We enjoyed staying at this resort. It was central located near Disneyland; you can walk to it. The kids love seeing the firework every night on the rooftop. We like that there was a coffee shop, a store, and a little grocery section on the first floor. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. The place is well kept, updated and clean. The Front desk let us check-in early and we got a little late check out as well. I work remotely most of the day we were here but on my lunch break we were able to walk to the restaurants nearby and/or use the pool. There is a shuttle that would take you there was well for $6. But the walk is less than mile one way. Parking is $12 for owner and $15 for non owner. It is gated and we saw the security guard regularly. Felt very safe. The bed is super comfortable in the Master's bedroom but I had a friend who son had to sleep on the pull out couch and she said it wasn't comfortable at all. They did put in a request for a mattress topper. We enjoyed meeting all the guests and talking to them as well. I would recommend and will come back. read more

Availability on properties is limited and customer service is horrible. You'll be on hold FOR HOURS! Yet they'll constantly have their sales team contact you to sell you more credits. They tell you how great the deal is they are offering. It's more than you paid per credit originally, but lower than they expect the credits to be in the future. I asked them several times to stop calling and they didn't listen, so I finally started telling them if they believed so much in the product, I'd sell my credits back to them for the original price I paid and they could obviously resell those at a higher rate, right? Crickets. They have no problem taking your money, but have little interest in helping you. Update: A rep reaches out for feedback yet proves once again how utterly terrible this company is at customer service. Wi-Fi was next to non existent for the 4 days we were here. Watching the Disneyland fireworks from the hotel roof was okay. Not as great as we were told. But beats sitting/standing at Disney smashed together and fighting crowds to walk or shuttle out. The rooms were a great size and had all the accommodations you may need. Large fridge/freezer, dishes, cups, bowls, utensils, microwave, toaster, stove, oven, stacked washer dryer, laundry soap, dish soap. The one downside for my husband and I was the couch pull out bed. We had three kids that shared the king sized bed and hubby and so shared the queen hid-a-bed in the couch. It was not great. The food options in the cafe area was pretty good. We stayed there in June 2022 and we had a great time. Very clean and helpful. The Only thing we didn't like was the guy was very pushy when we got there checking in. He wanted us to go to a meeting after we check in. And we said no we are a Silver member and don't even use all the points we have now. And we were tried from driving. This place is a 4.5. If you're traveling with a group ie family or close friends, this timeshare is great. Not only are you close to Disneyland, you have the city of Buena Park that has Knotts Berry, Midevel Times and Porto's bakery. This particular timeshare has a Starbucks downstairs, a pool and hot tubs on the first floor. The roof also has hot tubs upstairs where you can watch the Disney fireworks. Front desk has been helpful with provisions, just be mindful that staff isn't as available at night to bring stuff to your room but will mostly have it available for you to pick up. The room we stayed at had 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room and washer dryer included. Our vehicle was safely parked in a gated garage. Some things they could work on is that one of the bedrooms didn't have a working DVD, there was a few items we asked for that wasn't provided, I did call the night staff and was curtly informed about staff being on break and not being able to take anything to our room until the next morning. So while this is a timeshare, don't expect 5 star hotel service. read more

