This "Chinese" restaurant is about as Chinese as Taco Bell is Mexican. First, the food was horrendous. Ordered S&S Chicken, Curry Chicken, Vegetable Eggrolls, all with orders of Steamed and Fried Rice. S&S Chicken was soggy and was delivered without Sweet & Sour. Curry Chicken was bland as white gravy without any seasoning. Had to spice it ourselves. Steamed Rice was overcooked and Fried Rice looked like they put the steamed rice in some old oil and said "Done". The Vegetable "Eggrolls" were soggy Springrolls, which is not what I ordered. Second, we ordered delivery. Over an hour taken with a given 45-55 minute delivery window. Third, food was cold. No surprise given over an hour for delivery. Price, reasonable for a 3 person meal with appetizers, but with the quality of the food the way it was, it was like they gave us what people sent back to the kitchen, yesterday....a week ago. I will NOT be ordering or going to this establishment ever again. They failed to impress and with me, you only get one shot. read more

I ordered about 20 minutes before they were closing and I'm so thankful they still took my order. I ordered their beef broccoli combo plate and for what I got and paid for, I was very easily satisfied. Once I got there and paid, I was very pleased that they actually have a lot of space and an actual large seating/dining area but it was indeed closed(it was closing time). Big thank you to the staff for taking my order still even though I was present to pay before coming to pick up. I gave 3 stars because although everything was superb. I, personally, didn't love their beef broccoli as much as I wanted to. The sauce was different from the way I prefer my beef broccoli to be made. And I'd like to try more of their menu to really have a more better review. I also, gave as many stars as I did because for me, their service was great, they were thorough with me and made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my food and they were kind. Service is TERRIBLE. I can see why they are rated 3 of 5 stars online. The young man tried to argue with me over what I ordered. I ordered fried wontons, and he brought out fried dumplings and the. Tries to be smart and tell me they are the same thing in front of everyone at the counter. I would have been fine over a simple misunderstanding of an appetizer order but he continued to make me feel like I didn't know what I ordered.... Second time I've had to right a review for this place. First, the trashy look behind the counter and now the continuesly rude customer service and this time I had to report it. I am surprised to see this place not with four stars or more! This is the best and only American Chinese takeout my family and I will eat in the Fort Hood area. Facility is clean, the owner definitely knows their Feng Shui to a T! Front staff are friendly! And most importantly!!! Food is ridiculously good with a great price and great portions! I live on Fort Hood- so the drive is easy- we usually order at the restaurant- and never waited long. Highly recommend! The brown garlic sauce was really hit'n with stir-fry; I like mine with extra salt & pepper so make sure to add accordingly to your preference!!!! This place is good. Food is fresh and great taste. But some things I would pass on. Pepper beef is great. Good proportion of beef to veggies. I'm staying at the Marriott next door so I thought I'd try it out. I definitely don't reccomend at all. I got the Pupu sampler and bbq pork fried rice. The best thing I tasted was the 32oz Sierra Mist. Second best was the egg rolls. Other than that I didn't enjoy my food at all. The picture posted with this is all I ate after traveling by plane and no eating at the airport all day. The rice looked good but it's lacking in flavor. The pork bits taste good but its really dry. The sesame chicken was ok. Enough for three people, but without rice it was large and too soupy. The sweet and sour sauce was fairly runny and the crab rangoon had NO crab, spices, etc.... I was staying at the Marriott Courtyard just across the street and was looking for a place to eat that wasn't to far... well... Wong's Palace was just across the street so a buddy and I said... WTH Lets have Chinese! After reading a couple of the reviews I was very skeptical of eating here, but after tonights meal, I just can't seem to figure out why the ratings was so low. My buddy had a bowl of Wonton soup and the Chicken with Steamed rice for which he said was pretty good. I had the Moo Shu Pork which as also pretty good and definitely filled me up. The Moo Shu Pork came with 5 pancakes (thin flour tortillas) and some type of spread. I decided to make Moo Shu Burritos and put the spread on the tortilla and filled it with the Moo Shu Pork. It was pretty tasty! The price was fairly cheep considering how large the portion we received. read more

