I stayed here when I was in town to run the Rock n Roll Arizona Marathon. It was a smaller quiet property located just west of the 10 freeway. There was a bunch of road construction in the near vicinity leading up to the property, but it was still easy to find and did not detract from the vacation experience. The check-in process was nice and quick. In addition to room keys, I was given a garage opener. It was nice to park my car inside the garage which was attached to the unit. I found everything inside the unit to be clean and in good working condition. I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

It's in an odd location. They were crazy busy. But, I found myself able to relax in my room, at the pool, and sitting on our patio as the sun came up. Beware: late check-in was kind of a pain. But, we were using my parents time share that was gifted to us and seemed hard to understand for the folks in the lobby However, everyone was kind, fairly patient, and easy to work with for us. It was a nice and relaxing stay.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. The first room we were given had no fixtures, it seemed as if it was in the middle of a remodel, so the kind front desk staff gave us another room. The room was great. Clean. HUGE. The pool area was the best part, 2 Pools, 2 Spas, and a Splash Zone. All of which are heated! Can't complain there. Only negative would be the location, we had a hard time finding it at night. The front sign, Wyndham, had no light feature. I would hope this facility would invest in some signage. Overall, a good experience.

This is a very nice place if you have a 1 bedroom you get a garage for your car they have a nice pool and jacuzzi and the people are really nice here they don't pressure you to buy more points the kind of tell you how it works and where you should be if your owners or not the rooms are very nice and clean

Richard H.

The rooms here are awesome, We didnt had any charges for WiFi and the staff here is very friendly and helpful. The room we got they gave us has a Jacuzzi tub and I LOVE it! Will probably spend every night in it lol, The one thing though about Worldmark properties, you have to buy your own shampoo, unlike motels that give you a little bottle, but thats no big deal IMO, the kitchen is real nice, and it has a full size washer/dryer and on top of it, some units have their own garages another nice thing about this property! The only problem I found at this building, is some the electric sockets are lose, so I had to call front desk and they are sending someone to look/fix them (also didnt want to be blamed for it and charged lol, so let them know if there is any problems)

Bugs all over the walls

Bugs!!! Bugs!!! Bad!!! They tried to spray raid During my stay which meant I got a headache when I try to come back in the Room and it stunk so badd from all of the poisonous fumes. So then on my day to check out I requested a 5pm check out since my flight wasn't till later and I figured they would accommodate me since I had to deal with the bugs and they said no that they would charge my credit card on file. Worst service ever, dirtiest place ever! I have a video of the all scooped into a pile from me scooping off the floor. I had to keep shoes on insed for fear of the crunch under my feet.

Stains from the dirty floor after only an hour of crawling around.

The resort is Spanish-mission style on a former 280-acre cattle ranch, now a golf resort. Communications were very good. The resort contacted us before our scheduled arrival should be have any questions or special requests. They also assured us that the front desk would be open 24/7 after I expressed concerns that our flight was scheduled to arrive late evening. Check-in. The resort has good "curb appeal", with adobe "casitas" and the greenery of the surrounding golf course. I was surprised by the number of people who were still checking in around 10 pm on a Monday night, but the line moved quickly and the woman checking us in was both efficient and friendly. In addition to giving us our room keys, a resort map, the activities calendar, and our parking pass, she also gave me a package that had been sent for me. (Thanks to my daughter and family for the birthday present!). Unit. We were very pleased with our unit. It had everything that we needed for our 6-night stay -- a full kitchen with cookware, plates, cups, utensils, etc., towels, toiletries, comfortable bed and high-quality linens, a jacuzzi tub and separate shower, two televisions, and a washer/dryer in the unit. The unit was tastefully decorated in the colors of the southwest. It's not brand new, but it is well-maintained. We were impressed with the quality of the blackening curtains, which are probably a must-have in Phoenix summers. Parking was free, and available close to our unit every time we returned after activities in Phoenix. The resort was conveniently located near the PHX airport (5 miles) and for our day trips to downtown, the Desert Botanical Garden, Papago Park, the State Capitol, South Mountain Park and Preserve, Roosevelt Row, The Heard Museum, and more. It's also close to shopping and restaurants. We had only a few concerns about the resort. Of minimal impact to us given options in the city, but the "Resort Experiences" calendar (or "activities" was quite light for adults. Phoenix had rain for a few days of our vacation, so golf, tennis, shuffleboard were out on these days. It would've been nice to have some options for resort experiences during such times. We're also sorry that we hadn't checked in yet to partake in the Welcome Snacks @ Lobby on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. A second thing to note is that ALL of the cabinet drawers in the kitchen were already full with pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, etc. Whike everything that we needed was there, it didn't leave any room for our non-perishable groceries. We left those on top of the island that separated the kitchen from the living area. Noise was also an issue. We were in Casita #7, which is the unit that is closest to 32nd Street. As light sleepers, we were awoken at times by early morning traffic. There was also a sweeper (or lawn mower?) on the golf course that started some mornings before 6 am. In addition, walls aren't fully insulated so we could hear neighbors in the units above and next to us. Our washer also made a racket. Overall, the positives far out-weighed the few inconveniences, and we would stay here again.

