    Fun concept!

This was such a cute little boutique store. The "spoil your pup" sign was definitely relevant here as you would bring your dog here for extraordinary treats and toys. The Barkcuterie board concept was cute! Quite pricey but the treats were high quality treats. Our dogs just had a teeth cleaning done so it would've been nice to have some soft treat options for the barkcuterie bar. The items sold in the store are high quality! We found the cutest dog tag for our new dog. It was a fun place to visit with my dogs especially because each dog was able to enjoy a fancy pup cup with sprinkles of bacon, cheese and even ube! Yum! Our dogs had a blast exploring this shop!

Ever since moving to the Bay Area, I've been trying to find pet stores in the area with unique/quality products, so I was so happy when I discovered Woofboard! They have the cutest toys/accessories and the best selection of high quality treats (sourced from small businesses!). A couple of my favorites are ube treats from Ubae.co and quail eggs/beef pops from AryaSit. As many reviews already highlighted, they have a build your own barkuterie section and also a pup cup bar available for those who make a purchase! Highly recommend checking them out and also following them on IG so you can be up-to-date on all their new launches, sales, and fun events (e.g., breed socials)!

Woofboard's new location just opened a few weeks ago, so my sister & I decided to check it out. We came on a Sunday morning and realized it was the farmer's market. Thankfully, I got a spot right in front of the store. The store is absolutely gorgeous and is so much bigger than the DTSJ location. My dog really enjoyed the open space to roam around the store. Woofboard carries a lot of high quality toys and treats. Yes, it's slightly expensive compared to PetSmart & Petco, but it's so worth it. I love the treats since they're single ingredient treats & no unnecessary additives. My dog especially love the dental lollipops - highly recommend you to get this for your dogs. One cool thing about this location is the make your own barkuterie board. You can make your own for $20. Overall, the place is really nice and clean. The service is also amazing. My sister & I will forever support Lynna & Woofboard. I will continue recommending this place to all my fellow dog moms & dads!

We've been hosting our monthly Paint Your Pet events at Woofboard for a while now, and every single time has been an absolute blast! Lynna goes above and beyond to make every person -- and every pet -- feel welcomed, seen, and special. She truly pours her heart into carefully selecting an array of unique, high-quality treats and toys, ensuring that every product is something you won't find just anywhere. We've been to a lot of pet friendly shops and spots, but none quite like Woofboard. From the unique product selection to the constant community events, this place is more than a shop -- it's a neighborhood gem. Whether you have a pup or a cat (yes, cats too!), this is the ultimate treat destination.

AH WOOFBOARD where I spend more on my children's toys & treats than I do on my own meals this is the new Campbell location! (even if I'm posting this review like half a year later LOL) complete with AC and way more space inside and a cute lil bench for photo ops & a pup cup bar & BARKUTERIE BAR WOW SAY LESS ? anyways there's great stuff here! treats are all reviewed by the owner to be GOOD STUFF so you don't have to worry about what the heck you're feeding your babies :) my corgi always makes a beeline here when we're in downtown Campbell bc she knows WHERE TO FIND THE GOOD GOOD (also bc she just wants to hang out w puck, probably) the barkuterie bar is super unique - but of course leave it to me to not even have a picture of it LOL and there's a cute lil polaroid wall of the doggie customers the only con is that the parking is harder to find compared to the dtsj location but that's hardly any fault of the store - plus downtown Campbell is so much more of a cozy vibe anyways :) (also I'm 95% sure the owner doesn't know my name but knows EXACTLY what tone to sternly say my corgi's name in when she's being an unhinged goblin & wow that is the sign of a true dog-lover right there LOL)

Despite my dogs sassy little face, he was obsessed with his treats! Woofboard is such a cute shop! It has a variety of pet stuff: toys, treats, lick mats, etc. They're beyond helpful and so nice. We can't wait to go back!

Chippy's favorite place in the whole world!

We have been following Lynna and Woofboard since she launched her brand. In addition to supplying the cutest dog toys and menagerie of treats, Lynna goes above and beyond to create a warm and loving community for dog lovers and other local small businesses to gather together. We came out to support Lynna and the new Woofboard store during their grand opening and it did not disappoint. As expected, the store was well-organized and stocked with so many goodies for the fur babies (including cats and dogs!) and humans. Every component of the store, from the shelves of minimal-ingredient treats to the buckets and buckets of quality dog toys of all kinds was so thoughtful and made the shopping experience such a joy. The increased space allowed for new additions such as Build Your Own Barkuterie (charcuterie for dogs) bar and a Pup Cup Station. There's also plenty of spaces in the store for Instagram-worthy photo opportunities! Woofboard has long been our dog Chippy's favorite spot in the whole wide world (he always makes sure to go behind the counter to help his Auntie Lynna!) and we're looking forward to making many new memories as we continue to follow and support Woofboard as it continues to grow! NOTE: some of the items may be pricier in comparison to big name stores such as Petco or PetSmart, but the quality of the items makes up for the difference. Woofboard stocks all kinds of products from many local small businesses and works hard to support small brands. Do not be deterred by the prices - Lynna makes sure that all products stocked at store are top notch and worth your money!

I'm so happy this location opened up! There's not a ton of dog boutiques in the San Jose area. There's such a variation of items, toys, treats, leashes, collars, unique dog treats and play mats. The owner is so nice and helpful as well. The toys are special ones you can't find any places. Definitely worth a trip, considering it's a boutique the prices are reasonable. There's a 4 way leash I've been looking for and finally found one in this shop that was less than it was if I got it on Etsy. The toy in this picture is neat. This one is a ball inside the sunflower so when she shreds it she gets another toy within! I can't find these many places.

