Unfortunately, they were out of a lot of the beers that we really wanted to try. We made our decision and asked about the food. Apparently the great burgers that was part of another business within Hop Scholar had left and now they had Dragon Bowel Noodle Bar to serve meals. We ordered a few items as we were hungry and their food wasn't bad, but when I go to and Ale House, I kind of expect bar food and not an Asian Noodle Bar. Very disappointing to say to the least. Yes, our beer was good. Yes the egg roll, calamari and crab Rangoon was very good but Hop Scholar Ale House didn't feel like a true Ale House/pub atmosphere to us but I will let you stop in and make your own decision on this.
