**I am a Presidential Club Wyndham owner so my review is based on my ownership experience. I love Reunion even though it doesn't have Presidential units. All the rooms are three bed/three bath so there is no finger crossing in hoping for an upgrade. You know you have three rooms. The property is pretty. All Wyndham buildings face the golf course. The units are decent. The furniture is heavy and not comfy in the sitting areas, but the beds are Wyndham and very comfy. Plenty to do here from the water park and various pools. There is a fitness center, dining, a nice lobby for working or having drinks and chatting. Walking is easy around the property for a stroll or exercise. The staff is top notch from the hostess who greets us to the guys who help with baggage. Sales people are laid back and not at all high pressure on the sales, but helpful and knowledgeable. I chose this resort often for work retreats. One of my favs in Orlando. read more

I had the worst experience to date checking in to a Worldmark at the Reunion resort in Orlando. The sales team there was diverting Worldmark customers away from the normal check-in desk. They were then holding our keys hostage and forcing us to sit and wait for a sales desk to open up, to get pitched a presentation in order to get our keys. The wait was over an hour. I had food and kids in my car in 100 degree weather and my elderly parents with me and I could see my keys in an envelope. I asked when I first got there to skip this process and was told it was required. Thirty minutes in, when I saw they had my keys in hand, I asked again, expalined the food in the car and told them I did not believe I needed to visit with a sales person in order to get my keys. An hour goes by and the exact same two guests are still sitting with the two available sales people, basically doing an owner update right there while I was still waiting to get my keys. When I asked for my keys a 3rd time at the hour mark, the man in the photo became irate with me. He got in my face, was yelling and visibly shaking, and threatened to call security. He was a total hothead. Mind you, I was not hostile or yelling or interrupting. I was simply asking for keys that I could see they had in an envelope. One of the sales people saw him getting in my face and pulled me aside and finally gave me my keys. She could see that he was out of control. I am so tired of this sham of a check-in process. They already have my name, address, and info that they pretend is the reason for the process. If they want guest names, they could ask for that on the website or have another efficient process. We all know what this process is for, and it's to try to sell. My room is held hostage and my food is spoiling in the car because they prioritize this over guest experience, every time. It is not normal to wait an hour to check in. It is not normal to have to go through a timeshare salesperson to get keys. We should be able to opt out of this. It is also embarassing. I had my older parents with me and they could not believe how badly I was treated and how dramatic that man was with me. Had the female salesperson not taken pity on me I think he actually would have tried to get me thrown out. He did not like being challenged on this process. We also probably would have waited another hour. There were multiple families waiting, all as frustrated, while they took one hour to check in two families. Avoid this exploitive resort where the priority is on sales and definitely not on customer experience or making sure you and your family are comfortable. read more

So gotta update the review post stay and tour here's the update So long story short I booked a weekend stay for my daughters first bday at the WorldMark reunion location. Upon check in they hype up this extravagant sell to get you to spend time taking a tour and in return for your time they'll gift you a certificate for an weekend and seven night vacation on them. The tours are at the Kingstown reef location. Honestly nothing was wrong with the tour all except they claim it's 60-90 minute presentation and it's really not. We were there for over 2 hours. Also once you decide to not buy they keep sending more and more ppl to convince you why you should. SO NOW: if you are staying at any of their resorts I recommend not doing the tours Why: when you try to use your "gifted" stays they tell you that you Must take another 120 minute tour of a property or you will be charge $150 usd a night ..... they claim I signed an agreement stating these terms..I've asked them to send me a copy because I'm not one to sign without reading something....so I get placed on hold she looks up my profile using my phone number...(her name is April btw) she explains that they don't have the paper for me and that I'm right I didn't sign a form stating such. She tells me that her manager Michelle would reach back out to me. However no one ever did. The reason I'm leaving this review here is because I've called multiple times now I've been talked to crazy by the staff, giving bs answers, refusal to escalate calls to management because "my supervisor told me to tell you....." completely unprofessional. I would stay far away from this company. They sold us w very high pressure sales. We find out later the lies about the fees, about the rental business that doesn't exist. You can rent your points but it doesn't work. A thousand other ppl are trying to also. The points aren't worth what you pay. You can purchase vacations for less than you are paying this company. The sales is very high pressure and they have a way of making you think something that isn't. They're very good but don't fall into their trap. They outright lied to us telling us we could rent a SD rental property out through their vacation share and use it as a rental business. I come to find out that you can't do that. They told us we would make money with their rental business to get us to buy knowing all along that nobody can rent anything other than their points. Be smarter and more aware than we were. Had a lovely stay at our Mother In Law's Time share 3 bedroom apt. through World Mark. The apt was Super clean, as was the water park, which we visited 3 times during our stay. The staff at the water park and in the surrounding apt. area were extremely nice and very good with families and kids on vacation. The beds and pillows were better than most places and gave us an amazing night sleep. I couldn't have been happier with the 3 bedroom accommodations. I would give 5 starts, but the playground by our apt. was filled with garbage and overflowing trash cans, even dirty diapers and towels on the ground. The main pool we visited was also not amazing, with an empty/closed bar, no towels, a dirty weight room, and a musty smelling hot tub. read more

