Nov, 2025. My husband and I stayed at this resort for six nights in Phoenix in a one-bedroom unit through an RCI timeshare exchange. The resort is Spanish-mission style on a former 280-acre cattle ranch, now a golf resort. Communications were very good. The resort contacted us before our scheduled arrival should be have any questions or special requests. They also assured us that the front desk would be open 24/7 after I expressed concerns that our flight was scheduled to arrive late evening. Check-in. The resort has good "curb appeal", with adobe "casitas" and the greenery of the surrounding golf course. I was surprised by the number of people who were still checking in around 10 pm on a Monday night, but the line moved quickly and the woman checking us in was both efficient and friendly. In addition to giving us our room keys, a resort map, the activities calendar, and our parking pass, she also gave me a package that had been sent for me. (Thanks to my daughter and family for the birthday present!). Unit. We were very pleased with our unit. It had everything that we needed for our 6-night stay -- a full kitchen with cookware, plates, cups, utensils, etc., towels, toiletries, comfortable bed and high-quality linens, a jacuzzi tub and separate shower, two televisions, and a washer/dryer in the unit. The unit was tastefully decorated in the colors of the southwest. It's not brand new, but it is well-maintained. We were impressed with the quality of the blackening curtains, which are probably a must-have in Phoenix summers. Parking was free, and available close to our unit every time we returned after activities in Phoenix. The resort was conveniently located near the PHX airport (5 miles) and for our day trips to downtown, the Desert Botanical Garden, Papago Park, the State Capitol, South Mountain Park and Preserve, Roosevelt Row, The Heard Museum, and more. It's also close to shopping and restaurants. We had only a few concerns about the resort. Of minimal impact to us given options in the city, but the "Resort Experiences" calendar (or "activities" was quite light for adults. Phoenix had rain for a few days of our vacation, so golf, tennis, shuffleboard were out on these days. It would've been nice to have some options for resort experiences during such times. We're also sorry that we hadn't checked in yet to partake in the Welcome Snacks @ Lobby on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. A second thing to note is that ALL of the cabinet drawers in the kitchen were already full with pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, etc. Whike everything that we needed was there, it didn't leave any room for our non-perishable groceries. We left those on top of the island that separated the kitchen from the living area. Noise was also an issue. We were in Casita #7, which is the unit that is closest to 32nd Street. As light sleepers, we were awoken at times by early morning traffic. There was also a sweeper (or lawn mower?) on the golf course that started some mornings before 6 am. In addition, walls aren't fully insulated so we could hear neighbors in the units above and next to us. Our washer also made a racket. Overall, the positives far out-weighed the few inconveniences, and we would stay here again. read more

Even the studio has a washer/dryer and electric stovetop. It's really everything you need. They even give you Lavazza coffee! Their pools are huge and they have a playground where the BBQ grills are. We're very comfortable here. Unfortunately, I had to dock them a star due to the timeshare folks upstairs being dishonest-not just once, but, plenty of times. The people at the front desk and the manager of the hotel are wonderful. Just don't buy a timeshare from these people. I'm not even saying don't buy a timeshare-- just go see a different group of people if you're interested in one. read more

I came for a quick Memorial Day weekend trip and had a nice time at the resort. The 1 bedroom was nice and roomy. I did however have a hiccup at check in because the person at the front desk was unaware that my loyalty status gets me free suite upgrades and kept insisting that it was not a thing (even though it is). We did not get it resolved and I wasn't able to get a hold of a manager to discuss the issue until when I was checking out. So while it was a pleasant experience overall, the mess up at checkin did put a slight damper on the trip. read more

This is regarding the Wyndham timeshare presentation that they offer. I was staying at a different location and it was wonderful. I agreed to attend a timeshare presentation. at this location which is roughly a 35 minute drive with the promise of 2 airline tickets with any airlines in the United States. I drove over and met with a manager named Zach who took me over to the area for check in. I checked in and completed the pre-check in form and indicated I was in process of divorce. After a 15 minute wait Zach came over and said since I was in process of divorce I was not qualified to attend. Why was this not asked before I arrived? Zach stated he would provide me with a gift as including drive times it was over 2 hours of my time wasted. This is where Wyndham falls very short. This is now 9 days later and no gift. Numerous calls to the original resort and text and voice mails and contacts with 4 different people who all state that Zach will be calling and I have heard this every day and never a call from Zach. I would say stay away as Zach is dishonest. Good luck if you decide to attend. read more

