WOW! This is an amazing company and great place for a hot beverage. I prefer non-coffee drinks, and they really hit the mark. The carmel apple cider is delicious and feels just like Christmas. The London Fog is just the right amount of sweet and creamy and if you like it more or less sweet they will make it it order. I also like their chai, but I have them add some vanilla. My favorite two pastries are the almond bear claw and the monster cookie. They have a kid-sized hot chocolate for two dollars that is always a hit. There is a lot of seating and plenty of power outlets so you can work or charge while you are there. The baristas are friendly and helpful - do not hesitate to ask a question if you are unsure about what to order. Was getting major Starbucks vibes as I entered the location but this place is so much better than Starbucks!!! The logo is what attracted me to visit the shop and it looks so cute on the cups and merchandise in the store. Great customer service, and they gave me a sweet and a salty sample to try with my coffee. Now let's get to the good stuff - the lattes!! I got the caramel macchiato (much better is that Starbucks and stronger flavor) and my friend got the raspberry latte (also tasted great)!! Is this mall coffee worth the trip? Nope. The coffee was just ok. The pastry is fine. The leather chairs are great is you can get one. But the tables are left dirty. This cafe is a really cozy corner of the mall, with lots of cute merch and baked goods in addition to the drinks. The plentiful non-dairy options for the drinks were very nice as well. There are hooks on the bottom of the tables for bags, which is a very thoughtful touch. It is a really nice corner of the mall to do laptop tasks/reading while waiting for people as well, since there is ambient nice music that is not too loud. There's even a few tables set up outside the cafe if you want to sit and people watch. I ordered a vanilla Mocha with skinny milk. I thoroughly enjoyed my drink - a hint of vanilla but not overly sweet. Nice bold, but smooth coffee flavor. Beans were fresh and flavorful. Bartistas were friendly and genuinely seemed to like their job and understand how to serve their customers with a smile. Seattle definitely needs more independent coffee houses to rival Goliath Starbucks. Less corporate, more local. Woods is definitely on the right track and I'm happy to support a privateer. Excellent coffee. I loved the depth and taste of their americano's. My father in law got a drip and loved it as well. Their coffee is very tasty and their prices are fairly reasonable. I liked this coffee way more than Starbucks. The beans tasted fresh without the burnt taste that I often get at Starbucks. The place was packed but the workers were efficient and moved us through the line quickly. Everyone was smiling and friendly. They have great merchandise to buy as gifts or for yourself. I hope they can spread their stores out farther south into the Olympia area. I would totally come back. read more

So they seem yo be new and are not as quick as the rest of the coffee shops around, but the orange hazelnut croissant and the dill scone is super delicious and probably better heated. The Madagascar vanilla latte is definitive party in your mouth. Not too sweet and just the right amount of bitterness. The mocha is is good to for those who like chocolate and sweet. It wasn't for me, but my fiance loved it. The teas are yummy too. My friend got that and it was very refreshing. The location is nice. It's on the second floor and near a lot of food options. The space is open, you can work there or just chill after shopping with some friends. You can park at the garage below and explore the awesome Bellevue scene. Brand new here in Bellevue square and a I am super happy we found this place. Starbucks gets so crowded and the line gets so long, sometimes you just want a faster way out. Woods coffee is super cozy and the interior gives me a sense of security. They have London Fog which is hard to find at other places, but tastes extremely amazing. Extremely convenient and amazing hours for me. First of all, the hours at this Woods Coffee location are fantastic because it's in the mall. I tend to be a nightowl and drink coffee really late and this location is my go to since it closes later than all the other coffee shops or cafes around it. The atmosphere is welcoming and the seats are comfortable. The wifi is fast and you can also connect to the Bellevue Square wifi too if you have any issues. My favorite drink here is the steamed cold brew which I cannot find at any other coffee place. I really like to drink it when it's cold out since I really love cold brew but I want to drink something hot. I have them steam in some cream with it and it just elevates the drink to another level. I've been to Woods 3-4 times now and everything is Delicious! The place is