Funny that other people have also reported this place runs a scamming timeshare program that doesn't compensate you for your time. I have had the exact same experience. I sent in my vouchers within a week after attending and they never followed up. Would have expected much better from such a high-profile chain. Scumbag tactics, and during the timeshare presentation itself we were also berated by the presenters with them trying to make us feel dumb for not purchasing one. I suppose it never hurts, either, to see the bad parts of humanity as a reminder to brush off the people and companies who are dishonest and should not be trusted. Sadly, Wyndham appears to be one of them. Wasn't sure if I went here or to the Wyndham just down the block, pretty sure I was at both places, where they demo'ed the rooms at this Worldmark. Worldmark Anaheim is a short jaunt by shuttle to Disneyland. The shuttle is $6 p/day for adults, $2.50 p/child and senior citizens. It runs every 20-30 minutes, and It's worth it to take a shuttle so you bypass the parking nightmare. Worldmark is located next to Garden Walk which has several restaurants: Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., California Pizza Kitchen, Cheesecake Factory, House of Blues, McCormick and Schmick's, PF Chang's, and a few others. Von's Grocery Store and Target is nearby but you need a car (or Uber/Lyft). 7-11 is within walking distance. The rooms are standard WorldMark issue and are aesthetically pleasing. We had a 2BR again but this one did not have a Murphy bed but a sofa couch. There is a pool, 2 hot tubs, and baby pool...but what's nice is that none of them go over 4' which is good if you have young kids. BBQ is available, but not on your balcony--at the pool area, yes. They do have a place with billiards and an arcade as well as a fitness center. From our room we were able to see the Disneyland fireworks every night. We stayed here for 2 nights, which is more than enough, and hardly worth it. This is why... Even though this resort just reopened up about a week or so before our stay due to the lockdown because of Covid, supposedly it was not at full capacity, but you would not know it. The lobby was newly renovated as we were told, but I feel like it was half done . They forgot to put carpeting down to lessen the noise level. It was so busy at the checkin and deafening. I could hardly hear the agent behind the desk, and he had a hard time hearing me. I certainly heard everything the guy next to me was saying tbough! he was having a shouting conversation. Next they wanna charge me $10 a night for parking? This is the only resort so far that does that. We were told its because non guests started parking there and going to Disneyland. Well as an owner I should not have to pay. As my husband observed, when you put your room key to open the gate, it stays up a long time, enough for 3 other cars to follow. Solution, put a parking attendant there to check and see who is actually staying and charge all otbers. The room, not much renovation going on there. We were told this resort is one of the oldest and it sure looked like it. They may have repainted, maybe changed out furniture, but they forgot to update the appliances. The dishwasher was old, and so was the refrigerator. Ice maker hardly made ice, cabinetry outdated. And washing machine dryer combo was so loud! I get why people stay here if you are going to Disneyland. But for us, it was a chance to experience another property on our way down from Norcal which had availability. Unfortunately we would never choose to stay here again. We stayed in a 2 bedroom and the amount of credits we have to use would be better spent at a quieter nicer resort. Oh and top of that, we are charged $30 a night for occupancy because of Covid, and we are not CA residents. Let's see if this fee goes away. Check in at 4p, checkout at 10a. This review is strictly on their sales pitch presentation. The worse, pushiest sales people I've ever encountered. First off they charge you $40 to book the "tour" of their renovations made at the resort and to discuss updates of your ownership benefits, which they say will be credited back to your card after the presentation. They promise you that the update will only take 60 min. - which is a complete lie. Second, they promise to give you some type of incentive for attending - in my case $75 gift card which they then reduced to $50 at the end when I left. Then came the update...they never provided a tour of the new renovations and updates to the resort. Instead it was a hard sales pitch on why it made sense and how crazy I would be to pass up the chance to buy in to more points to dump into this timeshare. After telling the sales lady so many times that I didn't want to buy into more points since I didn't want to make any big decisions after recently losing my husband, she kept pushing, then sent over another sales rep - what I would call a "closer" to try to close a deal for me to buy more points. It literally took 2 hours to persuade them I didn't want to buy anything. Once they finally realized it, the salesperson's demeanor changed and it was a quick bye out the door with me. Wow, these people are unbelievable. What a waste of my valuable time...I was suckered into this presentation/ update" this time, but never again. read more

If you're thinking of coming to the timeshare pitch just to the "free" goodies, forget it. If it's too good to be true, then obviously it is. We were promised: 1. $100 dining card - turns out it's "$100" to restaurant.com, which gets you coupons like "$25 off minimum purchase of $50". So it's really like "buying" coupons that you would get in the mail anyways. And if you search reviews on restaurant.com coupons, tons of complaints that the restaurants don't even honor them because they never agreed to any of these deals! 2. 7 day trip to anywhere - look up reviews on the fulfillment company they use to reward the trip, and you'll see some appalling horror stories. For the lucky few who actually got a trip booked, they were roach motels unless you wanted to pay ridiculous prices to upgrade. And it's still wasn't free because of the "fees" you have to pre-pay. Long story short, we're just glad we got our $40 back and some free Doritos. For 3 hours of our time. The bright side is they weren't as pushy or rude as some of the other reviews on here. But if you want to burn some time to look at a high pressure sales environment, you're better off visiting a car dealership and checking out some cool cars. read more