I booked my room in August of 2025 as I am a member here. When we went to check in, they advised my husband that they over sold and did not have our 1 bedroom available and we would need to stay in a studio for the night. Then they proceeded to harass him for the owners update as they stated they could not see our information. We just checked out of Wyndham Sedona this am where we spent 4 days and 3 nights without any issues. The fact that they want is to be harassed for an hour or more by salesmen to upgrade our ownership that they cant even currently honor is absurd. Do better. read more

I went to a time share presentation today and really enjoyed the information I heard. However at one point during the pitch, my rep Leah asked if I would be interested in seeing what I would be pre approved for their Wyndham credit card. Before I signed anything I specifically asked Leah "this not signing me up for a credit, right? Just checking?" To which she said "yes this will not be signing you up, just checking." I then leave the presentation only to receive an email confirmation stating I've been signed up for the Wyndham credit card. If this shady way is how they do business, thank God I didn't end signing up for the time share. Who knows what other sneaky methods they use to deceitfully sign you up for stuff. So disappointed because I left the pitch feeling super happy about the conversation I had and the information I heard. read more

Drove there 1.5 hours to get there from Sun City West because we were lied to and told it was not a time share presentation / Only went there for a way over priced 3 hour sales presentation to a reoccurring vacation package that worked like a time share except it was way, way overpriced except for millionaires. I don't play golf any more as well Fortunately, the sale presenter reimbursed our time with gift cards to restaurants and visa gift cards to make our trip worthwhile BUT willl never go there again! read more

December 2025 The concierge/ front desk staff is super unfriendly and standoffish. Security is nice though. Be warned if you have to ask for a package at the front, they'll tell you that they can't find it and become very rude. When they find it, they don't apologize for being condescending. The walls in the room have little insulation, you can hear everything in the room next to you. I mean EVERYTHING. The toilet constantly did not work and seems like it's an issue they're aware of because there's a plunger in each closet. You will need it to flush the toilet every single time. The front will tell you there's nothing they can do. Overall, very unimpressed. Up all night from hearing the neighbors talking and their water running is SUPER loud. Booked this place all with my wyndham rewards points. Each night was about 22,000 points. So, I basically got a free weekend here. It's a beautiful resort. Massively large, intertwined by a gold course. Multiple resort style rooms to the right. Check in, and their bar and grill and shop and offices are straight down to the end of the road. Check in was relatively easy. Was given incentives to sit in on a time share meeting the following day. Was told there would be non alcoholic drinks and food (turned out to just be candy bars and mints) there. Out room was really big. On the 2nd floor. Each building has 8 rooms. 4 up top, 4 on the bottom. And 4 buildings made up an area. Nice little grass courtyard in the middle. And there were well over 10 areas. So again, a big property. We had a one bedroom resort apt. Including its own kitchen, which had a stove, an oven, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, sink, toaster, microwave, and full-size fridge. There was bar seating on the kitchen island as well as a full-size dining table, which could easily fit 6. Pull out sofa that becomes a bed, several seating areas in the living room with a nice TV. There's 3 bathroom sinks in this place!! 2 in the master bedroom where the double soak in tub was as well as a private bathroom where the toilet and shower is located. I love the layout!! Also, a nice outdoor seating area too overlooking the parking lot. Here's some of the pros and cons of this place: Pros: 1. I love the room!! 2. Ac/heater unit worked extremely well. 3. 85 degree heated outdoor pool. 4. Gym was pretty nice, used it a couple times 5. Amenities- shuffle board, basketball courts, pickleball tennis, kids area, bbq and grill picnic style area, golf. Just so much to do 6. Floors and walls are sturdy. No creaking or moving or divets. 7. Less than a 15 min drive to downtown. 8. I love the fact that you have the option to buy groceries and prepare it all in the room without having to eat out every night. Cons: 1. There is a time share presentation. They said you have to be there for 90 min. Mines turned out to be 3 hrs. But they were super nice. And I had a great time talking to them. Their definition of food will be made available is mani candy bars and mints. 2. Unfortunately a Karen and Ken (next door) called the front desk on us because we were too loud on our first night. Which put a damper on things. But they checked out the next morning. It was only 1045pm. Like chill...... and we were loud for like 10 min. Calm down Ken and Karen. Front desk lady wasn't too nice about it though..... 3. Phones in the rooms are not functional at all. Took me a good 10 min to figure out how to pick up a call, while it was ringing all loud. 4. Sofa bed and pillows are not comfortable at all. 5. Had to buy some bath salts for the jacuzzi tub. Don't offer a service if you don't have the items to go with it. Minor inconvenience, since Walgreens was 4 min away only. Overall, though, it was a good stay. I liked the resort feel. There's lots to do there. So close to shops and restaurants and downtown. read more

