I could tell this business did not value its customers or customer service so I asked for a refund. He preferred to not get any business and a bad experience/review than admit it was an error on their part, fulfill the order or find an acceptable alternative, and fix the problem later. "I can't get $42 so I'm not going to be happy with the $21 it should be." This is not a good business model and I'd be surprised if they're not out of business in a year or two.