This place has great hospitality. This is the second time I've stayed here and the service has been impeccable. The only bad thing I've experienced was an exploded coke can in the freezer when we checked in. Every room I've had has had balcony's and the views have been great. There is a very convenient Starbucks and gift shop downstairs as well. The Starbucks also has a great selection of beverages and beers in their fridge. We checked in on a Thursday, went to Disneyland on Friday, and checked out on Friday. The two bedroom was spacious but a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom would have been better than the two twin beds. Overall our stay was enjoyable and we took full advantage of the amenities. Danielle and I both worked from the media room (not sure if that's what its called) while the kids watched TV. I then ran around with the kids in the arcade room while Danielle finished up her last work call. Lastly the kids enjoyed the pool area. They have one big pool, a kids pool and two jacuzzies on the ground floor. Apparently there are also jacuzzies on the 9th floor which you can reserve. My only knock is the elevators always seemed to be busy. Also, we called down for extra towels which never came. The other good thing with this place is the shuttle that picked us up from in front of the hotel. Rather than walking half a mile to a mile and waiting with a ton of people we just walked downstairs and were picked up right on schedule. read more

I would never come back to Wyndham or Worldmark as customer and I will tell every single one I know about how bad it was. Pushy sale tactics, uncomfortable questions, terrible communication and inappropriate hard credit check that lower my credit score without any notice or apology. Since I will live a pretty long life, I will remember this one of a lifetime experience and make sure no one else get to be in such miserable circumstances. The best way to fix it is to rebuild your campaign architecture that is customer based. Build a win win system that doesn't put anyone in a victim position. TLDR: Went into the presentation wanting a timeshare. Exited the presentation in tears. AND they stole my leggings. The actual timeshare rooms are nice. Recently, it was the people who were representing WorldMark / Wyndham that made me vow to never, ever, EVER become a timeshare owner with them. We were staying there because my mother is an owner. We visited Disneyland in mid February. Upon arriving, I was offered the free gift ($150 gift card for 90 minutes) for sitting through the timeshare presentation. I told them sure, I would think about it. That lead to them consistently calling me three times a day for two or three days. I should have seen that coming, I'm not even mad about this part. I eventually called them back and set an appointment to go to this presentation. I was told, since my mother was a VIP member, the presentation would consist of a tour of the VIP suite on the top floor. I honestly was excited and thought that was cool. My partner and I spoke about possibilities of becoming timeshare owners before the presentation and were really thinking about following in my mother's footsteps and becoming owners ourselves because we enjoyed our trips so far. Since my partner was not 28, he was not allowed to attend the presentation. Check in was fine, I waited and everyone else got called in before I did. That's fine. I waited about ten minutes past the start time of the presentation. which ultimately was ok but did kind of make me anxious. Eventually, a woman came and greeted me nicely, and then immediately started asking me if I was really staying here. She seemed like she didn't believe that I was actually staying here, and asked for my room number two or three times. It was the oddest thing, and I immediately felt defensive and like she thought I was a liar? It was the weirdest thing. We sat down at a small table, where she asked me if I was staying with anyone. Upon learning I was staying with my partner, she said he was required to come to the tour. I explained that we were told he was not old enough. She insisted he had to be here. We had actually called the front desk the night before and asked if he could come (he wanted to, because he legitimately wanted to discuss the possibility of becoming an owner in a few years) and when I explained that, she didn't listen to me and excused herself to go speak to a manager for about ten minutes. I just sat there. By that time, my anxiety was through the roof and I honestly felt like I was under interrogation instead of at a timeshare presentation. Where was the tour?? She came back, confirming that indeed what I told her was correct. At this point I just had no confidence in her. She badgered me about being an actual guest and didn't even know the policies behind her company's tour guidelines? She launched into the numbers, how much it would cost to become a timeshare owner - I cannot quote the exact numbers, but it was something around 380$ a month for two weeks a year. At that point, I just told her that nope, that is too much money. I must say, it really takes a special kind of salesperson to convince someone who was considering purchasing something to do a 180 and completely change their mind not to. She should get five stars for that talent. She left again after I told her no, I actually wasn't interested. I was in tears at that point because I have never been treated that horribly by anybody in a professional setting like that before. She never said goodbye, thanked me for my time, nothing. Another woman came and got me, saw I was near tears, and did not say anything. I was given the gift card as promised (the reason for the one star) and sent on my way. In and out in less than thirty minutes, convinced to never give this company any of my money for the rest of my life. No tour. We ended up notifying the service experience manager, Chelsea, of my experience. I was so shaken and upset at the end of it that my partner insisted. Chelsea was very apologetic, which was appreciated. Before the complaint, we stated we didn't want anything, weren't looking for discounts or free handouts by complaining. She apologized, but we never heard back from her on a resolution / if the employee was coached / anything. Even better, I left an expensive pair of leggings in my room. They were mysteriously never found by the cleaning service or returned to me. read more

