Yep, it's that Wolfgang Puck and he has a restaurant in the second busiest airport in the US. Yes, you can order your breakfast from the bar. They'll bring it to you. And you an eat it here too. Because that's how I roll at absurd o'clock waiting for a flight. The sandwich was excellent. Egg, tomato and basil on a crunchy, chewy Ciabatta roll. With a pile of home fries on the side. I did ask the gal for ketchup, but I never even had to open a packet. The sandwich needed nothing. The fries needed nothing. Perfectly delicious. Normally it is eight minutes. He told me 18. I've never walked away from food in my life and I chose this place at 530am to eat after not eating all day/night. I have a layover for two hours to Florida. I left 35 mins into it at 610am without a fucking pizza. I would never come to this place and would not recommend us to anyone and I eat high-end food all the fucking time. not cool and very poorly managed and/or they did not prep. The workers were not very nice and they gave small portions of food. They didn't let me choose the egg style that I wanted and I felt very rushed when placing my order. The eggs didn't have any seasoning. The potatoes tasted like your average roasted potatoes. They gave very few potatoes for the price I was paying, I was expecting more food. I come here all the time as I work in the airport. The positives- great, fresh food. The negatives, disorganized system. Hard to tell who is in line, who is waiting for food. I'm sure the staff is short and overworked but they are not friendly. Long wait time. If you don't mind the cons, the food is really good. Recommend the soups and pizza. read more

Service: Negative stars. Like several other places in a pathetic representation of our great city; no one gives a crap about service @ ORD. Food: You would think with the limited pizza options on the board, they would ensure that as pies are sold; they would fire up a new batch to always keep a safety stock to meet customer demands during peak times. Nope! Don't care! Recent visit: BBQ Chix: 20 min wait. Ok, Sausage? 20 min wait. What's ready? Cheese. Ok, give me the cheese. Pulls out an undercooked pizza and starts cutting it up. I ask her to cook it a bit more. Pissed at me, but throws it on a pizza tray and pops into oven. Even after that, the pizza still had an undercooked soggy crust. All that BS and out $15. The only reason they get two stars, is that options in B concourse are poor and of the sad ass options; this is only slightly better and possibly catching the pizza you want and cooked properly could happen. read more

Honestly, there really is no go to spot I would recommend to go to eat or drink in O'Hare. In general, I find all food establishments to be quite dated, service is slow, and price point is always marked up. Unfortunately, Wolfgang Puck just adds to this list of place that are in dire need of a revamp in O'Hare. Foodwise it's okay. I've done breakfast here in the past and you can expect to spend anywhere from $15 - $20 assuming you want a coffee or juice or some sort of beverage to wash that food down. You might be better just hitting the McDonalds in the food court if breakfast is what you desire. More recently we stopped by for drinks before our flight. They have a bar but the service is slow even when sitting at the bar. Bartender was pretty pissy and unfriendly to some of the guests. Between the beers, bloody marys, & mimosas we ordered, expect to spend $12-$15 per drink (including tax and tip) which is somewhat average for Chicago but I think still kind of high in my opinion. If this place wasn't at the airport, I probably would have went hungry.... Not that I was all that hungry to begin with, but I know me and my appetite so I decided to plan in advance. Wolfgang Puck Express has to-go pizzas, sandwiches, paninis, soups and salads. I was headed there for a salad of sorts and when I saw that you can make the salad as opposed to just buying one prepackaged, I went for it because well, I didn't want all the extras that were on the premade salads... And let's be real, I wanted more chicken! The lady making salads acquiesced with my request to sort of make my own salad... And I added 3 portions of chicken on top! Tomatoes, Zucchini Noodles, Lettuce & Lots of Chicken. And this chicken wasn't like the hunks of nasty frozen crap, this was actual roast chicken, sliced off the bone (or at least it seemed that way) and it was a great protein addition to my meal... Each extra portion of chicken costs $2, by the way... The reason for only FOUR stars is because... If you want a fast meal to go (maybe it happens at other days and times), this place, might make you miss your flight! I waited to pay far too long, HOWEVER, this to go spot isn't necessarily what I should blame for that. There was a customer trying to use a gift card and it wasn't working. So just to let all of you GIFT CARD HOLDERS know, gift cards do NOT work at airport franchises, unless of course, the check out girl just had NO IDEA what she was doing. Should I be penalizing this place for a customer? Well maybe not... However, my salad... Wasn't the best thing ever (which I mean, common, it's from an airport, so what do you expect), as it actually tasted a little sour... But that could have been because of the veggies I added to it from the restaurant Tapenade I passed by while headed to my gate (to give the salad a little more UUMPH). Stopped by this place for a bite as we waited to board our United Airlines flight.. I stood staring at the sandwich board and it took several minutes for someone to ask me if I knew what I wanted. The sandwich was pre-made in a sad white box. Taste wise it was good, nothing great, but not bad, bread was not soggy so I knew it wasn't old. I added chips and a bottle of water ..my total was $18. My friend and I got food here when we were at the Chicago airport. I got a margarita pizza and chicken tortilla soup and he got a pepperoni pizza. Unfortunately, I think there was something wrong with the pepperoni because he came down with food poisoning several hours after eating and I did not. I could tell when we got our pizzas that they seemed a little undercooked, but I thought nothing of it. Not sure why the overall rating given is only 3/5. It's defiantly 4, if not better. I loved the food and service. Both, food and service were great. Absolutely great actually. Had great experience. I had the sausage pizza. The toppings -sausage, dried tomatoes, mushrooms and peppers - were really great and proper amount of cheese made it a great gourmet pizza. The crust was very tasty. I would love to go here again and would love to take others as well. I would recommend this restaurant. They had good beers as well. Came here bcuz it was the only spot that I was familiar with in the airport. Majority of the food options I saw sucked so when I came across WGP, I got happy. Man, that sure changed when I sat down. I sat down at one of the tables first, the woman never came over to great me. So after 10 mins, I got up and went to the bar. (Keep in mind the express side was on the other side, I actually went to the dining part.) I get to the bar, immediately she checks my id and then walks away. I'm like ummmmm ok can I get a menu. The woman is like, "oh would you like a menu hun?"....but anyway I ordered a salad and a glass of wine and my salad came out to me on a paper plate ‍ Then on top of that, she never asked me was I okay or anything. When I finally asked for my checked she then started to make conversations with me so that I could tip her of course. DO NOT GO HERE. An incredibly poorly run restaurant. In the era of covid, I expect some basics, like keeping the line moving and being clear about where you wait for food. When I arrived, the small restaurant was packed like sardines. 6 people seemed to cut in line in front of me because they had paid but not ordered, which seems to me is quite easy to fix by being very clear with instructions. Even after I had ordered it wasn't clear how or where I needed to pay and the staff was indifferent / oblivious. When I finally got my pizza, he didn't give me napkins and I had to go back for silverware, increasing my contact with others. Oh, and there wasn't hand sanitizers. Not to mention my beer was a whopping $14. I am not sure I've ever paid that much, even in a stadium. Strong thumbs down. read more