I was confused when extensively researching for a golf course in the Phoenix area and all I could find were overall 2-star and 3-star reviews for nearly all public courses. This even applied to the highest ranking public courses in the entire area. Upon arrival and experiencing Phoenix golf I now fully understand the reason for these overall low star reviews. The sad reality is that Phoenix golf is overpriced and overrated. The wife and I had heard good things about golf courses in Phoenix but either that ship has long sailed OR we heard it from "big time executive" money earners and failed to recall that. In Phoenix I must now speculate that most of the "Richie Rich" people that overpay for the top tier courses are cranky because their wallet is torched after paying for a high quality course with excellent conditions. And those who still pay too much are cranky because their wallet is dented based on their budget and in return they earned the privilege of playing a "mediocre" or worse course. IMHO Phoenix quality golf is for rich people only. If I lived in the Phoenix area I would likely retire from golf and just go to full amenities golf ranges for fun and practice and golf for real while on vacation outside of the state. While rates at Legacy may be "fair market value" for the city, the golf here is mediocre at best and the ROI is similar or worse. We booked this course because it was the best we could find that was "kind of" in budget and we could actually find a couple of reviews saying there was good value here. Here is the reality...Legacy is NOT on the same level as similarly priced Palm Springs area golf courses NOR does it offer similar quality and value. On a positive note, the STAFF are friendly, helpful and polite. The resort housing, the clubhouse and surroundings are pretty generic and could be any decent apartment building from an architecture and design standpoint. There is nothing noteworthy to speak of or aesthetically appealing to the eye. More mediocrity on display. The first con is the high green fees for the conditions, layout and surroundings. The second con is that they charge tax for golf in AZ. Double yuck! Add in that we needed to rent clubs and pay tax on those too and it's really racking up a total bill. At approximately $217 per person we were beyond disappointed. INDOOR SNACK SHOP -- a legit juicy beef hotdog = "A" grade quality for sure; best thing so far CARTS -- nicely padded seats, nice GPS systems with extra features so you do not hit into people and can monitor cart locations and distances WATER JUGS -- double jugs at many holes is smart so they never seem to run out of water; good on our 79F day that felt more like 88F; the sun here is even hotter than SoCal which is hard to do GREENS -- not healthy looking whether diseased or not; short hair; missing hair; not smooth as silk; patchiness on numerous ones; greens as fast as Cali TEE BOXES -- many are "beat up from the feet up" FAIRWAYS -- most are decent; some a little better than others; not lush; not that green; not thick; a good amount of patchiness depending on the hole ROUGHS -- intentionally left brown/yellow; worn out; some look better than others BUNKERS -- no imported soft Cali beach sand here; desert sand for sure via clumpy and lousy grainy texture; there are lots of bunkers on this course and you will surely find them given the placement; dry as the Mojave in there; ugly manicuring on edges or non-existent manicuring; these are some seriously fugly dirt traps LAYOUT -- average; okay; not a full-on snooze fest but many holes similar or too close to others; nothing worth a photograph for fellow golf homies back home in Cali; very typical desert course but not the sexy kind like is common in the Palm Springs area RENTAL CLUBS -- solid Callaway Rogue clubs; Paradym driver; nice fancy velour sack with Callaway balls provided with rental clubs; tees also provided COURSE ARCHITECT -- never played one of his courses before and if this is indicative of his work it will be our last In a nutshell, based on our extensive research of all the better or best courses in the area and this playing experience we would never play golf in Phoenix again. It's pretty crystal clear that unless you are a "Richie Rich" and have $400 to $500 to spend on a round you will be subjected to a "C" level or worse course quality experience. And unless you do not know better or have not played better or don't care about value/ROI you will leave sad, cranky and wondering if your vacation splurge dinner reservation at the $$ or $$$ restaurant should be cancelled and replaced with a $ or -$ restaurant reservation to offset your misery. read more