The facilities had decent amenities: water refill station (not ice cold), dvd movies available to view (nice for the kids), rec room and pool area, Disney shop on site. Coffee available downstairs from the market. Even an area to leave non perishable food to be donated after stay. The room/suite was nice. Enjoyed the full kitchen aspect for making dinner and breakfast. The rooms were spacious- I king room and 1 twin room. The water in the larger bathroom took about 4 mins to get hot, but the main bathroom no issues. Downside: no garage access from the hotel itself- needed a key card even after checkout to get to our car. No free shuttle to Disneyland- art is the bus route. read more

Don't buy a timeshare through this company. They don't have any locations where you want to stay unless you pay extra each day of your stay. We tried the discovery plan and they put you in the worst rooms and nickle and dime you fir everything. They also require or pressure you into sales presentations every time you start even if it wasn't part of the agreement. Our credits were about to expire because we could never find anywhere we actually go so we went to Disneyland just so we could use our credits and stayed for 6 days. We had to pay a $300 fee for taxes (never mentioned in our presentation) when we arrived we had to pay a $107 fee for parking which was a complete surprise because it was never mentioned in any sales presentation or when we reserved the room. We had to pay $70 to have access to wi-fi for our stay. The next day all of our wi-fi stopped working. We asked the concierge for help they said they couldn't help us and we had to wait in line at the front desk. We waited in line at the front desk they told us they couldn't help us because they're WiFi is handled by an outside company and gave us a phone number. We're spent 30 minutes on the phone out of our vacation with that company for getting it fixed. They said they didn't know if we would continue having this problem but we were welcome to cash them back I'd it did This is day one I'll update this review as we go. read more

Overall this location is amazing. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Although there are a few maintenance issues that need addressed, nothing functional, but more aesthetic. Examples would be the end trim cap on the shower rod in our master bathroom is loose and sliding around, and the trim ring on the shower head is loose and spinning freely. Those are all minor aesthetics that take nothing away. However my only gripe about all Worldmarks, is that children are given free reign to not only be in the hot tubs without supervision, but even if are supervised by a parent/guardian, they're allowed to act like wild animals in the hot tubs without consequence. Most parents, and no staff, monitor children to keep them calm while in hot tubs. There's several hot tubs throughout this property, and not a single one is adult only. I end up leaving my relaxation time early, because kids are in the jacuzzis full time, splashing around, jumping off the steps, kicking around with their pool noodles and snorkles, etc. I've given feedback to staff more than once, and it's never been addressed with the people. I have two 9 year olds, and they are reminded every time we go to the pool area that they're not allowed in the hot tubs without without us, and if they come in with us, they're expected to sit calmly. They are reminded throughout their time in the hot tub, as well as when they enter from the pool. It's not a difficult expectation. With as many jacuzzis this property has, it's reasonable to expect one of the two ground level jacuzzis to be adult only. After all, we are paying thousands every year to enjoy our trip. read more

