What a little gem in town. It is a rare Asian fusion brunch in the San Ramon which just expanded their breakfast service. Food was amazing. Service was excellent. Price was very reasonable. I am bored with the traditional American breakfast. It had freshening up my taste bud. The crab egg benedict doesn't have the greasy crab cake like other. The hollandaise sauce is not heavy. They opt for a round toast instead of English muffin. It made the entire dish tastes better. My DH ordered the lobster benedict. Again instead of English muffin, it surprised us with waffle. No soggy feeling when eating with soft boiled eggs and sauce. The Vietnamese coffee is very authentic. Pancake and waffle are amazingly fluffy. Love the buttery maple syrup. This restaurant is definitely suitable for girl night out, family gathering and school booster banquet. Nice interior design with a lot of photo spots. We will definitely return.

Such a beautiful place very tea party boujee vibes. I love the service and the manager is super friendly. The food is very tasty as well.

spending mother's day here. place is quite spacious and ambiance is great. staffs are nice and service is great. foods taste great. the crispy pork belly even though a bit salty but i will say a recommended food. kao soi is ok but need a bit more tender for the braised ribs. may be because of mother's day, a bit too long waiting for the foods and not all of them come at once...

Absolutely amazing! I took my mom here for brunch on mother's Day and it was perfect! We had reservations so there was no wait. The space is on the small side but it's super cute. The staff was kind and friendly. And the food was excellent. I ordered the creme brulee French toast with caramelized bananas, bacon and eggs and a purple Oracle mocktail. My mom ordered the mixed berry pancakes, bacon, potatoes and the soju margarita. We also shared an order of the crab rangoon, And they gave my mom a slice of tiramisu in honor of mother's Day! We really enjoyed our food and I intend to come back so that I can try the Thai menu since the majority of our selections were from the brunch menu!

One House Bistro opened in a space vacated by Atown Pizza & Kabob House et al. Spectacular, new, glitzy, Instagrammable interior. Limited seating inside, one table outside. A fountain and a lounge chair is clickbait for pics, doesn't enhance dining experience. Got seated, ordered. Food came in 7ish minutes. Offerings (usual Thai + fusion): small plates, soups, desserts. Lunch/house/chef's specials, salads, One House spaghetti, curries, meat & seafood, fried rice & noodles, drinks, alcohol.. Bites: Apple's Sea Bass salad (26) -basically papaya salad upgraded with a deep fried sea bass, shredded apples, roasted coconut, nuts, red onions, scallions, house dressing. Dressing same as for papaya salad. -sea bass nicely fried, had moist bland flesh. Dipping it into dressing adds a bit flava. -salad fresh as there's plenty of crunch, veggies not tasted. Only tartness from onions/dressing tastable. -instagrammable. -1/2 thru, my eyes & stomach lost interest. Took rest to go. *service slow at times as only one server worked all the tables. Other server tabulated the tabs. 3.5 stars semi-worthy: YMMV. Quality: gimmicky. Tastelessness matters. Quantity: reasonable. **now I know why I hesitated coming here earlier. Nothing special. Fusion dishes so-so.

This is the second time I've come to One House Bistro. The decor is beautiful. The food is delicious. The one thing I found annoying at this lunch was trying to get the waitresses attentions. They get focused on what they are doing and aren't looking at the customers when they're walking around. When I finally got one waitress' attention, I asked for a replacement napkin since mine got blown off my lap by the air conditioner that was blowing pretty hard. She said okay. She walked away and then came back out with a customer's order and forgot about my napkin. It took her a while before she noticed me looking at her and realized she forgot to bring me my replacement napkin. She did finally bring me several napkins. It appears that parking may be harder to find close by the restaurant during peak hours because the restaurant is located in a strip mall that doesn't have a huge parking lot.

The exterior does not do the interior decor justice. Faux flowers on the wall, fancy cutlery and utensils, Photo Booth wall op. Very romantic and date worthy kind of local restaurant. We ordered: -soft shell crab rice salad and the menu did not state that it has nuts. I'm allergic to nuts. But they were apologetic and made us a new one and still gave us the old one for my wife to eat. It was really delicious but mildly spicy. -sea bass - the sea bass was very slightly over-fried but the red curry was on point. -eggplant delight was good too. Alcoholic drink menu had wines and cocktails that were all soju based. Looked on Yelp photos and it does appear that they switch out their chef specials often. I can't wait to come back and try other items.