super cute and modern. Their logo is so Made for the evergreen state. The espresso is really good. I've had a latte... Milk was perfectly steamed. I've had a blended caramel beverage and it was so so good. Perfect amount of sweetness and ice combo. Their iced pineapple tea is really good as well if you had a splash of lemonade. Their Americanos are perfect. They have a few milk selections and a sweet syrup at their Every beverage bar. The snacks are BOMB. They have these white chocolate raspberry scones that are probably made by the Angels above themselves. Gluten free breakfast sandwich is very good , especially compared to Tullys or Starbucks breakfast sandwiches. I guess in just trying to say EVERYTHING is good and service is super friendly. Decided to try this out when I needed a little pick-me-up while shopping and was surprised by how great my experience was! I was worried when I saw a line (it was a Saturday) but the line went by super quickly. The shop was nicely kept, the baristas were helpful, and I loved my drink! I finally found some Nitro Cold Brew close by! I stopped in here tonight to give Woods Coffee a try and I loved it! Very smooth, creamy and filled with the jolt of energy I needed. They also sell bottles of Nitro Cold Brew as well, which I need to try as well! Staff here are nice and my drink was made extremely fast. Inside has wooden furniture with metal accents throughout as well as two leather chairs that my friend and I sat on to catch up with each other. It has a very chill vibe to it. I was excited to have Woods coffee, as it was my favorite from Belli Guam a few years back. We trekked through Bellevue Square to find it, and it was a terrible experience. The line was quite long to order, and even longer to wait for drinks--never a good sign. We ordered two double-shot lattes for over ten bucks. Ouch. Then the waiting started. We waited about 15 minutes before the barista called my name. I went to get the drinks, and she said that the machine was broken and she could make something other than a latte. "I could pull the shots, but they'll taste bad." Or, she offered, we could have a refund. I said a refund would be fine, as I didn't want a frozen drink. She said, "Go wait in line again to get the refund from the cashier." I asked if there was another way to get a refund without waiting online again. She said unsympathetically, "Sorry." So I waited in line again for another 10-15 minutes. That was three days ago and still no refund posted to my credit card. The entire operation seemed terrible, with little or no customer sense about it. We left and went to Starbucks. No more Woods for me, and I wouldn't recommend this place for you, either. read more

They just opened today, and I already love it! I was a fan of Woods when I used to live in Bellingham but now I get to enjoy it again whenever I want! It's located in Bellevue Square right by Nordstrom on the north entrance. The exterior is glass but the inside has a cabin feel to it, it's like modern meets nature! It is pretty small inside but still has a cozy atmosphere. Today I ordered the chai tea latte, and the blend of spices and milk still taste superb. I normally order the white chocolate mocha and love it because you can taste the chocolate, but considering how my friend, who's a slow drinker, pretty much downed hers must mean it was really good. I also had the pumpkin scone, I must've been feeling spicy today but you can definitely taste the flavors of the pumpkin and spices. My favorite thing is that the high tables have hooks! So perfect for coats and purses, you can drink your coffee without any worries of holding or dropping it! One main thing I would say needs to change is the font size on their menu. It's pretty small, not too bad but still could be hard for those who can't see as far. I like their blended drinks and a couple other items I have purchased from them (like a mocha). Their blended drinks are usually a good amount of sweet and coffee. The last two times I've gone though in the last couple weeks the drinks have been overly sweet though but that may just be new baristas. There is always a long line but they get your drink out fast considering the amount of people. Absolutely no taste, all I tasted was watered down tea. You know what I did not even taste any tea what so ever or the flavorings at all. I took two sips and thought that by drinking it more and more it would get better , but it didn't. I ended up tossing the $5 for a 16 oz in the trash. Iced caramel macchiato. I've had my fair share of macchiatos and tried them bascially everywhere, this one was by far the worst I've have ever tried. All I could taste was milk; no espresso, no caramel , nothing but just milk. I can tell their coffee is really weak and not strong at all. This is from my personal experience. It was a let down for me , but it may not be for you.