They said to spent 2 hours seminar and get the free 7 days hotel package. However, they gave us nothing after we spent 3 hours over-there. Don't get their empty promises with their scams business. It is waiting your time! I am going to report to Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for their scamming business. Love staying at the WorldMark, it's like being at a home. It's practically as big as my current apartment, the 1 bedroom unit we stayed in. Lucky for me, my friend is a timeshare holder. Our unit had a washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, foldout couch, air conditioning. Elevators do take a while. There are 2 hot tubs on the roof and a pool and hot tubs on the ground levels. A gym and game room located on the ground level. We walked to Disneyland both days, it took use about 20 minutes. You can try to take the Woody shuttle across the street. Some places to check out for food and beverage are, Starbucks, Coffee Bean, Sabrosada Mexican, Cheesecake Factory, Buba Gumps. read more

First off, I am a Worldmark owner, and let me say the general staff is wonderful and so are the accommodations. However I took 2 trips to Anaheim this year. Trip one, we were given the "VIP" treatment. Offered a cabana, snacks, etc. I went to the "1 hour" presentation. They kept me there 4 hours trying to sell me additional points, and made me miss our shuttle for our plans that day. They were quite deceptive in their sales pitch, I signed twice (and learned never to sign anything without a clear understanding of what they are doing). I thought it was for a credit check, but instead they opened 2 new lines of credit in my name, one credit card, one line of credit for Travel Share. I found this out when I got home and a card and statement arrived. 3 Months later, I get notified the bank that held the travel share account was discontinuing the program, and closed it. This made a significant hit on my credit which was near 800 at the time. 2nd trip, I was already upset about the last sales pitch. We were again greeted and offered the "VIP" treatment, up until I said I was not going to another sales pitch. At that moment, all VIP treatment was withdrawn. I have complained about this 3 times to Woldmark, once on their automated review process, once to worldmark directly, and once to the board of directors. I have not once gotten a response. My current plan is to go to every offered sales pitch and tell this story to all present. read more

Stayed for a short 2 nights. We own a time share with Wyndham, so this isn't our first stay at this location. We really like this location. The staff is friendly and professional. The location is clean. The location of the TV in some rooms are questionable but we didn't focus much on that since we didn't use it that much. We will definitely stay here again. I really enjoyed this Worldmark location. It's so close to the Disneyland park and it's easy to get to. This is also the first Worldmark location that didn't give us the whole sales ploy upon checking into our room. We arrived, checked in, got our key and went up to our room. That's how it's supposed to be! It was great. Our room was clean upon arrival, and we had a room way up on the 13th floor facing the Disneyland park. At night we could see any Fireworks shows from our window, though they do have a rooftop seating area for those who can't see from their room. We also parked in their garage with our rental car, which is free for Worldmark owners. Non-owners only have a fee of $10/day which in the Disneyland area isn't too bad comparatively. All in all, if I ever visit Disneyland and need a place to stay (and I am still with Worldmark) I would definitely stay here again. read more

