Thanks just need to be wiped down everywhere.

I've been wanting to go here for many years. A friend suggested we go here and I was excited because I love Mongolian BBQ. The staff was friendly and helpful. When I walked over to where the meat and vegetables were, it looked dirty. Not all the steak was red, it had some brown in it as if it was not fresh. When I tried to get chicken, I had to break off pieces because it was very frozen. A lot of the vegetables looked old and wilted and there were a few flying critters around the food. At this point, I probably should've left, but I chose to try it out. I wasn't sure what type of flavor to use as a topping. I went with about 3 tablespoons of each: garlic oil, chili, oil, and sesame oil. I was looking forward to eating it, but when I sat down to eat it, the food had absolutely no flavor. I don't know how much more I would have to put on ny food for it to have some sort of flavor. Although I was very disappointed with the bland food, the two people I went with liked it, but they like their food bland. When they eat vegetables, they want absolutely nothing on it. So, for those who liked bland food, I guess this restaurant is fine, but if you like at least a little bit of flavor, this is not the place for you. Now I have a little bit of OCD and I like going to clean places. I know that there isn't a perfectly clean restaurant, but this place was very dirty everywhere. I don't usually review restaurants so I didn't take a lot of pictures, I just wanted to show my sister because she used to go here many years ago. I think I probably would've been a lot more upset if I had paid for it, but I felt bad for my friends who paid for something that I absolutely did not like. Of course I didn't tell them that. Lastly, this is summertime and Camarillo. It gets a little warm and the place looks like it could have air conditioning, but it was either broken or just didn't work well because of all the gunk that was on it. I was dripping in sweat eating the food.

Simple stomach here so I usually only get noodles and meat with a little bit of mushrooms.

Happy that there still is a Camarillo location. Miss the Ventura one. Always a fan of Mongolian barbecue style eateries.

    Delicious food

Having dinner with the fam . So far fast service to to get us seated . We got back from making our bowl and our drinks or bread were not in the table yet . Food was okay nothing to special . They changed the noodles and were a bit too soft .

The service was good and so was the food but it was also extremely greasy and. Gave me stomach ache

I've definitely had better food here but many years ago. They longer have baby corn which I prefer over the sweet corn they have now. That's the only down fall I see. Staff is really great and food to be expected. Yummy but I prefer the Mongolian restaurant in the Thousand Oaks mall if you're willing to drive a little farther.

This is a 4.5 Yelp stars place!…read more If you are ever in the mood for a no-nonsense American traditional bbq without the need for a sit-in restaurant or any fancy service -- this is the spot! I was very surprised that this place exists inside a food court of the Camarillo outlets. I was even more surprised that it seemed like I was the only customer at lunchtime on a weekday. Strolling in at 11:45 AM, I went directly to this spot in the food court. I was greeted by a sole worker who took my order for half a rack of beef ribs for a total of around $19 (tax included). Pricey but how will the ribs taste? He started warming up and grilling 4 huge beef ribs. When I received it in my to-go box with BBQ sauce, it is almost as I expected. Upon tasting the huge beef ribs, it was the most tantalizing thing that hit my taste buds. THIS WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. A to-go BBQ spot that gives me EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. The BEEF Ribs were tasty, not burnt, great char, along with lots of meats. The sauce made the beef taste amazing. It is a shame no one knows about this place. I will definitely be coming back for the pork ribs and the tri-tip sandwich.

The beef was cut properly against the grain and grilled to warm up. They provided a lot of meat for a sandwich, so the cost is justified. It was also very tender. The color drew me off because I ordered medium rare and expected more pink/red meat. Their bread was buttered and grilled to a nice toast. It looked great, but was not as good as another establishment's bread. The sauce is very good and hot. I personally like this sauce over another establishment's sauce because it has a certain sweetness the other location does not. Service: The head pitmaster took care of me when I ordered. He also cut and prepared the sandwiches. He was friendly and served quickly. Ambiance: It's easy to find in the Outlets Food Hall. Parking was easy on a weekend at lunch. The menu is easy to read and there is a nice smoke smell when you order at the counter. Overall, I enjoyed my meal. But the tri tip needs to be served with more red/pink inside and the portions could be reduced a little in order to lower the prices ($17+ for a sandwich).