My gf and I decided to try this place and we made reservation, so we didn't wait long. We ordered fired fish, crispy rice salad, pork belly and papaya salad. It was all delish with decent portions. For dessert we went with caramelized banana with ice cream and it was just ok, nothing special. I wanted a cocktail, but they're still waiting for their liquor license so all they had was soju base cocktails. It was way too sweet for me. Overall great service, flavorful dishes, and cute decor.

I came here for my friend's birthday one day and I can see why it's so packed! I should've called for a reservation but we got seated fairly quickly. The interior of this place is unmatched by any other restaurant I've been to thus far. They even have a little fountain inside. I got the Roti w/ yellow curry - Delicious. The roti was soft and flaky. The curry was creamy and rich, yet not too heavy. Sweet and filled with coconut flavor. The blends of spices made me want to eat everything drenched with the curry. Chicken satay - The peanut sauce was delicious. Sweet and aromatic. The chicken was grilled to perfection and had a rather sweet glaze to it. Solid appetizer. One house platter- This was good, but you can probably skip this one. This dish is similar to Vietnamese plates that include vermicelli, grilled pork chops, and egg rolls. Everything was still delicious! It came with a lot of veggies and you can make lettuce wraps with all the goods it came with. It comes with shrimp tempura, chicken meat balls, egg rolls, and bbq pork. The bbq pork had a nice grill flavor and the chicken meat balls were tender. Overall, this place is a super solid spot for dinner with your family or even a date!

Okay, I'll admit it One House Bistro totally threw me off at first. I'm so used to Thai restaurants being called Thai and "insert word here" like Garden, Orchid, or Palace, that I wasn't expecting a quaint little bistro tucked away in San Ramon with such a unique vibe. The moment we stepped in, I felt like I had wandered into a chic French pastry shop. The decor is cozy and elegant, the kind of spot where you sip tea and feel a little fancy. But make no mistake: this is solid, flavorful Thai food through and through. Let's get to the good stuff: the food. We tried two dishes and wow, they delivered. 1. BBQ Pork Lunch Special This is my go-to test dish at every Thai restaurant. Sometimes it's dry, overcooked, or portioned out like it's on a diet. Not here. Perfectly grilled, juicy, flavorful, and paired with a sweet dipping sauce that makes you want to slather it on everything. Comes with rice and salad, and yes leftovers are guaranteed (and proudly taken home). 2. Crispy Pork Belly with Mixed Veggies Listen. We've tried this dish at other places, and the portions were usually... let's just say "delicate." Not here! Thick, generous slices of crispy pork belly served hot and fresh, with crunchy veggies that balance the richness. This dish alone is enough to make us fans. Service? On point. Super friendly, fast, and consistent what more can you ask for? They were also accommodating with my wife who was celebrating her birthday and surprised her with some birthday treat and candles for her to blow All in all, One House Bistro was an unexpected and very welcome surprise. Great food, great service, cozy atmosphere, and generous portions. We'll absolutely be back. This bistro may not have "Thai" in the name, but it's definitely earned a spot on our Thai food go-to list!

    Tiramisu and birthday dessert

A very aesthetically pleasing to the eye restaurant with equally eye popping menu, serving dishes. The drinks tasted just as good as they looked and the food was presented very well and was flavorful. We had the roti canai and the avocado spring rolls for appetizers. Main meal was yellow curry, tofu with green beans and noodles. Each dish had distinct flavors and all tastes really good. The birthday dessert was a work of art, with little candles (very aesthetic) and the tiramisu was well done too. Service was quick and attentive, maybe a little too attentive at times where we felt interrupted mid conversation multiple times and felt we were being rushed even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy on that Sunday evening.

We visited this restaurant to celebrate my cousin's graduation. We were a party of nine and were able to make a same-day reservation with no problem. The restaurant was beautifully decorated, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We ordered the lobster fried rice, green curry, ahi tuna tower, and pad see ew. All the dishes were delicious. I also had a piña colada, and it was mixed perfectly. I will definitely be back. I still think about the fried rice and can't wait to return for more!

**Review 11.22.2025**…read more My family and I came to Bishop Ranch for the Christmas Tree lighting. We were a bit late to know so my brother made reservations for dinner here. I've been to their location in La Jolla and am thankful to know that their quality is still the same as in SD. Service: a bit of a cluster. We guessed they were understaffed... the employees were both working the movie theater, the restaurant, and the bar. I think our server was one of two for the night. Our server - whom we didn't get his name - was friendly and very efficient. We were there at 4:45 pm so whoever was serving during that time and day - mad props to him. He was friendly even if he was definitely under duress. We ordered a bunch and everyone liked their food. I ordered the Korean BBQ Hanger Steak and it was delicious. It was cooked medium, just like I requested, tender and well seasoned. I wished it came with rice (yes, the Filipina in me - and the bro said to ask a side of it next time.) My family also was able to avail Happy Hour drinks so that was cool. I had the Aperol Spritz - it's not the way they make it like in Europe but it would suffice. Though fair warning, it was pretty strong! We were going to order dessert but we were running low on time b/c of the tree lightening. Overall, they're still working out the kinks of transitioning from the Lot to Zentril. They might want to add more staff - this location is very open and wide - it seems cruel to just put two servers on a busy Friday night with something going on inside the center. Will definitely visit again and hopefully their staffing issue will be sorted out by then - fingers crossed!

