leftovers. Then the owner Calvin sold (July 2019) and well since then I've been back twice, once for a hot lunch three entree meal. The Mongolian Beef and Mushroom Chicken had not turned over regularly so the mushrooms were very soft and both dishes lacked the authentic garlic flavor, but the Mongolian Beef was even more disappointing not having any Szechuan spice authenticity that I was use to over my Rice & Noodles that the girl couldn't seem to figure out what I was asking for. The third entree, the always excellent fried shrimp in a honey walnut sauce was unfortunately also a disappointment as the shrimp were well over cooked and dry and drenched in the honey walnut sauce to either hide or make up for the error. Problem being, noting fixes over-fried foods especially seafoods, they just taste dreadful. Finally today was my second and will be my final visit to Wok N' Roll. If I could share the photos of the food in the steam-tray in the front you would see reason #1. I DID NOT ORDER FROM THOSE ENTREES. I did order Nigiri Sushi, one order each of the following: Maguro, Unagi, Buri or Tuna, Fresh Water Eel, and Yellow Tail. Again, I wish I could post pictures because what I got was very thinly fileted pieces of fish on matted ball of rice that was laced with some weird flavor but it wasn't rice or soy sauce or the wasabi mixed in the soy sauce that I was dipping in to, but now as I write this I am sure it was just the juices from the pickled ginger that was filled upon a half teaspoon of wasabi in a one ounce togo cup with a lid. That thoroughly removed the effects and spice taste of wasabi. Maybe things can be turned around but that will not happen without a change in personnel and possibly management or ownership again. read more

The good news: they use Uber eats. The bad news, even if you clearly instruct them that you're staying at a hotel, be prepared to make special requests. Like soy sauce for your noodles, dipping sauce for your spring rolls, and utensils. Apparently forks or chop sticks qualify as a special request. Not sure about the Chinese section but I really enjoyed my seared Tuna poke bowl! I did half brown rice and half arugula and it made for a tasty salad with the poke sauce, avocado, cucumber, maguro, wontons and a few other additions. I hope this isn't a mom and pop because I can't fathom why you would even open a restaurant since you obviously don't have a passion for food. I ordered yakisoba and the vegetables were clearly from a bag. Shrimp was cold. Meat had a mushy texture as if ur chewing on some gum. I have never left a Yelp review, and downloaded the app for the first time just to make this review. When the food arrived it was smashed in the bag. I disregarded it because it was a door dash order and figured maybe the driver had a mishap on the way. When I opened up the box I was shocked. First of all, untouched the food looked atrocious. I spent 10 minutes just trying to season the food to make it not bland. But no amount of seasoning could fix this horrible mess. The veggies clearly came out of a frozen package, the steak was soggy, mushy, and frankly just not edible. The shrimp also clearly came out of a frozen package and was still cold in the box. I would have to say that I am super impressed with Wok N Roll probably more so than any other Asian restaurant I have ever experienced! I am super impressed with their authentic Hawaiian take on Poke!! This place is amazing and their price is even more surprising! If you are looking for an amazing Asian/Hawaiian experience I would definitely recommend Wok N Roll......if you're looking for amazing Asian food on a budget.....I would recommend them ten fold again!!! 2 stars because I went in for hot food to go, two on my entrees were cold which I find strange because the food was in a hot well and I just can't fathom how you get cold cooked chicken from a hot well.
