At first thought it was a sit down restaurant, but found you can only sit outside or enjoy the drinks in the Cove bar next door and they bring your order to you. The was really good. We have the wagyu beef, egg rolls, the crispy shrimp, and pork shumai, and the Korean style chicken over noodles.. The egg rolls had great flavor and a good amount of filling, the shumia were great crispy outside, flavorful and moist inside. Won-Tom's in the Cove Shopping Center in Deerfield Beach is part of the Eat Drink Be Local Family Brands which includes the iconic Papa's Raw Bar. It does not have it's own restaurant. Instead there is a take out window or you can order from a QR code in the 7,000 square foot Cove Brewery and they will bring your food to the bar or your table when it is ready. The Brewery was a former warehouse which received an over 2 million dollar makeover by architect Steven Cohen & Associates who designed it to be a taproom reminiscent of old Florida. The Cove Brewery has tables, an open floor plan with an indoor and outdoor bar, and outdoor patio seating. I was in the area for a festival when I decided to stop by for some refreshment. As I was sipping on a Strawberry Shaka I perused the Asian inspired Won-Tom's menu which include dim sum, noodles, General TSO chicken, noodles, fried rice, bao buns, and bowls. I decided on a fun throwback, the pupu platter which was invented by Don the Beachcomber in Southern California in the 1930's as a way to serve small appetizers with tiki cocktails. It became popular during the tiki bar craze of the 1950's and 1960's, featuring Polynesian influenced finger foods before becoming a staple in American Chinese restaurants in the 1960's and 1970's. There were paper menus at the bar for reference and ordering my food through the QR code was a breeze. I was even able to pay with Apple Pay for added convenience. My pupu platter arrived promptly with pipping hot crab Rangoon, 1 Gochujang egg roll, 1 shrimp spring roll, and 1 Thai sticky skewer. It is such a comforting dish steeped in nostalgia but given an inventive upgrade by Won-Tom's. I love the concept of Won-Tom's where you get reasonably priced delicious food paired with Cove Brewery's thirst quenching beverages. read more

Man oh man finally tried the wagyu sando and ...WOW! it was so good! I also got the egg rolls and they tasted great!!!!!!! They are stuffed with wagyu beef and the sauce you get with it it savory , super flavorful... and leaves you wanting more! When i walked up the staff was busy at work but they quickly stopped to help me. As I was leaving i asked if there was napkins in the bag and the owner quickly did a second check to make sure... So this is such a great spot it's small and there's out door seating once you order your food from the menu you can take it to go or find a seat outside and sit and eat or go next door to cover brewery and then take a seat there and have a drink. The service was great the staff was super friendly up beat and willing to help me navigate the menu on what would be a best choice to pick from. I loved the ribs and the soup dumplings by far all the food was delicious but those two were savory and delicious the food was fresh and tasty and well seasoned nothing about this food was boring it was invigorating and each bite was filled with a punch of flavor! This is a great place to go by yourself or with friends even with family but there's no seating for little baby's so you may want to seat them in their carriage but overall the environment is great and the food was amazing! read more

I have never been more pleasantly surprised from an influencer recommendation than with this place. We came in on a Thursday. Parking was easy. I like that they have a few tables as well as the option to dine at the bar next door. Troy was very friendly and provided great recommendations. We tried - Honey garlic shrimp bao bun - Honey Garlic, Tempura, Sesame, Micro Greens, Peanuts, Crispy Scallions. These were excellent! The shrimp was so juicy. We also tried the Mongolian beef bao buns which weren't as good, the meat on them was tough. I believe they were both on special for 5 bucks. Korean fried chicken - these were very lightly breaded and bursting with flavor. The yuzu ranch they came with was delicious. 4/5 ($13) Wagyu smash burger - Bulgogi-Wagyu Burger Blend, Scallion, Shallot, White American Cheese, Japanese mayo. This is the star of the show. The patties were so juicy and cooked perfectly. The flavors are like a hug every bite. You definitely can't get anything like this anywhere else. 5/5 ($14) I loved this spot. I haven't tried a place this good in a while. From the customer service to the food, this was an all around great experience and I would for sure recommend anyone to come. Located right next-door and they only di take out. plenty of parking if you order online from the QR code they will deliver directly to your table. We had an order of wings with Mongolian sauce and they were good maybe a little overcooked, but they were still good. Thai basil came with chicken and unfortunately it was absolutely inedible. It was dry and tasteless. I'm not quite sure what kind of chicken it was, it looked like something premade and processed. No taste with some type of sauce in a plastic container on the side. Went to a festival in the area and stopped by Won Toms to grab a bite on the way out. OMG they have this Wagyu Sando that is absolutely delicious! That is all I had that day but it was the best thing ever. There is no dine in, in this location. You order through the window and an order comes out when it's ready. We ordered edamame and it was good with a large portion. They have a few tables outside, and share the space with the Cove brewery next door. You can eat inside the brewery if you didn't want take out. It was quite a lively place with several staff associates running food back and forth. Every staff member that we came in contact with was very friendly. I don't have much to go on, food wise for my review, but the edamame was good but it needed a little more spice. I think my friend may have been offered some dipping sauces and he declined. But in the past, I've enjoyed edamame just with spices. So all in all I would like to come here again. read more

