I go to this studio once a week with ClassPass. I love the overtime classes since they really kick your butt in 1 hour! It's a great full body working in a circuit style format. I love that this studio is always clean and has fresh towels for your face and large towels available as well. The men's and women's room each have 2 private showers, 2 bathrooms, and a changing/locker area. The workouts incorporate a variety of equipment: barbells, treadmill/bike, resistance bands, TRX bands, dumbbells, medicine and stability balls, etc. Sometimes, I'm already tired after the warm up, which can be intense! The instructor is always high energy playing good upbeat music and also goes around to correct your technique. Dane, one of the instructors is super friendly and loves to push your limits in class. I took my husband to an overtime class and he was impressed with this place! He also died after 1 class! Overall, a great studio and nice amenities. I've been hopping around gyms recently with my Classpass and after trying out many classes in the area, I have to say Work provided the most rewarding and challenging workouts. I like how classes each day from Monday to Friday is focused on a particular muscle set, and that every class will never have the same routine. I've taken Pulse with Dane which was a cardiovascular boot camp. Work made it fun without using treadmills, we did mountain climbers, wall balls, resistance band punches, battle ropes, burpees, bench jumpovers, etc. It was definitely a hardcore sweat, and I could definitely feel my heart rate increase throughout the hour. What I liked most about this class is that all the members were personal and engaging. Everyone was motivating each other, work is fun as a team. Since Pulse was the perfect class, I signed up for Force with Kara. The class was double the size of Pulse, with over 35 people cramped into the facility. This workout was very challenging for me, it's focused on the core and upper body. We did TRX supermans, ball slams, bear crawls, shoulder presses, skull crushers, etc. Honestly, I thought that this class was more disorganized than Pulse, due to the amount of people that the trainer had to handle. Still, everyone was welcoming and I really enjoyed the high intensity of the exercises. It kicked my butt and I was feeling sore for the next 2 days after this workout. Loved the online live classes! The way the audio/video format is laid out is like no other! The staff is very friendly and quick to answer any questions. All the trainers are good and upbeat! I always seem to push myself harder when I do these workouts! The workouts change every month and they are killer workouts. I burned at least 500 calories in just one class! You can use bands, weight or no weights. These workouts are very efficient and you might not be able to walk down stairs when you finish Monday's leg days! Best total body workout hands down! Thanks to my sister, I've found a workout I can't walk away from. I used to Soul Cycle five days a week after a running injury left me unable to get in my mileage. Lifting weights was new to me and took some time to get used to but now I'm hooked after seeing such a huge change in my body. Each class targets different body parts and each month balances the weeks by either cardio endurance, strength training or the hybrid of the two. Always changing! You never get bored. The instructors are great and the environment is one of a family when you get to know the people over time via workouts. It's clean, friendly and the music is always motivating and fun. Note: The only downside to my favorite gym (as a busy working single mom of two) is when I'm running late the parking situation is less than desirable BUT I still give it five stars as it has not deterred me at all, I keep coming back! This was my first time going to Work, my co workers rave about this place and me being a gym junkie, I had to try it out. I have tried other studios/classes like orange theory, crossfit, soul cycle etc but work is something else! The atmosphere is super friendly. I was waiting for my friend to show up but I had already been greeted by 3 other people there who were waiting for class to start. The staff here is so friendly and gave me a tour of the facility. There is a large waiting room with comfy couches before the class starts. The locker room area is spotless and there are showers for you as well. The workout itself is awesome. I went on a Tuesday and it was mostly upper body. I'd call myself an intermediate level "fitness" person but I was hella sore the next day. You move in groups so you're never alone doing anything, and everyone around you is super helpful especially if it's your first time. My instructor Madison was awesome! She helped cue me and made sure I was doing okay. I loved the shout out at the end of class. I am going back today for legs and I absolutely can't wait for class. I'm addicted to this gym--I come here religiously every week because the classes are intense and challenging, but great for anyone of any fitness level. There is no excuse to not fit one of these amazing classes into your day! Each class does an incredible job of pushing me to my limits and although I often want to chop my limbs off during class, it's sooo worth it because the workout is so effective. WORK is a HIIT training facility and focuses on strength one month, then endurance the next month, etc. Each day works a different muscle set, my favorite being Mondays (Rooted- legs) and Thursdays (Lift- glutes and Reach- upper body pull). My goal was to gain strength and this place helped me to do just that. The coaches are all really awesome, but I really have to give a shoutout to Kara. She creates a very laid back but still kickass vibe in the class and she's always been so attentive; she has came by and personally helped me to perfect my form on multiple occasions. Her