Everything we tasted was fresh, flavorful with fresh herbs, delicious & beautifully presented. The vendors were personable, accommodating and professional. They worked in our kitchen, toured our grounds and understand that we are creating an upscale holiday event. They can accommodate vegetarians, gluten free, sugar free and kosher diets.

A reputable business should clearly communicate policies in advance and promptly return funds when services are canceled under these circumstances. I am requesting the immediate return of my full deposit to the original payment method. I would prefer to resolve this matter directly and amicably, but I am prepared to pursue further consumer protection actions if necessary.

I sent it back, expecting that the kitchen would address the problem. Instead, I was given what appeared to be the exact same dish with liquid simply added to it. Really? I overheard another waiter explaining the specials to a different customer, so I asked the hostess whether there were any specials. She said yes. We told her that no one had mentioned them to us. If specials are being offered, they should be communicated consistently to all customers. I have been a regular customer here for quite some time, which is why I feel compelled to say something.