We (Province Golf Club of Maricopa) came here for the 7th Annual Eddington Invitational Golf Tournament. The staff here were very organized. They had us checked in, assigned us to our carts, briefed us on the rules of today's tournament, and had us tee'd off on time at our designated holes. The course was in pristine shape. Everything was green from the tee boxes to every fairway. I wish I took pics. After the tournament there was a buffet set up in the pavilion. I wasn't too impressed with the selection of food provided. We had a choice of bbq pulled pork ( it was alright), bbq chicken (processed chicken that looked and tasted like microwave chicken slathered in bbq sauce), pork n beans, cole slaw, and cookies. Lemonade (tasted like water) and iced tea were served. Overall, the tournament was a huge success. I didn't win nor place, but it was a nice tournament to thank Mr. Eddington and all of his efforts to coordinate with various local golf courses and schedule our weekly golf outings throughout the year. We were begged to attend a sales presentation so the person signing us up could "get credit" for it. We were promised we could get "a gift" and leave after 45 minutes. My husband didn't want to spend his vacation attending a high pressure sales pitch but I wanted to get the gift so he reluctantly acquiesced and signed up for 9am. On arrival to the sales area, there was a line waiting to check in with two people wearing "in training" name tags at the counter but only one was working. By the time we were next, the second trainee offered to helped us. I could hear the other trainee profusely apologizing to the couple and thanking them for their patience. Our trainee couldn't find our name in the system, we weren't on "the list" (just like the other couple) and someone was called to assist us. By now it's 9:25am and we haven't been helped. We joined the other couple having check in problems in the coffee waiting area. Another person came to tell us we didn't have an appointment, they were overbooked and there wasn't anyone to help us but we could come back in 90 minutes for a presentation and get a larger gift! I asked for someone who could fix the problem and they brought out another person, (as bad an experience as buying a car). I explained we were at the highest level, we aren't buying anything, we were told we only had to be there for 45 minutes to get a gift and we could leave. I said it would be doing both of us a favor if we just got our gift and leave because they were overbooked anyway. This person just blankly stared at me and didn't know about any ownership levels. I was just as incredulous at this point because she wasn't even aware there were ownership levels. So I asked for someone else and met up with another wall. I was told to call or have someone come to my room for a presentation! No, just let me speak to someone here, now. No coming back, calling, emailing, Out came "the big man". After 30 minutes of waiting in line, slogging through several people who didn't know anything, I get to "someone". Drum roll... out comes Daniel McGeorge, Director of Sales with his perfectly practiced PR smile. I explain my situation. They screwed up, we didn't do anything wrong, we had no intention of purchasing anything else. He flatly denied my request, all with his greasy, perfectly practiced plastic smile. "You aren't getting a gift without attending a presentation". Just say "no". The aggravation, fake promises and lies aren't worth your time. read more

I was in town to run the nearby Mesa Marathon. I booked a 2 night stay here using Wyndham Reward points. Upon arrival, it was nice to see that they recognized me as a VIP owner. Everyone that I met during check-in were all very nice and friendly. However, I wasn't really given a choice whether or not to attend an owner update. I would appreciate being asked if I want to attend instead of it appearing to be obligatory. The carrot or reward was yet another member's property directory. They sweetened the deal by throwing in a gift card for about one hour of my time. I agreed to it since I wasn't in a rush to go anywhere on Sunday morning. After getting that out of the way, I headed over to my unit. Along the way, I found the golf course, resort grounds, and my assigned unit to be very clean and well maintained. I found everything in my unit to be in good condition and in working order. The only thing missing was a sponge for the kitchen sink. Not a problem since I wasn't planning on doing any cooking for this short trip. Now for the very much unnecessary owner update, it was done on the second floor of the clubhouse. There seemed to have been a disconnect. Perhaps it was because this was a Shell Vacations Club resort. The representative that was assigned to me was given no details about my ownership. He was asking me basic background information until I stopped him to let him know that I was a WorldMark owner at the platinum level. I just didn't want to waste his time as I wasn't at a place to purchase any more WorldMark credits or Club Wyndham points. Oh well, this has to be the worst part of being an owner... these incessant useless owner "updates" where they try to get you to buy more credits or points. If there is an actual update, just tell me about it in an email. read more

We are staying at the resort. Your condo is comfortable. We enjoyed meals at Trails End. Food and service were good.

