I ordered a chicken pita from Skybridge before my flight and OMG! It was so good! I think it was the best airport food I've ever had. The chicken pita came with the crispiest, tastiest French fries I've ever had. The food is fresh so it takes a bit of time for it to be ready, but it is worth the wait. There's limited seating but there are several surrounding gates where you can enjoy your meal. I will definitely be back. read more

This was pretty legit food for an airport! I really enjoyed the meat it was tender and juicy, the salad was fresh, and the fries were delicious and pipping hot! The sauce and Greek dressing were both really good. I took a star away because the pita bread was stale and hard, and the service wasn't friendly, but the meal with a bottled soda was under $20 and for an airport that's awesome and it could have fed 2 people! I was super excited to come across this gem while waiting for my connection at O'Hare. I intended to order the Gyros Platter, but they were out of the gyro meat for the day, so I opted for the Chicken Pita. The menu didn't say it came with fries, but I made sure to ask and the employee said that everything is served with fries. The pita was delicious and only $12!! A steal for airport food. The chicken itself was packed with flavor, char-grilled with a Mediterranean seasoning. The other toppings were lettuce, onion, tzatziki, and tomato. The serving of fries was also very generous, and they were perfectly fried. Service was incredibly quick. They had all the ingredients ready and just needed to assemble the wrap, so the whole process was only a few minutes. There is seating, but it's just 2 high top tables that seat 2 people each, and both were occupied. I ended up carrying my food to my gate and eating it there. read more

I usually try to eat before coming to the airport but got hungry and made a stop at Skybridge Bar & Grill. It is located in the Ohare Airport in F. It wasnt busy when I went. I ordered and the wait time wasn't too long. The dog was made to order but the fries didnt taste as hot as fresh fries. If they were, possibly 5 stars for an airport eatery. The bar is expensive I just looked at prices, but granted everything is expensive in the the airport. The Chicago Dog is pretty good it was just missing sports peppers and it would have been super delicious. It was a a decent size and super filling. There is seating at the bar or they have two tables inside. The staff was friendly. Maybe will stop again if I'm hungry at the airport. read more

This place is the very best restaurant in the O'hare airport area. Your usual Greek restaurant owners that are very fast and really accommodating. Eating here is a best kept secret amongst the pilots at O'Hare. Their double cheeseburgers with fries is to die for, and I also heard their gyros are second to none. Chicago dog was better than a street cart (which is hard to beat). This place is a bit unassuming. I got the gyro platter, which is a great portion of food for the price, especially for airport food. Gyro meat was really good, fries were really good. Salad could use more dressing, and the pita was a bit chewy but still good with the gyro meat and sauce. I would recommend trying it. I've left a couple reviews about Skybridge over the years. So this is my current review of this place. As an airport employee I've seen numerous changes over the years with the quality of the food. Quality wise they have really fallen. At one time they used to have the best beefs and gyros in the airport. They used to be decently priced. Now the beef sandwiches are almost tasteless. They use the wrong style bread. The gyro they tend to leave on the spit for too long leading to dry meat. The burgers used to be fresh to order now they are premade and taken from a container with water solution and re put on the grill. The fries change all the time. They currently serve crinkle cut. But once in a while they can have good food. read more

Delayed for a flight in ohare with not much in the terminal. Grabbed a beer here which was fast and friendly. Price was about 9 dollars for the 16 oz draft so normal for an airport. I didn't try the food but I think it comes from a kitchen in the next restaurant. read more

Potatoes were not seasoned, but fresh and cooked well. Eggs cooked well. Toast is average. Sausage were quite overcooked (see pic). Some had 1/3 of meat hard and dry. They have limited seating and it tends to get crowded with the order and pickup lines, so its best to order to-go. Thy serve omelets, sandwiches, burgers, and Chicago-style hot dogs and beef sandwiches, using Vienna Beef. They also have Gyros here, and you may see them shredding the roasted slab of meat with a fancy handheld meat peeler. Prices were surprisingly low for airport food - just under $9 for an Italian Beef Sandwich with a generous side of long, crispy fries. The Beef Sandwich was juicy and flavorful, but was also extremely messy and dripping all over! Try asking for a take-out container rather than the default paper bag for best results. read more

Had lunch in Sky Bridge one afternoon while waiting for my flight to Traverse City. Got the Caesar salad with Gyro meat added to it. Never had a Caesar with Gyro meat before! They put a lot of Gyro meat on the salad - more than I was expecting! Overall, it was pretty good for a pre-made Caesar with Gyro meat tossed on. I could not eat the whole thing! I was stuffed! I just enjoyed an amazing omelette prepared by Skybridge. It was delicious, large and accompanied with potatoes which could easily rank among the best potatoes I ever had. Service is good and pretty quick even with a line of patrons and a crowd waiting for to go orders. Many of the patrons in line were pilots and one shared with me that the omelettes are his favorite and it keeps him full for most of the day. Having ordered one, I agree so much so that I decide to only eat a fraction of it and was very full afterwards. The Denver omelette was $7.99 which is pretty reasonable for made to order food anywhere. A 25oz bottle of water was $2.69, not cheap but cheaper than water at a movie theatre or sporting event. Outside of my order and experience, I think it's pretty awesome that you can order any menu item during breakfast hours including Gyros, Italian sausage, burgers and salads. The bar area was serving up Bloody Marys and cocktails at 8am and there were a few takers sipping and enjoying the television. If in Terminal 2 and flying out of one of the F-gates, you should consider getting a bite here. read more

Ok, this is five stars for an airport restaurant, not a fine dining experience, but it is really good airport food. And it is hard to find. Go to gate F-15. The airport employee I asked knew exactly where it is and said "great food" and half the people eating here were airport or airline employees. Good sign in my book. I had a gyro sandwich that had a ton of meat. I got a little extra tzatziki to go with it. This isn't frozen pre-packaged gyro meat. They have a spit with the meat cooking on it. Next time I'll ask for extra tomato! Nice to see what appears to be s locally owned eatery doing well in an airport. read more

So after arriving in Chicago for a short layover I was lucky to find this lil gem next to my gate. It wasn't to busy but mostly people was sitting at the bar watching tha Bears. So I placed my order and it didn't take 2 mins so fast is the key to this place. I found a lil high table and opened my bag to see the goodies I just recived. I ordered the Chicago Dog it came with fries for 6.79 plus I got a water that was 3.50 lol so after tax it was over 11 bucks. Back to the Chicago dog it was delicious I wished it had sport peppers instead of a dill pickle. But it was still great,the frys were like warm but tasty after flying. Great place to get a beer n dog plus people watching is never boring. I sub the beer for water!!!! read more

What I got was completely unflavoured mystery meat, tzatziki that had been sitting for so long it had basically congealed, and a pita that...had had better days. In sum, I paid $14 or so for food we only ate because we had a super long layover, and I hope that this was just a one off bad day. read more

This is my go to bar every time I go through this airport. The bartender is always a real, regular person, and the drinks are generous and reasonable for an airport. Not bad. A lot of people were coming by and ordering their mediterranean wraps. Maybe I should've gotten that instead but too late. So I waited and waited...the cashier told me it would be a couple minutes so I went to the restroom. Came back and waited again....I asked and then they seemed annoyed with me. About 8 people that ordered after me had gotten their food before me. Eons later I received my patty melt and fries. They gave a ton of french fries, which were tasty but needed some salt.
