Reign and Shine offers an…read moreimmersive play environment where kids aren't just playing, but also being mentally and physically stimulated at the same time. There are so many interactive stations from playing "doctor" or "grocery store," to building full landscapes in the sandpit (complete with interactive features like a volcano!). Everywhere you turn, there's something creative and engaging for kids to explore. We stayed for over two hours, and my daughter still didn't want to leave. She's already asking to go back, and we're definitely making this one of our go-to spots! What makes it even better is that they also have workstations for parents who work from home such a smart idea for when you need a little break while your child is entertained in a safe, stimulating environment. The owner was incredibly welcoming, giving us a tour and explaining all the unique interactive experiences. It's rare to find a place that feels this thoughtful and intentional. I would 100% recommend Reign and Shine Play Lab 10/10! Truly a unique experience that every parent and child should check out.

Loved that they had slippers by the restroom, did temp checks on kids, and asked you to hand sanitize before you walked in.

We frequent new parks and I hate when I can't find any updated photos for them so that's how I started my instagram @thatabcsquad to share. And now I'd like to contribute to Yelp as well. I have been eyeing this park for a while now and finally got the catch to venture up north! It's so beautiful and clean and very well thought out. - shaded parking structure - very clean restrooms - lots of grassy space - picnic tables that are fully covered (able to reserve) - baseball field - basketball courts - tennis/pickleball courts - bigger and smaller playground - ant hill to climb and slide - butterfly climbing structure - (pro/con) - wood chips What more could you ask for? Only downside would be the playground itself isn't very shaded so on hot days, it'll be rough! Highly recommend to check out if you're in the area! . Also very close to many shopping plazas! And the janss marketplace mall!

There's a lot of space for them to ride their scooters; the playground itself is big and beautiful with multiple slides and great flower theming. The best part, though, is the ant hill that they build into the park. My kids love it because it is a literal hill that you use cardboard boxes to slide down. This was the highlight for them, and they spent most of their time just sliding down and having a blast with cardboard boxes. I live in North Hollywood, so this was a drive, but it was worth it so that my kids could have a blast, which they did. This park is at the top of our list!

This is unacceptable for a children's playground. Kids play, get dirty, and need to wash their hands or use the restroom. Parents are forced to leave the playground and walk through the mall to find a bathroom, which is unsafe and inappropriate for young children. The front desk staff were rude and unprofessional. When concerns were raised, there was no explanation, no apology, and no effort to help. One of the play areas has been out of service for months, showing a clear lack of maintenance. I also did not see a business license displayed, nor any customer service contact information available at the front desk. Because this business serves children, I strongly believe the City of Thousand Oaks should visit this location, verify proper licensing, and ensure it meets basic health, safety, and operational requirements. At minimum, a kids' facility must have a working restroom and hand-washing access. Until these issues are addressed, I do not recommend this place to parents.

You can get more out of sky zone than here. The place was not overcrowded which was good and the kids did seem to enjoy it... I would say cleanliness it truly wasn't clean. I would highly suggest having additional staff just wiping things down throughout the day. It would be nice to see them do that but seems understaffed forsure. The good thing that once you are inside it is gated and locked so no need to worry about your kid running off. My oldest loved it and for that same reason I rate it a bit higher. There's sufficient jumpers for all ages.... which helps I guess....

Their own website clearly states to arrive at 6pm, with no mention of calling ahead, no reservation system, no waitlist. So that's exactly what we did. We arrived on time only to be turned away because the spots were already gone. Apparently there's an unwritten rule that regulars know to call ahead, information conveniently absent from their website. When we asked the general manager, Cameron, why this wasn't communicated anywhere publicly, her repeated response was essentially "we're popular", offered with the self-satisfaction of someone who sees no problem with the situation. No apology. No empathy. No acknowledgment that their website is actively misleading customers. Just a shrug and a reminder that this is "how you learn for next time." My son was in tears. What's most frustrating isn't the miscommunication, it's the attitude. A good manager finds a way to soften the blow, acknowledge the failure, and make a family feel heard. Cameron did none of that. When I pointed out that if calling ahead is policy, it should be stated publicly, she had no real answer, just more deflection about how popular they are. K1 may be too busy to care about losing one family's business, but we had been planning a birthday party there. That won't be happening. If you value clear communication and basic customer service, proceed with caution.