I think maybe air bnbs in Arizona should require AC? Idk if that's just me. She treated our group like we didn't know how to operate a very simple thermostat. So much that it took her hours of telling us how to use it, that it was too late for a technician to come. It was so hot, we had to be outside. We had 10 people. 1 was pregnant, and 4 more of us were not drinking. She tried to charge $1,000 for a noise complaint that was never made. Which she says that her neighbor took "multiple videos and photos" of our "house party" of girls in the pool with bikinis on! She never sent the actual video that we can listen to. Just a screenshot. But that pretty creepy of the neighbor to take videos of girls in the pool. So maybe don't use the pool if you stay at her house in phoenix. . Besides that, going back to the house being 86 DEGREES and her not caring or being apologetic at all. It was finally fixed 6:30 pm on Saturday, but it probably took until 8pm to cool from 86 degrees to 73. Not once were we rude to her. We could've been under these circumstances. Sorry your ego is fragile and you're unable to take constructive criticism. A woman of your age, I would expect a bit more professionalism and maturity. House is cute tho! Good job decorating! PS. We don't need your money. Your house with no ac just wasn't worth it. But thanks for the feedback. A budget in or hostel would've probably had better service and AC. This isn't "retaliation" for money. Just standing up for my friends and letting everyone know you're a pathological liar when we have every screen shot and video proof of everything.

We arrived in late April to a home in Phoenix Arizona that had no working AC. The issue was brought up to Ellie at around 6pm on a Friday. It wasn't until 6:30pm on SATURDAY that we got AC. She argued back and forth for the first two hours asking us the same question "Did you try adjusting the AC?" We spent 60% of our stay (yes, 60%) with no air conditioning. After asking for some sort of partial refund or even FANS, we were not given either. After spending close to $2000 for a two night stay, we requested a partial refund which was denied immediately. Ellie then starts to send VERY unprofessional messages to our group after we left an HOENST review. She lies to Airbnb stating that we were comfortable in the home and that it "wasn't that hot" Try setting your house to 86° in the middle of the day in Arizona and tell me how comfortable you are Ellie. She then writes a review stating that we had a "large shouting party after hours". She was aware this was a bachelorette party, we were all inside by 9:45pm (Quiet hours is 10pm) and we didn't even fill the max occupancy of the home. After we requested a refund, Ellie decides to request $1000 in damages for being noisy BEFORE QUIET HOURS and lies and states it was after hours. I'm sorry but paying for a home we couldn't use for 60% of our stay Is not okay. I hope you learn some hospitality and customer service skills or this business isn't going to make it very far.

She couldn't do much but will pass on to supervisor Teresa. Once Teresa there, I went back to customer service office. She of course said "no other unit reported water being out all night in same building". I'm sorry but thats not service. That was in the room at Phase 3 when we showed up. When we moved to Phase 2 due to water issue, we were told bed would be delivered later during the day. We went out to beach and pool all day, came back between 9-10pm. Bed was never delivered. We messaged customer service via WhatsApp, they were not able to resolve anything and at 11pm stopped responding even though conversation was not done. At midnight, I'm back in front desk in person, Francisco was very nice and said everyone is gone but he'll check himself if bed was still in Barcelona room and he would get someone to deliver to me...at 1am he send me a message on WhatsApp from his personal number saying bed was not there and that all equipment room its locked overnight and there's nothing he can do. He apologized. My son slept on the floor on Saturday! Next morning, I go in person and talk directly with Teresa...she says "Our service chat stops working at 11pm, they leave, that was our fault, I just focus on your room transfer and I didn't remember the extra bed". That's all she said, nothing else. To a small group or a couple it may be not a big deal...we were 9 in a 3 rooms, 3 restrooms with 2 coolers full of food and snacks for the 5 teenagers. It was a hassle to unpack, pack and unpack again! Having to go and spend part of my vacations in customer service office all to get a low caring attitude from supervisor was just not okay, very dissatisfied this time around. The only thing that they did waived, when checking out Monday I asked for extra hour via WhatsApp...the first reply said it would be $150 for the hour. I replied asking them to check with Teresa or Yadira and they replied by saying it will be waived due to all the inconveniences. Lol Wife and kids loved our first visit so much that we told family. We come back less than a month later and way too many inconveniences. I'm not sure we'll be staying here again, we will check other resorts along the beach.

While this is a cute home, it is not what is advertised and it is not being well maintained. The fireplace never worked correctly and this is you main heat when it's cold (it is a gas fireplace) when the handyman came out to "fix" it, he told me the reason there is no flame is because the glass of the fireplace is filthy on the inside and, unfortunately, there was no way for me to access this to clean it and he did not. The TV didn't work and needed service by the handyman. The cabin is also not remote like the description suggests. The location is nice, it's just not what is in the description. It is a nice sub-division not a remote getaway in the woods. We were also without water for about 2 hours on our second day. The handyman said they have been servicing the water throughout the development all week but no one thought to tell me that prior to booking. The towels also smelled so badly that I had to wash them prior to using them. I plan on reporting this to VRBO and other agencies to hold Hesser accountable and make sure people know what they buy. We could not walk barefoot because of how many there were. Yes, we took pictures of all the issues and sent it to management. They did offer to spray for ants, however there was no non-toxic options and I did not want my family, which includes 3 young children, breathing that in. We just kept killing them. There was no offer to clean the home, fix the broken items or refund the greater than $500.00 cleaning fee, given that we spent hours having to clean the home and rid it of bugs. We even have picture of the bites. All Jen would say was that this would be resolved for the next renter, which does US no good. She also incorrectly stated that we refused to let them fix these issues, which is a lie. Landscapers were there for hours one of the days, the jacuzzi maintenance company was there one of the days. The only refusal was for a toxic ant spray. She was highly unhelpful, borderline rude and arrogant and clearly has no concern for how the renters experience is. The home is a beautiful property, however was not prepared for our arrival at all, despite booking weeks in advance. We were even given the wrong code to enter. The entire experience was stressful and the attitude and response from Jen is what made it that much worse. I will be sure to avoid any property managed by this company in the future.