We ordered the short rib plate and the Tasilog plate and lumpia Shanghai- washed it down with Calamansi juice. Everything was delicious, 10/10. The owner came out to check on us and she was so kind, hospitable and shared some history with us on how Lola Betty's came to be. From food truck to walk up, she said that some people really preferred or hoped for a sit down restaurant. I don't have a preference. I only love the soul and passion that is poured into one's food. The pricing is fair, portions are generous, and overall the food was good. As a fellow Filipino, I would love to see a little more variety on the menu since it currently focuses on the basics. The only dish I wasn't a huge fan of was the Tapsilog, as the meat was a bit salty for my taste. The Longsilog was much better, and I loved that they included a small puto (rice cake) with the meal. The meat was sliced very inconsistently, with some pieces cut thick and others cut extremely thin. This made the sandwich difficult to eat and took away from the overall experience. The pork ribs were okay, but nothing memorable. The side dishes were also underwhelming--very small portions and average in flavor. For the price, I expected larger sides and better attention to detail with the meat preparation. The restaurant has potential, but consistency is important when serving BBQ. Unfortunately, the uneven tri-tip cuts and small side portions left me feeling unsatisfied. This review refers to Best Bar-BQ in Santa Paula, which is known for its tri-tip sandwiches and ribs. Good luck with parking. The most memorable part was the spicy bbq sauce.

Food came out within 5 minutes on a Saturday at lunch, which I was weary about since it's BBQ - but everything ended up still being hot and juicy. We ended up going with the 3-meat plate for about $30 total. It was enough for 2 people (or 1 really hungry person!). We ordered the brisket, burnt ends, and hot links which came with garlic bread and two sides of our choice - the star of the show was for sure the burnt ends, which were juicy and deeply flavorful. The brisket was moist, which I feel like is hard to find, but I do wish it had more flavor. The hot links were also good but didn't have much nuance either. Next time, we'll definitely save room to try some dessert, which was only $5! If you're in the area, definitely check this place out!

I read somewhere across the street where this Location used to be in that food court is another barbecue place that I didn't get to try unfortunately because I'm pretty loyal to Buster's . it was about 730 on a Monday night and they close at eight so I figured you know what I'll give them a shot. Upon entering the business I could smell some of the meats we're still cooking on the grill so that's a good sign. I need a quick take on the pricing and wow unbelievable that this place at one time sold a tri-tip sandwich for 7.99 and a tri-tip dinner for about 13.99. now the sandwich is 14.99 and the dinner is 19.99.. there's a picture included. You can zoom in and see the prices for yourself but not sure how much I would get. I was starving. I got the dinner and I also got the sandwich. I can also eat the next day or simple some of my was not full. I opted for the potato salad, the coleslaw and the beans on the dinner and the sandwich just comes with tri-tip French bread and a barbecue sauce of your choice or you can get hot version which I avoid. So about 35.00 and I'm headed back to my hotel. I dug into the dinner first and yes, the tri-tip was kind of dry, but would you dip it into the barbecue sauce? It was OK. The beans were OK. I needed some seasoning potato salad. It was great and the coleslaw was just average coleslaw. nothing to write home about the butter. Bread was pretty good portions was it fresh it was warm. Could've been better.. I was given about 4 to 5 slices of tri-tip, which isn't really a lot so I attacked the language and took a few slices off of there and then put the rest away for tomorrow. Overall, it's decent maybe I should've went when it was fresher in the afternoon, but I probably wouldn't recommend going late in the evening as things are being put away and food tends to sit around for a while. can't really blame the price too much because we all know. Beef prices are insane these days but I think you should at least get more portions for the $$$$ you're paying for. on my next visit I head across the street and try the new place if it's still an existence cause we know that food court turns new places over left and right and it could be vacated on my next return..

The focus here is definitely serving up the best BBQ and fixings. We'll absolutely be back to try the ribs, and chicken.

I've had the chance to try their BBQ at local events around Ventura County, and it always left an impression. They make some darn good BBQ. BUT for this visit we ended up highlighting something just as exciting...their vegetarian options! It definitely says a lot when a barbecue place has great non meat options. I came with my friend Raquel (yelp elite) for lunch and we went all in on their vegetarian plates...well with one exception, we ordered the deviled eggs too. Let's start there: Their famous Candied Bacon Deviled Eggs are a must. Creamy, flavorful filling, lightly battered egg, topped with crispy bacon...yeah, they're as good as they sound. 10/10. Now for the vegetarian standouts: The Fried Avocado Bites were simple but done so right. Perfectly fried and paired with house made sauces that really brought everything together. Super shareable and perfect as a starter. 10/10. The Cauliflower Tacos were a reminder that you absolutely do NOT need meat for a great taco. These were hearty and loaded with (again) incredible sauces. My friend was obsessed and I get why. They were good, but I would prefer a meat protein taco at a spot like this. 7/10 for me. Beyond the food, the experience really shines here. The space has this perfect mix of country charm and rock n roll edge which is such a fun vibe. Service was top notch, and we love when owners are present and genuinely care. They stopped by to check in, which always makes a place feel extra special. Really appreciated that. Overall, bummed out I wasn't able to try their BBQ. The options I did try were all really good. I would come back.