OMG, zero stars. What started as a seemingly normal presentation turned into a nightmare once we respectfully indicated that certain aspects of our finances were personal and not up for discussion. The presenter, "Brian," went from cordial to aggressive in an instant. You could actually see a switch flip in his demeanor--he became verbally abusive and condescending. He refused to call a supervisor when we asked, and to top it off, he had the audacity to tell us we were setting a bad example for our son. We came in expecting a straightforward presentation, but instead left feeling disrespected and bullied. No one should be subjected to that kind of abusive behavior. We were unable to complete the presentation. My wife was shaken and frankly I was unable to comprehend how an employee of theirs was able to verbally attack us and be so aggressive on behalf of Wyndham. It was surreal. We never started or meet his aggression with anything but kind words on our part. I only asked that we receive our initial $50 back to our credit card. We had every intention on following thru with the presentation as agreed, even after his initial agitation. We were also looking to potentially fold our parents's prior purchase into Shell/Wyndham with something new. Our 9 year son just asked about an hour ago, 'Dad, we don't have to go back there and talk with that guy again, right?' Crystal, the manager, was very kind. I left a formal complaint with her. This will be a topic of discussion for years to come anytime a timeshare comes up. We, btw, are currently happy with 2 other timeshares we own. Those presentation were an absolutely different experience. If you could have seen the look in his eyes. How would you have felt if someone verbally abused your significant other in front of you? And in front of your 9 year old son no less? I hope you never experience something like this. But, if you do, I hope you are handle it as well as we did. Update: I expanded the review a bit. This is the same thing I emailed their office. Only response I got was 'sorry' but you did get your $50 back . In addition, I called the number they provided below. It's a bad number at Verizon. Had to do a pre screen optout to stop them from sending me more marketing things- do not call the phone numbers- they ask you for your SS#. Are they kidding me? I was quite impressed by the room. It was a one bedroom with a terrific floor plan on the second floor that overlooked the golf course. The layout was nicely appointed. The floor plan actually made a circle you could walk around. It was the best layout I've ever experienced at a timeshare. The pool was huge kind of a quirky U-shape. I was taken by the length off the lap swimming portion of it. The restaurant was alright on the grounds. They had a couple of tennis courts to boot. Too bad I didn't bring my gear. read more

My wife and I stayed at this property for two weeks in February. Pro's... Location was great. Room and property was very nice Con's... Can easily hear your neighbors through walls and ceiling. The rules are not enforced. --Many guests had dog's (not service dogs) and openly walked them around the property without anyone saying anything. --Several guests smoking openly in the pool area. My biggest gripe with this property is I attended a presentation in exchange for a RCI Exchange credit but after a month of run around's, I have yet to receive the credit. I contacted the resort several times and they said they would resolve the issue but now they will not respond. I even stopped back at the property and they said "they can see the problem and that it should be fixed." They will not respond to voicemails or text messages. FRUSTRATING.... read more

Check in was fast and Diane was extremely kind and professional. All the staff we have come in contact with have all been professional and pleasant. The housekeeping and the grounds keepers have been great too. Did someone try and get us to visit their owner update presentation? Of course, that is their job after all. Be careful of the restaurants they promote. One of these was in such a scary neighborhood, we wouldn't even get out of the car to go in. If you enjoy thin walls, tired looking rooms from the early 90's, broken appliances, and ceilings that sound like they are coming down on you, this is your jewel. You can hear someone talking at low tones in the room next door. If you don't love these features, you may want to look elsewhere. It is supposed to be a non smoking of anything, but cannabis was very strong in our building. With all that said, it is a very nice sized one bedroom suite. We have had to call maintenance a few times but they showed up immediately and very professional and pleasant as well. We pay fees to keep the privilege of time share, but I swear most of them keep the fees and let the properties deteriorate. We read so many bad reviews about the pool, that we just didn't bother going. We went to the restaurant/ grill one time. Would we stay here again? Very nice resort not a lot of parking so get back to your room before 11 or early to find a good spot the room was a little dirty but it was okay because i had cleaning supplies and the bed was comfortable and they everything was great the pool was open until 10 was nice and warm we first went but was cold the last time they had a golf course but we didn't do it the tub in the room was huge and so nice they had everything you will need i don't like how early we had to leave at like 10am i have some videos don't mind the stuff in the video read more

Terrific course in a beautiful setting at the base of South Mountain. Carts have the latest GPS and makes a difference.

