I went here for a quote on rust work and instead of taking my money, I got a fair assessment that the work would've been a waste (multiple other sources later confirmed this). I went for a minor repair on my mirror and the shop replaced it right there in the parking lot, didn't even charge me and sent me on my way. I've never seen such honesty and and service with a smile. I called with a concern to my damaged car and Raffi told me to show up at the time discussed. They seemed like they care about their customers but they actually don't. When I showed up as at the time discussed over our conversation that morning, no one was at the location!! I called and no one responded. I've been calling about 3 times now and can't even leave a voicemail. I am in urgent need of an auto body repair and no one is helping me. I will never trust this business, someone can't even keep their promise. At least call me back to tell me you won't be here. I drove all the way to Kensington and even took work off for noting. This is well overdue but I've been back to see Raffi more times than I'd like to admit due to several fender benders in recent years (at this point, the car is about half OEM Honda and half Raffi's work) and service has never been anything but stellar. He runs an amazing shop, always charges me a fair price, has phenomenal and prompt customer service most importantly they do excellent work. This is my VERY FIRST yelp review. I use yelp all the time, but my experience at Kelley's auto body made me take the leap and become a reviewer. I went to Kelley's to see if they could fix a scratch/dent on my door the day before I moved to Chicago. Although Raffi said that wasn't enough time to do a full fix (I had a feeling 24 hours wouldn't be enough time, but wanted to check just in case), he went and grabbed a rag to buff the scratch out and then painted it with a brush. It looks great! I would have gladly paid him $100 for this alone. BUT... When I asked what I owed him, he said NOTHING! I insisted on paying, but he wouldn't take anything. Who does that? I thanked him profusely and told him I would refer friends and family to him in the future. If I ever need body work done in MD I will definitely go back. I could tell that Raffi is someone who genuinely wants to help his customers. And that is worth five stars right there! Thank you, Kelley's! read more

I have been a customer of Kelly's for several years. Raffi and his team have done several jobs for us over those years. Their work is outstanding! They truly restore the auto to better than it was before. Recently Raffi went above and beyond in customer service for me. I was under-the-gun to get our car fixed in a very short period of time. Raffi got us scheduled and I dropped the car off on Monday afternoon. He promised it back by Friday. He had already ensured the necessary parts (front bumper cover) were available. Tuesday the parts were delivered. Wednesday Raffi installed the new parts with all new clips and fasteners. He painted everything. Thursday he called me saying the car was ready for me to pick up! ! ! He saved me a day of car rental. The car really looks like new. The paint matches perfectly, and the bill was about $100 less than the estimate. I highly recommend Raffi and Kelly's Auto Body. read more

The plastic clips on my car's bumper had broken and the bumper kept separating from car. The Lexus dealer wanted to charge me $1,500 for a new bumper. I took the car to Kelly's and Raffi came out and in less than 15 minutes inserted two bolts to reattach it. When I offered to pay him he refused. Absolutely greatest most trust worthy person to deal with. They have a customer for life! read more

Kelly's auto body shop is the truth! They brought my baby Infiniti G37x back to life, I got into an accident and my entire driver side door and rear door got dented and scratched up really really bad ( in my eyes lol) I needed a whole new rear door Raffi searched around for an affordable good used door to replace mine and gave us a really great price for everything in total. Raffi and his dad are super cool and personable I'm glad my husband and I went with this family own business. Thank you guys so much!!!!! P.S the pictures do no justice because of the glares from the sun but my car looks brand new!! Whooo Hooo! No more dents or scratches or missing pieces and the paint job was perfect! Called Kelley's after I slid off the road in the last snow storm and F^#ked my bumper cover up. Got an estimate that was 1/3 of other places. Was able to get a check from insurance for the higher amount becasue adjuster quoted something obscene and have Raffi at Kelley's fix the damage from the original accident and the damage that someone inflicted on another car while parked.....did all of that and we still had extra money. The work was flawless and the pain was matched perfectly. Raffi clearly has good business and was not trying to rip off us off....His rates are reasonable and the work is solid....he communicated with me regularly to make sure that I could get my car back without having to let it sit at his shop for days, in fact tha last time we had the work done in under 5 hours. 3 weeks ago I accidently rear ended a car while backing out of a parking spot....took it to Kelley's to see how much new bumper would cost. "don't do that, let me hit it with a heat gun and pop it out....if you don't like the look (it won't be perfect) I'll take that amount off the bill when we replace the bumper" and he popped it out for free and it looks like it was never damaged. Great place. Rafi gave me a general quote over the phone on a Saturday when everywhere else wants you to come in. I didn't expect an exact quote, just a ballpark. His quote was also way better than the places I had to actually bring in my part to paint. They did an excellent paint job and the quality was great. read more

There is a recording supposedly taking messages, I left one, no response and I called multiple times this afternoon. Raffi is the man! We've been to Kelly's twice, and have had stellar service each time. My Subaru was rear-ended and appeared to sustain a lot of damage underneath the car. The insurance company thought i'd need to cut out major parts of the car and weld new bits in. Not what you want to do if you can avoid it! Raffi and his sweet dad (?) took out my spare, took one look at it from inside the vehicle and said it could be banged back into shape, without a rust causing weld! They saved me money, time and a potential mess further down the road. They also got me a factory Subaru bumper instead of the cheapo version that the insurance company wanted to pay for. The car looks better than before I got hit! I got to the shop a little early, and Raffi was drying my car off and wiping it down like it was his own car. And he didn't even realize it was mine until I told him. Oops one more thing, they added something underneath the spare to make it ride quieter. Amazing!