I literally had the worst breakfast i've had in a long time here. The server was extremely rude to start, and very inattentive throughout the entirety of my 20 minute stay. I ordered 3 eggs over easy, bacon, and toast. I got it 15 minutes later and it was all cold. The toast was burnt, and the eggs were way over cooked. The server never came by and asked how everything was, and I didn't have time for a remake, so I just ate the bacon, and the whites of the eggs and left. Don't think you're going to eat something good at the airport because it has Wolfgang Puck on the menu. Save your money and go to Chili's too for breakfast and save $10. Looked forward to eating here after seeing it during my last stopover at O'hare. Had high expectations and was not disappointed! Great service, cotton tablecloths, real flower in a vase on every table etc. Sitting near busy airport thruway you get some surprised and envious looks from those passing by. Rightfully so. This is an airport eatery, they are not supposed to be this nice... But most important of course is the food itself. I had a pasta dish that was just top notch. Dessert was great to. I usually grab a bite at Tortas Fronteras when I'm flying through O'Hare at mealtime, which means I have eaten a lot of those Tortas. Thought I'd switch it up a bit and a pizza sounded good. Got the Roasted Mushroom pizza, which was tasty, relatively quick (they told me 8 min which was accurate), and not outrageously expensive for airport food. There is also a bar which I did not avail myself of, but which is a plus. Not much room to sit, though, so pretty cramped, definitely a fast serve and get out kind of place. I always sit at the bar at Wolfgang Puck Express restaurants, because they have full service there and there's almost always a seat available. I opted for the mushroom pizza with feta and basil. I would give them three stars only keeping in mind it is airport food. We were hoping to try out Tortas Frontera, but there was a long line and no where to sit. We were early for our flight and wanting to kill our time at a place with a bar so we decided on Wolfgang Puck. I ordered a Cosmo and it was nice and strong. The boyfriend and I split the BBQ salad and the White Pizza. Both were served on plastic plates with plastic utensils, but that is expected at an airport. Both of the entrees were good, but I preferred the chopped BBQ Chicken Salad. It was a pretty big portion. The bartender was friendly and pretty amusing as well. We went here for brunch while waiting for our flight to Japan. I ordered the Mushroom with Spinach Omelette and the omelette itself is good, I recommend sprinkling some hot sauce on it. What I did not like is the toated bread that comes with it. It was sloppy and takes extra effort to chew, in short you can throw the toast and you won't miss a thing.
