I was driving down 7th street and decided to check this place out. Everytime I walk in I am always immediately greeted by the gentleman working the front desk right by the entrance. I usually asked for an hour massage but they have a few options. I usually decided on the 30/30, which gives you 30min body and 30min foot massage. I always pay up front which I am totally cool with and then I get guided to a private room to undress and get into a bed. Shortly after they come in and ask if you want the massage medium or hard...I of course ask for hard because that's how like my massages. I will say they are very good with giving you what you pay for if that includes time, products, and service all around. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming, from the front desk with offering you the service and payment ls to the actual massage. I have been coming here religiously for years and anytime I have friends or family in town I make sure we stop by for a nice relaxing time. I repeatedly explained that I wanted to book for June 6, but she continued saying it was only possible tomorrow. The conversation left me completely confused. I'm still unsure about what services are actually offered and how appointments are supposed to be scheduled. Better communication and customer service would make the experience much less frustrating.

I'd say this experience is ideal for those who are used to such devices since the intensity may be strong even at the lowest setting. Also good if you're not in the mood for a person to touch you. Once you make your reservation and get to the location, you have to call someone to let you in the room. They will help you set up or you can watch a video. The machine will measure your leg length and torso height. This chair can target everything - feet, legs, hands, arms, back, neck, shoulders, etc. It also tilts and will stretch you out. You can change the mode though and switch between different body parts. I focused more on my lower back and waist. I felt great afterwards. I'm not sure if it's worth paying over $60 though. If I'm going to pay that much, I would rather get a human massage.