We could either stand or sit at the bar area or sit on the side table with a family that had some kids because there was only one server working that night. So we decided to sit next to the family. Then when we asked for drinks, we were told that they were out of every single vodka they had. They had the same issue with the food. Everything was very limited and then they made the order wrong at that. Then they switched waiters and they double charged my friend and I for the bills. Horrible experience and I never will go back and this is not the first time there has been bad service with wrong orders before. I believe in giving chances because every restaurant can have a bad day, but this seems to be continuous and now they even have a very limited menu. Not worth my time, my money or anything there. Nothing is great. I also called and left a message for management and no one ever returned my call. Disappointing.

We arrived for an early dinner around 5 PM, full of nostalgia and high expectations...and left with very mixed feelings. We started with drinks and three appetizers to share. The pineapple spritzer was a great way to kick things off...refreshing, well-balanced, and not sweet which I appreciate. Our apps: - Crispy Shrimp and Pork Imperial Eggrolls: we re-ordered this. Tasty enough, but the portion size for the price was genuinely disappointing. You're getting a few small bites and not much else. - Shrimp and Chive Pan Fried Dumplings: The biggest letdown of the night. The dough on the bottom was thick and gummy, and the filling was completely bland.....no seasoning, no excitement. Pass. - Hoisin Barbecue Pork Ribs: The best of the three in terms of portion, but brace yourself -- these are an absolute mess to eat. I would not order these again. With mixed feelings about the food, we jumped straight to dessert, which is where the meal was redeemed. The burnt Basque cheesecake came topped with diced caramel apples and crispy strudel- one of the best desserts I've had in a long time. Overall, this visit left us a little deflated. The appetizers underdelivered for the price, and it stings a bit on a sentimental occasion. That said, I'm still curious about their entrées. I have my eye on the whole catfish or their lunchtime pho.

Most place charge $20 to $25 in Danville and rarely see Far Niente by the glass. The prices look reasonable on all the wines by the glass, so go get some! They also have great cocktails ($16, great price), my 2 favorites so far are Watermelon Seduction (4 Stars) and Pomtini (4 Stars, get on the rocks). Their bartenders mix the perfect balance, never too sweet or tart, just right! Food notes: Tang's Fried Rice (3 Stars, $30 with chicken, beef, shrimp, so 2 Stars) The base price for fried rice was $19, ok pricy but if you ask for combination fried rice (chicken, beef and shrimp), the price is $30, $11 increase. They charge for each protein, ridiculous! The rice was not that great, they didn't use a long grain rice, some sort of short grain, but not fat, still thin, like the rice was broken in half. All the ingredients were fresh, but nothing special. And the egg, no large chucks, just tiny bits mix in. Szechuan Green Beans with chicken (4 Stars, $20 with chicken). The green beans were fresh, not overcooked, still slightly crunchy. The sauce had some heat and the chicken was cooked perfectly. Roasted peanuts were added, nice touch! Rolling Lettuce Cups with Chicken (4.5 Stars $17) The lettuce cups were perfectly cut from the head lettuce, no ruff edges, easily separated and large. One of the best execution of lettuce cups I've seen! The chicken filling was also awesome! It was not serviced with plum sauce, kinda missed it, but instead some thin sauce, good, not sure exactly what, but definitely not plum. Pork Belly Bao (5 Stars) Really good, get some! Mongolian Beef (3 Stars) The beef was thin sliced and good quality, but the sauce was to sweet, heavy on hoisin, plenty of sliced onion and green onion. No heat. Kung Pao Chicken (3 Stars) I liked the shiitake mushrooms, but the rest was just okay. Shu Mai (4.5 Stars) Really good filling to the top, good size dumping (almost have to cut in half to eat) serviced with chili sauce. I mixed some table soy and chili sauce together, perfect dipping sauce. Yo's Rock Shrimp with Sriracha Mayo (3.5 Stars) Good quality shrimp, nice and lightly batter, deep fried but not over cooked. Until next time...
