When we arrived we met Alex L. and from the moment we walked in he was kind, extremely professional and very thorough about how the whole process worked. He helped us pick out the tint that would work best for our 18 year old son. We went with the ceramic tint and we felt the price was very good for the work we were getting done. To be honest, we felt terrible even asking them to take on this job bc the tint was so bad, but they reassured us they could take it on. During the time the Mustang was there, Alex stayed in contact with us, updating us where they were in the process. We appreciated this so much bc it helped us plan out the next couple of days. We went back to pick up the Mustang and OH MY! It was gorgeous! I KNOW they busted their butts getting her looking this good. I am kicking myself that I didn't think to take before pics so I could post the before and after. But we were absolutely super impressed. *Also, the ceramic tint has done wonders with this heat. For someone who doesn't live in Houston proper anymore, much more convenient for starters if you live in the general area. First thing I wanted was some easy running boards attached. They were able to do so quickly without issue. Second thing I requested was for a dash cam to be hardwired and wires concealed. Look at the photos I took, only the minimum amount of wire is hanging out and I can't even notice my front camera when I'm in the driver's seat. Lastly, I felt like my car was lacking bass and was seeing what sort of options I had. Dylin and Elie went over what sorts of parts would be needed, explaining what the purpose of each was. I visited a few other car shops and the rest didn't seem quite as interested or quoted me a ridiculously absurd price without even seeming to care what I was looking for (some place tried to tell me that my meh base car audio was worth $15k and trying to convince me I NEEDED a $10k audio job right off the bat to upgrade it). They gave me a few options as far as location. I was trying to see if I could somehow have a subwoofer but with the box not taking up too much room. In the trunk of my SUV, there was a relatively small nook and they were able to fit a 10" JL Audio subwoofer with a custom enclosure. Look at the photos I put up, looks great and sounds great. There's less than 1/2 an inch from the opening of the trunk enclosure and the sub but they made it work without the sub being touched. I dropped the car off on a Tuesday, picked up on Wednesday with all smiles. Very happy with the job they've done. Fair pricing, extremely high quality job and attention to detail. Great customer service. I would highly recommend them. I will be back for more when I figure out what else I want to customize! Thank you!

I ended up rewiring my system so I could get rid of the horrible electrical sound from them wiring power and electrical together and a poor ground. My hands free phone did not work due to it being plugged into the wrong recepticle. The speaker box I bought from them did not have chambers as it was for dual 12" subs and no connectors installed in the box for wiring. Just be careful if you decide to do business Island car audio.
