    Very dry pork teriyaki
    Karla W.

It took quite a while to get our food and then the pork was so dry and overcooked. Like it had sat under a heat lamp for way too long. The chicken was good though to be fair. I just won't order the pork. I will try one more time in case it was an off day. I'm always looking for something different to eat.

    Greasy, grimy men's bathroom door.

Ok, I have to preface this entire review is based on the lack of cleanliness of their bathrooms - see pictures. I've eaten here several times and have enjoyed the food. It gets three and a half stars out of five across the board in my book. It's a good alternative to other fast foods and Thai restaurants here in town. Service is marginal. Nothing to write home about. Just, kinda, meh. But if the state of the bathrooms is any indication of how the back kitchen looks, you might be shaking hands with danger, while playing a game of food poisoning roulette...They seriously need to get their crap together and clean their bathrooms.

$12 plate, always leave here so full .

Love this place on fifth, we got everything under $40 both of our plates were $12, and we always get to leave with leftovers. Customer service is always so kind, fast service but they will make you fresh if you just ask! Definitely recommend

Orange chicken, noodles and fried rice.

This place used to be so good, with fresh ingredients and good flavor. Not anymore! I had the orange chicken, which managed to be both tough and mushy at the same time with noodles that were dry and virtually inedible. The frozen lima beans and corn in the fried rice were a huge nope as well. Everything tasted like it had been prepared with old oil. Total disappointment. I should have just gone to Panda.

    Pork Teriyaki

The meat was dried out and hard. Not just "not that great." It was disgusting. I truly can't believe that they put that into a container and thought someone should eat this. This picture doesn't do it justice, also I've never in my life seen Pork Teriyaki that looks like this. I will never go there again.

Great value for the price. Noodles and rice with two sides of chicken for under 10 dollars. You can't beat the price and quantity.

     variety of food items

Tried to rip me off. I ordered a Large Entree Carton (which is on their website). The site says it's $9.50. I placed an order via phone, and when I went to pick it up, the person at the counter rang it up for over $20. I tried explaining that the order total was not correct, and he had no idea what I was talking about. So I showed him the Online Menu from their website, and his response was "Oh, that's not the way it is". Wow. Horrible company. Terrible customer service. Misleading, FALSE information on their online menu. If I could give them Zero Stars, I would.

Only 2 pieces of orange chicken

I ordered the 3 entree plate and opened up my box to only 2 small pieces of orange chicken. If I would have know I was only gonna get the 2 entrees that's what I would have ordered.

Hot, fresh and delicious food. :) Service was great too! Very kind and cheery people. Broccoli beef was great, a little more ginger than I'm used too. It grew on me the more I ate it. The mushroom chicken was yummy and just right. The honey pecan shrimp are to die for. It costs $1.50 more but worth every cent. The rice and chow mein are above average for sure. Beats the heck out of Safeway. :) My only complaint is lack of consistency on the portion size. The first time we went they loaded up the to go box. The second time we went it was literally about 1/2 the size. That's way too much of a difference. The price value wasn't there with the smaller portions. Hopefully they will work that out in time and it will be a good price value. We would go weekly if we found more consistently. :)

Dead bug found in my food

Negative 5 stars! never had a good experience here- decided to give them one more chance. Found a bug in my teriyaki chicken. Never will be coming back here.

Menu at Wok N' Roll. Sushi prices have changed since they first opened I believe. 8/20/17

Not my favorite place but it's ok. The management seems good. Some of the staff could use some customer service training. Food is ok.

If I had to summarize the restaurant in one sentence, I'd say it's a perfectly acceptable steak and sushi house with good service and fair prices, but the quality of the food didn't fully live up to the way it was presented or advertised. First, I want to give credit where it's due. The staff was genuinely friendly throughout the evening. From the moment we walked in, everyone was welcoming, attentive, and professional. Drinks were refilled consistently, food came out at a reasonable pace, and the servers checked in enough to make sure things were going well without becoming intrusive. In today's world, good customer service feels harder and harder to find, so I absolutely appreciated the effort the staff put into making the experience pleasant. The atmosphere was also about what you would expect from a modern steak and sushi restaurant. It had a nice energy to it, clean dining areas, decent lighting, and a casual upscale vibe that worked well for a dinner out. Pricing was another positive. Compared to many steak houses today, the menu prices felt relatively reasonable. Nothing seemed outrageously overpriced, especially considering they also offer sushi and a broader menu than a traditional steakhouse. If you are looking for a place that won't completely destroy your wallet for a night out, this place lands somewhere in the middle ground. Not cheap, but not painfully expensive either. That said, the biggest issue for me was the steak itself. I ordered what was advertised as a filet, and honestly, I left questioning whether it truly was filet mignon. Anyone who regularly eats filet knows it is typically one of the leanest and most tender cuts of beef available. The steak I received was surprisingly fatty, with a texture and appearance that felt much more like a lower-grade sirloin or another less expensive cut. I understand that marbling can vary, and I'm not expecting perfection every single time, but this felt noticeably off from what should reasonably be expected when ordering a filet. To be clear, the steak was not terrible. It was edible, cooked reasonably close to the requested temperature, and had decent flavor overall. But when a restaurant advertises a premium cut of beef, customers naturally expect that cut to match the description. That disconnect between expectation and reality was the biggest disappointment of the night for me. It honestly felt more like a steakhouse serving "good enough" versions of premium items rather than truly delivering premium quality. The sushi was fine, though nothing especially memorable. Fresh enough, decent presentation, and about what you would expect from a restaurant trying to balance both steakhouse and sushi menus under one roof. No major complaints there, but also nothing that would specifically make me return for the sushi alone. At the end of the day, this place falls into the category of "solid but forgettable." If you go in expecting a casual steak and sushi dinner with decent service and fair pricing, you will probably leave satisfied enough. But if you are specifically going for a high-end steak experience or expecting true steakhouse-quality filet mignon, you may end up disappointed like I was. Would I come back? Maybe, but I'd probably try something different on the menu next time instead of ordering the filet again.
