They confirmed that their carriers use dollies, skates and whatever is necessary all the time. So, if you want a bunch of excuses as to why they can't tow your vehicle - call A&D. The driver (think his name was Mike) was professional and got right to work. He asked where I needed to go and loaded up my car pretty quick. Took about 20 minutes to get to the repair shop on Route 27. Mike was friendly enough, we chatted about the weather and how busy they'd been that week. He unloaded my car at the shop without any issues and made sure I had a ride coming before he left. Price was what they quoted on the phone so no surprises there. Overall it was as smooth as a tow can be. I'd use them again if I needed to.