Been dying to try this little Asian cafe attached to Cove Brewery and it didn't disappoint! The staff takes orders from within the Cove and they're super nice. You order by scanning a QR code on the tables at the brewery. The food comes flying out fast and piping hot. I tried the fried tots with a spicy tangy sauce. It was perfectly fried and not overly oily. Then I tried two bao buns. The Korean fried chicken bao was a little spicy, very flavorful and loaded with pickled veggies. The chicken was one piece, breaded and juicy. The other one I tried was the Mongolian beef bao bun. Very tender beef chunks with a lot of sauce. They're both very good but a bit on the loaded flavor side hence my friends thought it was a little salty. I thought it was a great compliment to the beers we tried. read more

Wow, such amazing food! Everything was so good and so fresh. I was at the brewery next door, and I was hungry and decided to scan the QR code that was at the table. Boy, am I glad I did that! Within 10 minutes of ordering, they brought the food straight to us, which made it convenient. We got a few things to share. And everything was delicious! My favorite was the soup dumplings. They were authentic and really delicious. The boa was also really good. We tried the KFC, which was delicious, along with the pork belly. The Thai basil bowl was good too, I tried a bit of my husband's. We got that with pork belly, but they had other protein choices. It's a great spot to check out. Don't miss out! We came here to try their food having read some recent reviews. We didn't realize it is only take out from this very small space. However, they have another option. You can order inside or order at the brewery (they have a sign with a QR code on it), and they will deliver the food to you! Woohoo. That's exactly what we did. And we got great friendly service from Troy who took our order and delivered the food to us. I got their shrimp spring roll. I'd expected it to be a cold fresh roll, but it was fried like an egg roll. There were two rolls to the order. The wrappers had lots of veggies -- cabbage, carrots, etc. And it came with a chili dipping sauce. Troy explained that he liked to wrap the roll in the lettuce leaf and then dip it into the sauce. I tried it both ways -- with and without the lettuce and liked both. I also had their Mongolian beef bao bun. If you wish, you can get this in a cabbage cup, but I like the slightly sweet buns so went with that. There's only one to an order which was perfect for me -- after eating both of the other rolls. This "bao chika waow waow" was delicious and messy and worth every bite. My husband got one of their "kind bowls". He selected the Korean fried chicken one. There were a whole bunch of veggies topped with fried chicken tenders and drizzled with yuzu ranch dressing. Everything is served over jasmine rice. This was a large portion. I tried a small piece of the chicken which had a wonderful crispy coating but was a tad too spicy for me. However, he absolutely loved his meal. We'd definitely come back here again (I want to try their banh mi) and certainly will recommend this place for takeout or for "dining in" at the brewery next door. Caveat/suggestion: they don't have chopsticks here --so bring your own. read more

We have watched this place grow during construction and finally had a chance to stop in for lunch. Troy was very helpful in helping us order and to direct us to the adjacent Cove Brewery to dine in and have our orders brought to our table. Dishes were delivered as ordered and were great! My KFC BOWL HAD SPICY KFC tenders on top of a bed of fluffy jasmine rice. The accompanying salad of Korean cabbage, carrots and cukes was tasty and refreshing. I'll start with the positives. The young girl that met me was very pleasant and my order was packaged up and ready to go. When I got home and started to uncover the food, the first thing i noticed was how small the shrimp were that I added to the Thai rice, and what a small portion of steak that was added to my wife's Magolean beef.