This is our second time staying here in the last few weeks. My family and I had a great time spending all day at the pool, then barbecued some tomahawks and had dinner on the rooftop. After dinner we spent the rest of the evening enjoying the beautiful views awaiting the fireworks from Disneyland. We are now returning to stay the night for a wedding nearby. We were able to call ahead and ask if there's a possibility if we could check in early. Check in is at 3 and our wedding was at 4 so we were a bit stressed for time. Luckily we spoke to Jordan who let us know that she would try her best. After communicating with housekeeping she got it done. Not feeling like the VIP they say I am with my Platinum Elite status. First, I booked two two-bedroom units, one a Presidential and the other a standard. I booked these thirteen months out. They assigned my standard unit to the backside of the building without the preferred view. I have never had that happen before! I was informed I should have called the property to make a request. Never had to do that before! Then, I was told at check in that I was entitled to a mid-week maid service. When I attempted to schedule it a couple days later, I was told there would be a charge since our reservation was only for seven, not eight days. I knew that from past experiences, but the staff has clearly been poorly trained and informed, making ill-informed promises. Just sad, pathetic customer service. This part is in regards to the unit. The shower is low flow! This does not save water when you must spend six times the length of the normal time in the shower in order to try to rinse the soap off yourself. Our stay was nice. Don't get me wrong, everything you need in a condo style hotel, worldmark has it all. From pots, pans, extra seasonings, utensils, etc. I love this setup since our family goes on a lot of roadtrips and this is one of the most cost efficient ways to spend our vacation. TLDR - THIS IS FOR THEIR SALES TEAM. So my mom's already an owner, and as her child I was invited to check the presentation out for a $100 gift card at Disneyland. Since we arrived there earlier than check in time - sure, I 'd take one for the team. They bring you in to watch a slideshow presentation, from here on it was already giving me MLM vibes - definitely firm about just saying no and grabbing my gift card, plus also just wanted to educate myself to see how their business worked. So I sat down with their sales rep, crunching numbers, even after saying multiple times that I am on the fence about owning. They proceeded to lower costs for me, even the manager came out to crunch some numbers that might convince me to rethink my life choices about owning a timeshare. They also compared my mom's active timeshare, to the one they were offering me and of course they blind you with all these extra perks, bragging about how they're debt free (another red flag). etc. Finally what ended it abruptly for me was the credit check. She pushed to check my credit even after my discomfort of asking if this was a soft/vs hard inquiry, and clearly stated that I do not feel comfortable having another credit card because I already have one that I use frequently. Proceeds to run my credit - sure enough after she clicks the button, I get notifications on my credit check apps saying that a hard inquiry was done on my credit and a new credit card just popped up. I did not authorize this - we were only supposed to "check" for approval. Right there I felt like this was a dishonest establishment that only cared about numbers and profit. After saying no firmly, she gave me a sour look and I could tell she was pissed by the way I rejected her offer. May have even heard her complaining in her managers office. Very unprofessional Cathy. Thicken your skin when it comes to sales. Pushy sales tactics and they will really try to get you. At least I got my gift card though. read more

We love staying at WorldMark Anaheim. My nephews love having their birthday party's at the resort. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They help us by blowing up balloons and letting us set up the party in the guest lounge. Never a dull moment and the memories are priceless. We will be back on Nov 22nd to celebrate my nephews 17th birthday. He could spend it with friends at a amusement park but he loves the resort that much that this is the third year that we celebrate his bday at the WorldMark Anaheim Resort. His wish for the past three years was to stay at presidential suite and we were able to make it come true. (THANK YOU WAITLIST LOL) It would be nice if he could open the door to a few balloons and a sign saying happy birthday to him. Don't know if that is possible? Thank you once again for making his bday always memorable with fireworks and amazing staff. read more

The Positives. Worldmark by Wyndham is a Club Owner Memberships. Super great place. Checked Thursday July 1, 2021 but only dropped my mom and went back to work and came back on Saturday July 3, 2021 and checked out on Monday July 5, 2021. Relax on my down time on 4th of July. Observe the fireworks on the rooftop of the hotel. I also visit Disneyland and Downtown Disney. I took the ART and it was very easy and the driver were very nice and helpful. The Negatives. The only negative thing is that since I've been a owner back from 1999? We didn't have to pay for parking in 2021 $10 per day Housekeeping is still the same and you want us to dump our trash, but why are you charging us if you having signs where telling us to take our trash out and recycle the trash.Then if we do? We should at least get some of our money back. We sweep up the floor use both Clorox Wipes & Lysol Wipes all the surfaces down because of Covid19. We wash our all of the dishes because of Covid19! So technically we did clean most of the place. Except the changing the bedding. Internet still suck should have better combinations, better option or build your own options for internet service. read more

Free parking which is nice. Some WorldMark charge so this was a pleasant surprise. Our room was ready and it was easy getting into our room. The location has a pool on the roof which is wonderful! This is also close enough to restaurants. Easy to walk to. Great place to stay if you want to go to Disneyland. There is a shuttle bus that goes from hotel to hotel and takes you to the park. .... .. ......... . .... read more