We love the thoughtful curation of dog goods in this store to spoil our pup! The treats at this store include healthy and nutritious ingredients, and the toys are so creative and adorable. My Westie particularly loves the Himalayan yak cheese biscotti. It's a great place to find unique gifts for your dog. They also stock small business owner-made dog accessories. We always look forward to the seasonal rotation of products!

I brought in a tiny kitten I found that was absolutely covered in fleas, and I was honestly overwhelmed, but they immediately jumped in to help without hesitation. They helped me bathe the kitten, brought me supplies and tools, gave the baby treats, and even helped me call someone while I was trying to wash the cat hahaha. They were both so patient and sweet the entire time and made a really stressful situation feel manageable. You can tell they truly care about animals and people. I seriously appreciated them so much and I'll definitely be coming back because of how amazing they were.

In the past, I have always ordered canned pet food in quantities of 4 or 8 units in order to get the Petfood Express "Buy 3, get the 4th free" discount. That discount is no longer in effect if you are doing an "order online and pick up in store" order; you have to physically go to the store and check out at the register to get the discount now. So, to clarify: If you place an online "pick up in store" order, you are no longer eligible for the "Buy 3, get the 4th free" price break. It is unfortunate that Petfood Express decided to claw back a much appreciated discount for its customers--especially now, with the cost of premium pet food suddenly soaring for pet owners. Booooo to PE Corporate!

We walked around and looked at the birds, lizards and hamsters. While we were looking around, two employees asked us if we needed help. I let them know we were looking for a cat carrier that opens at the top. They knew exactly what I was looking for and walked us over to that section. The young ladies gave some great advice on which carriers would be the best options. Both of them also have cats and use these carriers. That really helped with our decision. We chose the one they highly recommended, which was not the overpriced one. We made our way to the checkout and made our purchase. It was fast and efficient. I will definitely come back here in the future because of their great customer service and variety of pet products.

I've used PetSmart grooming at locations across the country for years, making this by far the worst experience I've had. Three hours passed without any notification. When I returned to check on Pepper, I learned she hadn't even been started and her groomer, Olga, was on break. I came back 30 minutes later, and after four and a half hours Pepper was still waiting in a cage. I was then told it would be at least another hour before they could begin. Delays happen. Failing to communicate is a choice. One phone call or txt would have allowed me to adjust my plans instead of spending my afternoon waiting while my dog sat in a cage. What happened next was even more disappointing. When I asked Jessica at the front desk whether she thought this was acceptable, she immediately defended Olga instead of acknowledging the lack of communication or trying to make things right. Aside from a brief apology, there was no accountability and no concern for the customer experience. This wasn't just a scheduling issue--it was a complete customer service failure. I can't recommend this PetSmart store.

We found this place through Yelp and it was the closest to our all of our errands we had to run. We called beforehand and for holiday season, they were closing early at 2pm. We went around 12pm and the boutique was quite busy. The store is small inside, so it was hard to maneuver down the aisles to look around. I think because they are closing shop soon, so most products inside had a certain percentage off. We ended up getting our fur babies a knitted beanie, a jersey along with the baked goods they had available such as the cupcakes and peanut butter bites. Even after the store closing discounts, we found the total price to be expensive but we didn't really mind because it was for our pitty's birthday. The baked goods section is what it seems like most people come for. I read comments on Yelp after we had went here saying that other people's babies got sick from the treats and baked goods. We got lucky that three of our babies turned out fine after eating it, they seemed to really enjoy the treats. Only downside was that I did feel like the workers here really watch and somewhat follow you around the store. My boyfriend was in line for the baked goods, so I went to take a look around at the accessories (collars, leash and toys) but felt like the worker kept watching me so I got uncomfortable and eventually went back in line with my boyfriend. We had a good experience with the owner herself though since she was the one who helped us packaging the pastries.

We…read morespecifically told the manager Bianca that his nails had been left too long during our previous visit. Unfortunately, after less than five minutes, his nails were still sharp and much longer than expected. While waiting, I briefly started recording my own dog through the large glass window because he looked SO adorable. Bianca immediately berated me for taking photos/videos. I immediately apologized and stopped, but I could see her shaking her head through the glass while looking visibly frustrated, as if I were supposed to know that they had a no photo policy (there was no sign indicating as such). When we tried to point out that the nails still needed a bit more rounding and polishing, Bianca was extremely rude and dismissive, saying there was nothing she could do and that our appointment was "done." When I suggested that they should post a sign if photos or videos are prohibited, she became even more upset and raised her voice at me in the lobby. She compared me recording my own dog to someone going to my workplace and filming me. That comparison was completely irrelevant to what I was doing. Another employee present then joined Bianca in scolding us. They told us that they were not allowed to put up a sign saying photography is prohibited. At that point, I decided to leave rather than continue arguing with employees who were treating a customer this way while other customers were around. That honestly makes me wonder: if customers aren't allowed to take photos, but putting up a sign informing customers of that rule isn't allowed either, how exactly are customers supposed to know? There was absolutely no intention to film employees or anyone else, and our dog was staring straight at us through the gigantic glass window, which naturally I wanted to photograph as a memento. We spoke with the cashier afterward. We had originally intended to leave a tip for Bianca, but after this unpleasant experience, we wanted to take that back. The cashier name Nicolas was actually very understanding and ultimately waived the entire fee. After this experience, we will not be returning to this Petco for grooming services, which is such a shame because while we were there, we heard several customers say very positive things about Jennifer, one of their groomers. Unfortunately, Bianca's attitude and lack of professionalism completely overshadowed what could have been a simple, straightforward experience. I sincerely think Petco should consider having someone in a management position who demonstrates better customer service, professionalism, and the ability to handle customer concerns calmly and respectfully. *I've included a photo to show what I believe to be an unfinished job as my dog's nail is sharp to the touch and has a super rough finish.