workouts are great and her playlist is always fire!! She always plays a good mix of hip hop, trap, and EDM. The facility is top notch and really clean, and the women's bathroom has all the goodies you could ever need like hair ties, bobby pins, cotton pads, makeup remover, etc. Lastly, the one thing that makes WORK's environment unparalleled is the camaraderie among all the members. Every class you're bound to exchange a high-five with at least one other person and the atmosphere is really motivating. Today was my first time at WORK and I have to say it won't be my last. When I arrived, I was slightly confused on where to park. They have parking about 100 yards away from the facility as well as along the street- which is explained on their website or social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram) in detail. Once I entered, I was greeted by my trainer Scott. He immediately gave me a tour of the facility which has a lounge, children's room, and a giant room full of brand new workout equipment. This facility unlike any I have been to prior also has turf with sleds! I also liked how they have motivating quotes all over the facility. After my brief introduction, we got started right at 8:30! Our class had about 20 people but I felt that Scott made sure every person was working at their best. The workout lasted about 45 minutes and we stretched afterward. Every day there is a different type of workout and today I tried the Rooted class which is an emphasis on legs. We did a couple different circuits all killer, and extremely effective. What I loved about Scott and the facility- is that I had not exercised for a couple weeks but he helped me adjust. He recommended weights, corrected my form, and encouraged me to achieve my personal best on my first day there. He also emphasized eating correctly. I definitely appreciated his honesty in how to get results! I immediately purchased my first package afterward. Scott also explained several packages to me, and classes to help me understand what will be the best fit. I was extremely impressed by how personal WORK was and I cannot wait to become a regular! read more

Usually, I'm not the type to enjoy workout classes or want to commit, but I love the format and efficiency of this location. WORK Online Live classes bring fitness into the comfort of your own home while being in an actual class where your trainer can see and coach you. They offer challenging, high quality workouts and a sense of community. Their instructors get to know you and always offer their support. They offer modifications if you don't have equipment and change their format monthly. Their Online Live classes have really got me through the pandemic and gave me an opportunity to stay in shape while still working with trainers I could interact with face to face over Zoom. Their app and website are easy to use and they offer on demand classes as well, with both previously recorded live classes and classes recorded specifically for on demand content. I had the opportunity to go to the studio in person a few times as well and enjoyed the classes. They changed up their classes and renovated to accommodate outdoor workouts to ensure that people could still come and workout in person. I highly recommend working with Work Training Studio online Virtual classes if you want a great workout but can't make it to the studio. The studio offers daily routines that work on different muscle groups. What I love about the studio is that no matter which trainer and time you sign up for, the Virtual Online Class routines are the same. The Work Virtual Online Class does not require you to have any equipment for a great workout - if you have light dumb bells, mat, and mini bands that's great but if not, body weight will guarantee an excellent workout as well. read more

If you're looking for a judgement-free, motivating and challenging fitness experience, Work is the place to be. Work is a fantastic gym with fantastic people. I have been coming here for a few months now (didn't want to review them until I had a few months under my belt) and I really love this place. The facility is awesome. There's plenty of space to move around. It's clean and the equipment is top-notch. Restrooms and shower facilities are available on-site if you need to change out or clean up after your workouts. As for the actual workouts, I couldn't ask for anything more. Every workout is planned out, targeting specific muscle groups for each day, and can accommodate a wide range of fitness abilities. If you're new, you can go a little slower or use a little less weight. If you're more athletic, you can add more weights or push a little harder. The workouts only last 45 minutes long but you are busting your butt for those 45 mins. They are high-energy, motivating and you would be hard-pressed to not feel accomplished and energized after every workout. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I've done it all guys, hot yoga, yoga sculpt, Pilates, kickboxing, CrossFit, etc. None of them have given me the results like Work does. I started seeing muscles in areas I didn't know muscles exist! Every single WORKout is different throughout the week. The coaches here are phenomenal! They're fun, hands on, and know how to give you a kick ass work out. Although it's a large work out group, they always make sure your posture is correct so you don't hurt yourself. I was always hesitant to hiit style gyms due to not a strong focus on form and lack of strength training, but this gym changed my view on that they have a great balance of different styles of training and the trainers are engaged and encouraging and ensure you're pushing yourself while maintaining form. Coming from a athletic background and a typical muscle focused training style in a conventional gym this has been a amazing change to my training style and convenient.