Zero star rating / check in was horrific / staff has zero idea how to provide good service. They ONlY have one pool and it's a million miles away from the molten lava disguised road they expect you to walk to get there. It's 106 out and I'm on the second floor so two flights of zig zag stairs and a steel hand rail that's been heated by the sun to mostly resemble an skillet so ya, not touching it. Once you make it last the check in your passed off to overly aggressive wyndam time share reps who offer you a free gift after they ask you a few questions and your given your room key ONLY after you pass through them as they too pretend to be a concierge desk! They book you for a 60 min tour en order to get your gift they promise you to make you leave but the tour itself is actually 2 hrs long filled with all the typical "good only if you act now" stupidity one would expect from a failed football star turned actor turned tour guide likely because the car dealerships weren't hiring. Bro - when someone say "no thank you"they're doing you a favor, save the shtick and focus on those that you can sell dumb points driven high interest rate way too difficult to understand stuff too. Nacho guy or gal is a green light to move forward not ask for one, two, three of your slimy peers to come o er and help you close me in a timeshare I'm not interested in and frankly honestly and with respect said no thank you too. Cheesballs-All these dudes! Oh the room was old and smelly and the course was nice but way too hot to enjoy. My room was outdated and there's zero housekeeping btw! Ya, gonna pass on this here. Ya know,when it's good stick with it! The tacos did not let me down after a great burger and hospitality last night! The chicken was done just right, the seasoning and sauce was delicious! The salsa is med in house and is just right, fresh and spicy but not overwhelming, went well with the kilt lifter beverage! I enjoy the guests all in good humor and friendly, the staff is busy and most are hustling around. Sophie, your suggestions got the spot again! Thank you! I will return! read more

Price is good. Air conditioning was good. We went during June and there was a major heatwave this year. Has small kitchenette and all utensils you might need. It was clean. Shampoo, conditioner and soap and plentiful towels provided. Reception area was cool and clean and people were friendly. Only thing was checkout was kind of early at 10 am. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars. Also WiFi bandwidth is really slow and they forgot to reset our room from the previous first so it didn't work at first. We probably would have had a less good experience if we had gotten suckered into the timeshare presentation "welcome package". Buyer beware. 150.00 bonus but I bite it. read more

Nice staff. Clean for the most part. Housecleaning didn't stop by after day 1 and we found massive cockroaches throughout our stay like 2-3 inches long. They did spray toward the end of our stay and we didn't see any after that, but we did keep the sinks plugged because they were mostly in the bathroom. I booked here thinking we would avoid things like roaches because it's a nicer place. It was otherwise pretty swanky but being paranoid of leaving my bags open for fear of hitchhikers wasn't great. Also a $300 surprise deposit that isn't mentioned anywhere is ridiculous. It will be returned, but not everyone just has $300 to drop in addition to the cost of the hotel. read more

Very nice golf course with nice practice facility. Well kept greens and fairways. There is a very nice RCI timeshare on site with a nice pool. Clubhouse is nothing special but food and service is very solid. Definitely recommend trying a round here. Location is by airport. read more

This hotel called the morning we where to check in and informed us that they where bumping us and we had to find a new hotel last minute that had availability that day!!! We had just landed in Phoenix after a 4 hour flight that morning and didn't know the area at all. I had booked this hotel 5 months ago and they called the morning of!! So unprofessional!!! Nice one bedroom condo with a huge kitchen and my favorite, JACUZZi tub. The pull out couch was horrendous, I would have been upset if there was another couple with us that had to sleep on it. The king bed was comfy. I received a few texts asking if there was anything they could do to make our stay better, I responded twice and never hear anything back. Overall we were very happy, and we'll be returning cuz we loved play golf at the legacy course. read more

My husband and I stayed here for a few days in April and the property is really beautiful. Our room was nice, the bed was super comfy and I loved the private balcony for reading and meditating. I didn't like the pressure to attend a time-share presentation and it sucked to make reservations for the hot tub, but besides that we had a really nice stay. read more

Front desk staff could learn a thing or two about service mindset. Internet infrastructure needs to be brought into the modern day. Parking: with the outdoor temperature around 115, perhaps they could entertain covered parking! Gym: it's laughable, 500 plus rooms and you have one strength training machine, 2 ellipticals! Do NOT book your wedding here. What an embarrassment. Bad food. Cold food. Bland and minuscule portions. If I were the married couple I'd be dying of embarrassment. No restroom near. Had to take shuttle to get to the restroom. Terribly small meal and cold and lousy. Don't know about golfing, but the restaurant at the pro shop was lousy.
