Deciding on a company and the flooring was proving difficult. A close friend (and expert designer) recommended Alberto from Floors 4 Less. I immediately knew that he was the right one for the job. He is incredibly knowledgeable of different types of flooring/vendors, and we ultimately decided on 2 options. Throughout the extensive project, he did an excellent job communicating with us and met the timelines that he initially quoted us on. The results were amazing!!!! Since I was working on a rental that turned into "The Money Pit" with both time and money, I researched LVP some more and contacted a couple of companies for estimates. Full house coverage on a cement slab, except two bath rooms (and garage). I was lucky enough to be referred to Sergio @ SC Floors. He listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. He provided me with several selections of materials and colors. Lucky for me again, was being introduced to a product that was not only 20 mil and quality, it was on sale (Gemcore Diamond, color: Sancy.) My job was able to be scheduled fairly quickly and the installation went smoothly including the prep work. The flooring looks beautiful! Sergio Corredor and his crew are great! They were all very professional and knowledgeable. You will be pleased with the process and the results. My tenants are now enjoying the floor too. The big problem was the sink cutout was wrong. We have an undermount sink and wanted the counter to hang over the top of it (called negative reveal) about a 1/4 inch. This look was the whole reason we chose white counters with a black sink. They walked through the reveal options with us and put our choice to overhang in the contract but it wasn't what we ended up with. The sink cutout was flush on 2 sides and about a 1/16 inch over on the other 2 sides. So not only was it not the agreed upon cut but an uneven cut that we get to look at daily. Rather than taking accountability, they are blaming the sink manufacturer for having incorrect specs. This is hard to believe given the widespread issues a manufacturer would have if their CAD specs were off. The sink gets great reviews with no mention of install inaccuracies. http://www.kraususa.com/31-inch-undermount-single-bowl-black-onyx-granite-kitchen-sink.html They did offer to make all sides flush while also discouraging it, saying it's real messy and a big process. We never wanted it flush, so we chose against that anyway. At this point, the only thing we can think of is they chose the wrong sink when they were choosing the CAD template. If that was the case, they could then point us to the sink that will actually fit and that may solve the problem. The problem is they're sticking to their story that the manufacturer's CAD drawing was probably wrong. For installs like this, paying attention to detail is big but mistakes can happen. Not admitting to the mistake, is the reason we're giving others a heads up.

Originally my wife and I planned to replace all of our carpeted areas with by vinyl flooring from Costco as a weekend DIY project. After the first room, I found that my concrete subfloors were not even and the outcome was pretty bad. We ended up getting quotes from various contractors but Floored Installations was the only group that actually said they could do the install without using quarter round. Easily the best quote we received but that's not even the best part. Floored installations was able to give us an estimate right away and even scheduled us the following Monday. The entire project was just over 2000 sqft and took a week to complete with Nathan and Scotty. They both worked efficiently and the finished product more than met our expectations. In fact, we actually expanded the project to include our stairs after seeing how good the flooring looked compared to the old carpet. With our last minute add, they were able to fit us into their schedule the following week. Pros: -Reasonable pricing -No hidden costs (everything was quoted into the price include the baseboard adjustments and self leveling). Only had to buy transition pieces myself which they told me how many to get. -Very responsive communication -Cleaned the work area pretty well allowing us to just do a once over with the vacuum and mop. -Attention to detail Cons: -Honestly can't think of any.

Out of all the contractors needed to completely remodel my newly purchased 80 year old beach cottage Dino did the highest quality work and on the exact day scheduled, and it was not easy. My floors weren't level and the bathroom needed a full replaced subfloor from years of being wet and rotting. Start - Dino helped me select the luxury waterproof vinyl style out of a few manufacturers and dozens of choices. Termite damage Created a lot of unevenness snd Dino installed 3/4 inch plywood over the entire flooring and leveled out the everything the day before they installed the floors and all the baseboards. Dino was very communicable with me and needed to be because I had plumbers abd cabinet Guys and painters before and after (this remodel happened at the heart of corona virus outbreak. We needed over 3k sq foot of flooring installed and Nabil and his team did an amazing job. Not only were they able to get all the flooring installed but also all of the last minute requests that I came up with, such as, painting the entire interior of the house, installing new electrical outlets, hanging TVs etc. Nabil was very patient with me and was fair on pricing. After such a great experience we decided to hire Nabil again to remodel our master bathroom and build me a one of a kind detached home office. Once again he and his team exceeded my expectations and accommodated all of my changes and additions along the way. By the end, he completely renovated the entire master suite and he even built a gorgeous deck off the side of my office. Due to Covid related impacts to the global supply chain we encountered many challenges when it came to sourcing materials. Nabil and Shannon were there to help us navigate, pivot and find alternatives at every obstacle. Were there snags and unexpected delays along the way? Sure, but they were due to the manufacturing/sourcing delays and without Nabil's help it would have been far worse. Some of the delays actually ended up being a blessing in disguise because Nabil helped us find alternative products that we ended up loving even more than our original choices!
