When I did them myself or got them done at other salons, they would all come off within the week. This was the case before I came to Woo Nails. Jenny has great attention to detail and makes efficient work of the application, which in my experience, makes them last 5 weeks! She's also just the sweetest and is so accommodating when I change my mind or want something done a specific way. I recently visited woo nail salon expecting a pleasant nail experience, but unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. I had an appointment for a specific nail art design that I had carefully selected and discussed in advance. I had shown them a picture of the specific nail art style I wanted, but what I received was far from the original design. The design wasn't what I showed them and the details were sloppy. I express my concerns when she was done with my nails and she said that they didn't have the specific tools to give me the same design! Too bad that I really wanted to try out this place. I texted the business if she could do specific designs that I sent. When she couldn't do a certain nail design, I was asking for how else could we substitute it with. I wasn't even upset or mad - I rather have my nail tech do the design she could eat, not some mediocre job where my friends could ask if I did it myself. Not only did I felt like she was bothered by me, she stopped texting me for good. It wasn't even a long conversation.
