It was my pug's 6th birthday, so I decided to treat him with a grooming session to pamper him a little on his special day. The grooming itself was good, he came out clean and well-trimmed. The same person who groomed my pug was the one who charged me. When I paid in cash and she did not return any change. I normally set aside the tip separately to give it directly to the person who attended my dog, but since I didn't receive my change back, I wasn't able to leave a tip. It felt like she had given herself the tip, which made me uncomfortable and left a bad impression. I hope it was just an honest oversight. Overall it was a decent first experience with the grooming.

The full Bath Package included a wash (they had a few shampoo options available; we provided our own shampoo for them to use), blow-dry, nail clipping, ear cleaning, and a few more services. Our German Shepherd doesn't usually enjoy baths or having his nails clipped, so we were happy to hear from the groomers that he was a good boy during this grooming! (Treats may have been involved.) He came back looking and smelling great. Additional notes: + Super convenient having the groomers stop by our house and have the entire grooming done in their van. + Price was reasonable. Overall, we're quite satisfied with our experience so far, and plan to call Bright Dog Grooming's service again the next time a grooming is needed.

It's because she is blind from birth, and she gets a little scared. I asked her to leave her a little bit long because of winter time.