Error was not discovered until attempting to eat back at my hotel. This business refuses to refund and charges even though they are in error. I haven't dined in but I do get take out and delivery a lot. The portion sizes for the dinner menu can feed more than one person, which I like. The vegetable fried rice has an assortment of vegetables and colors. It's so pretty (girly moment). I could have just ate the rice by itself! The mushrooms were definitely an added touch that I don't see very often. The sesame chicken is always good. The chicken wings are so crispy yet light. This was the first time I ever ordered. My son got the sweet and sour chicken which he said was awesome. I got the pupu platter of appetizers. Everything was fried dead. I couldn't chew the chicken it was so over cooked. The egg rolls were great. Everything else basically tasted like it was leftover from something and refried. This was not good. read more

Ordering over the phone was easy/efficient, the guy spoke English as a first language so that helps. My order was ready in about 12 minutes. For $8.20 out the door I got the Mongolian Beef w/fried rice. I was expecting it to be terrible, but you know what, for the price it wasn't half bad. After completing my order over the phone I was informed I'd have to drive to the restaurant PAY for my order 1st, then they will cook my food after I pay for it... I told them I was not about to drive 15min to pay and wait another 20-30min for cooking then drive another 15min back home.. Then they got a attitude towards me because I said so. I hung up on them. Today my husband and I decided to come here today for lunch. The husband called to place an order over the phone but were told that'll we need to go there today since there's a $60 minimum limit, which was fine. We ordered everything that you see in the picture. Once we got there she asked for our payment card and an ID to make sure it was us that was paying and not someone else's card being used (which is fine). They are short staffed, we're very patient people so this didn't bother us. After paying I believe our food was ready within 15 minutes I believe. The lady that took our order and everything was very nice. Out of everything we ordered we mainly liked the fried rice, egg drop soup and general Tao chicken (was a little soggy due to the ride home but I put it in the air fryer for a little bit which wasn't a big deal to me). I personally wasn't a fan of everything else that we ordered (wings, lo mein, beef & broccoli) due do lacking flavor, still tasting the starch on the white rice and noodles being very dry and having a weird aftertaste on the beef. Other than that I would come back for the same three items. But all in all this place is trying and being short staffed can be very stressful so I get it. Thanks again. read more

Made an online order for delivery and I was told it would take over an hour and a half but if I picked it up it would take 30 minutes. I drive there and called them from outside to let them know I was there. They said I would get a call once my food was ready. An hour goes by and I call again and they say they don't have an order under my name after they had already told me my food was being prepared. I'm so confused from the comparison of the reviews to our experience tonight. Hands down the BEST Chinese food we have found in Central Texas. We lived in Austin for 2 years and now here for 2 years and none of the dozen+ highly recommended Chinese restaurants we have tried could touch this (or come close to being considered Chinese food). We placed our order to go and the guy on the phone was super friendly. When we arrived 12ish minutes later to pick it up, it was fresh and piping hot. He opened all of the containers to show us they were made correctly and also asked how many people would be sharing the food to make sure we had enough utensils, sauce, fortune cookies, etc. After making the 20 minute drive home, the food was still hot in the containers. We ordered crab rangoons that were actually crab and cream cheese, not some weird sweet attempt at a dessert cream cheese puff. The moo goo gai pan was authentic and the ONLY real attempt I have found at it in Bell county. My husband ordered General Taos and said it was actually filled with flavor and had tons of spice to it. The kids shared chicken lo mein and scarfed it down. We only spent $32 on our order and have plenty to at least have one more full meal for our family of 4. The only 2 downsides I could find are that we have to drive 20 minutes to get there and it took us 2 years to find it! We will definitely be back. read more

