You guys are a rip off. You charged me $145 to find out what's wrong with my car which you said doesn't go towards fixing cost and you called me to tell me I had to pay another $655 to continue with the inspection, just to find out what is wrong with the car before you charge me to fix the car. I want going to pay that because I'm not stupid. I took the car to another mechanic and the car was fixed for $200 parts and labor. You guys are the worst human beings in the business. God knows how many gullible people you have ripped off. If I had time I would have taken you guys to court, but I'm sure pretty soon you will be exposed. read more

Came here about 8 months ago for my car that needed to get the wiring replaced (2012 ford fusion hybrid) due to a rodent damaging the wiring. I took the vehicle here (which was recommended through another auto shop because they didn't work on electrical components). Firstly the owner of the establishment wasn't very kind to my girlfriend that attempted to make the appointment on my behalf but gave me a very different attitude but just dismissed that (customer service can be draining I understand) the service was done in a reasonable time and ran me about $400-$500, now fast forward to the day I'm writing this review the car starts having similar troubles like it did 8 months ago but less severe (shaking and trouble accelerating) , I've since graduated college and no longer reside in Riverside. I took the car to a mechanic my family and I have a good relationship with and he informed me that though the issues were minor the mechanic that had "fixed" my car prior did a poor job and didn't correctly splice the wires causing the wires to come loose. Its very frustrating that I came here for my car to be fixed and paid for the service just for a sub par service. I hope y'all just had an off day and this isn't how you conduct business in hopes your customers come back to drop more money because that is lame asf. read more

I was referred to Woodcrest by a friend. My car was towed there by AAA & they called me later the same day with an estimate for repairs. They provided a breakdown of their inspection & approximate cost. There was a slight discrepancy but they were quick to remedy that & came back with the information. Everyone at this shop seems polite and professional. I had them do their diagnosis for $150. They told me it would be another $450 to fix the CE light, get it smogged, and do the oil. I declined and came and got my truck, got home, and had a missed call from the shop they had forgotten to replace my engine cover. I inspected the vehicle and found my undercarriage cover was uncliped in a few places as well. Had to go back to the shop the next day to grab my engine cover. 3 trips and $150 to tell me what I already knew from the free code reading from autozone. I understand they need to do their own diagnosis. The pricing is just too high for me. I ended up doing the repairs myself. This my experience. I had previously wrote a review but was asked by Kevin to take it down and they will help me solve my issue with my vehicle. Initially my car had shaking or rough vibration when I was at a stop on drive, I paid about 1.2k to get it fixed.... it was not fixed thus my prior yelp review... I went again to get it fixed... they gave it back to me stating it was fix, nope still shakes took it in a 3rd time still shakes... at this point I had very little faith they will fix it.... I went in this morning and spoke with an employee about the issue not being fixed... I get told to call in my extended warranty and then they will get it fixed.. what. The. Hell. So what did I pay for? A shaking car that is still shaking. At this point I'm just done with this place. Kevin has a hideous attitude when I go in. I'm just done. The owner is amazing! He needs to give a tune up to his employees or replace them for better parts. Just saying... Took my 2009 Dodge Ram Dually in. Terrible smell from engine, check engine light on. Right wheel squeak due to loose beauty rim from new tire install. I say I will fix later already purchased new on. Waited until late afternoon first day. I call, they tell me nothing wrong with truck???!!!! I ask what codes it's throwing.....silence.....uhhh we haven't gotten to that yet. Me - then how can you say nothing wrong? They say will keep second day. Day 2, they say 3 people drove it nothing wrong....come pick up. Still won't tell me what codes said. They say no charge, and we fixed squeaky wheel?? I drive away, wheel still squeaking, I check, THEY TOOK THE BRAND NEW METAL BALANCE WEIGHTS OFF FROM MY BRAND NEW TIRE INSTALL TO TRY TO GET BEAUTY RIM TO FIT TIGHTER!!! Did you think I wouldn't notice? I may be a woman but I'm not an idiot. I drive 20 mins, check engine light comes back on, truck fumes and bad smell. I now have to go back to Ramona Tire to have wheel balanced again. I don't have time for this, I work quite a distance away, time is money. Due to this incompetence, I need to spend more time to fix.