Not worth your time. Food quality has gone down a lot and service even more so. So I have been to this place probably a dozen or so times in the past 3 years and never had much of an issue until recently. I noticed they had an online order option so tried that first. It is not phone compatible and you cannot order for pickup so I decided to call. I called to place an order and my order was around $70 as my friend said "Hey, order mine too and I'll Venmo you". They informed me I would have to go to their location, order, pay and wait as my meal was above $60. I asked to pay over the phone as I understand they don't want to waste food in the event of a no show. They informed me they do not take over the phone payments and I would have to come in. I then said ok, can you please separate it in to two orders and I'll have my friend pick his up separately? They refused to do that as well and insisted I come and wait for it. So I drive there and go to walk in to the lobby and the door is locked. I call and explain why I'm there and they rudely tell me to go back, sit in my car and call in. Then they say they will send someone to my car to collect payment before preparing my order. I do this and wait 30-45 minutes for my food. Quality wasn't great and I have never been somewhere that gave me that much trouble taking my money. If I wasn't so stubborn I would have just gone somewhere else and at this point, I wish I would have. Food was fine but not at al worth the hassle. My friend ended up getting sick that night too. We've ordered delivery from this place several times, as well as having eaten in the restaurant a couple of times. Always good food, and even though they say a one-hour delivery time, it always comes sooner. Today I placed an order for delivery, and I originally was going to utilize a credit card, and the gentleman taking the order informed me that the food would be nonrefundable, etc., and I figured if I checked it and it was not acceptable, I sure as &@$* was not going to be stuck with it, so I said I would pay cash instead. We've lived in this house 2-1/2 years, and I kept getting a call from a number I didn't recognize after about 45 minutes, and I ignored it because I get so many spam calls. Finally I got a text saying the delivery driver was here for this restaurant. Which he was n, because not only was there nobody in my driveway or on my porch, but my dogs were not going completely insane like they always do if someone so much as walks down the sidewalk. Long story short? The guy was at the wrong house! Had the wrong address! I did not give them the incorrect address - - he went to the wrong address. Buy one house. And then they had the gall to be upset with me because I did not want the order because by now it was soggy. Customer service has never been more important than it is right now. People need to get things right, stop keeping your money when they didn't get things right, and start understanding that they will go down if they do not realize that customer service is so important! Will never frequent this place again. In any way, shape or form. OK - - update! We decided to try this place again and give it another chance. EPIC FAIL! Once again, the delivery driver - - this is four months later, mind you - - went to the wrong address. Therefore, the food was old and soggy. And I had even requested it to be cooked extra-crispy! But sadly, that was not the worst. The worst part was the fact that the food literally was tasteless. Horribly so. And sadly, since I had forgotten about the fact that I did not use a credit card last time because my gut told me that something might be wrong, I used a credit card tonight. Tastes good when they give you the right order! I ordered sesame chicken, which their sesame chicken is great. They gave me some sweet and sour chicken, which I'm not a fan of at all, and to make it worse, the little styrofoam container for the sweet and sour sauce(which is very weak in taste too), was only half full! And the way the container is shaped, the lower half will hold less than the top half too. I called to let them know they messed my order up, and they wanted to know if I had eaten any of the sweet and sour. I didn't but I was hungry, as far as I'm concerned that should have been fair game for their mess up. They told me to drive back over, but I don't want to waste my gas all over again, return their food. I think they should have delivered the right product to my house, why should my gas be of concern when they mess up? While I was there my car informed me I was low on gas too, so I would have had to stop at a gas station and I just didn't want to go through that trouble. They should have offered me some kind of discount for the next time I came over, but all I got was an apology. Apologies are free for them, but I wasted my time, and had I at least enjoyed the sweet and sour chicken, I would not be complaining. I even gave them a tip. :( Pros: Sesame Chicken Cons: Sweet and sour chicken. Update: I called up 2 days later, the 27th of June, 2020. I asked to speak to a manager, who remembered their restaurant messing up my order. I said if I ordered a meal, may I get lo mein to make up for giving me the wrong item. He said, "Why would I do that?" and then said "We heard sweet and sour pork." I have ordered from this place several times, and the only thing I've ordered was sesame chicken or hunan beef. He suggested I should have driven back over there and returned the food to get the right one, but to me that's bullshit, because the time and driving isn't free on my end. These people are trash and I won't be going there again. They'll probably stay in business but I am disappointed, I thought I found a Chinese place in the area, but the manager is a penny pinching prick. I spent 7 and change for the meal, plus tip, so I paid 9 dollars, to get their sweet and sour chicken which I did not order OR enjoyed, and they can't give me something like lo mein with my order? They said the food had to be bagged back up (despite obviously throwing it in the trash right away) so that the delivery man could come PICK IT UP A refund still has not been issued.