Update: I am reducing my review to 1 star. We had some INCREDIBLY noisy people upstairs above us with like 5 children stomping, shrieking, playing loud music, for THREE days well past midnight with zero consideration for their neighbors. We have a baby we have been trying to keep asleep. We have called the front desk THREE times and each time them saying they would send a security guard. I decided to go outside and listen for myself for the security guard and he was SYMPATHIZING with them! When I caught him coming down the stairs he said "well they have their kids with them" to which I said "ok, we have kids too!" like, what?? What makes their kids more important than mine?? And I'm sorry, I actually parent my child and teach them to respect other people. We have been owners for years and have been coming here for awhile and NEVER experienced anything like this. Absolutely deplorable! We are going straight to our owners association and taking legal action if necessary. This is INEXCUSABLE. Not being able to sleep was NOT in our vacation plans! Update 2: This place is so gross!!!! Just found TWO big bugs just chillin in the corner of one of the rooms. Like I said, we've been coming here for years, this has NEVER happened! read more

I stayed here with my sister, who was visiting from Texas and borrowing a timeshare condo from her friend. We stayed in a 3/3 with full kitchen, living room, private balcony, and washer/dryer. The property is absolutely gorgeous: gated entry, three golf courses designed by golf greats, 9 pools and a water park, tennis courts, and restaurants. It is a 10 minute drive to Disney Springs, and 15 minutes to the Disney parks. The condo had three spacious bedrooms, fully furnished. The master bedroom had a stand up shower and bath tub, and two walk-in closets. The other two bedrooms had their own bathrooms, with one room with a king size bed and the other with two full size beds. There were towels, lamps, and televisions for each bedroom. The kitchen had a full size refrigerator and freezer, stove with oven, a blender, a full size sink with disposal, and dishwasher. It had utensils, cutting knives, and eating dishes. The living room had a big screen tv with HDMI cable plug-ins, and a couch with a pull-out bed in it. There was also a nice dining table with seating for 8 people. The condo truly had everything you needed for a comfortable extended stay. Although I had no problems with water temperature, the water pressure was lacking, and I felt like it took forever to take a shower. The rooms had free wifi, but it was mostly slow. The resort has pools for each major staying area, but the best pools were the Reunion Resort water park, The Cove at Seven Eagles, and The Rooftop Pool at Eleven at the Reunion Grande. A guest or membership card is required for entry to the Reunion Water Park. It has lawn games like giant chess, foosball, giant Jenga, corn hole and table tennis available to play. The park provides towels for use there and plenty of lawn chairs and umbrellas for shade. There is a bar for adults, and food offered through servers. They have a lazy river filled with inner tubes for floating and a fast slide (with 42" height requirement). There is a larger still pool for relaxing that also has a volleyball net in it. Smaller children (and adults) can play in a wading pool with a huge water gym with obstacles, two water slides, and fun water fountains. The pool at The Cove is a huge pool but with a restaurant attached, lawn games, and hot tub. They had a live DJ when I went, and there was an indoor arcade, but I didn't go inside, I just looked at it through the windows. The Rooftop Pool closes the earliest at 5 pm because sun bathing and swimming is not allowed during restaurant hours. You can go up here at 9 pm and see Disney park fireworks from this vantage point. The Wyndham Reunion Resort is a beautiful area to take an extended stay or invest in a vacation property. They have groundskeepers doing constant upkeep, and staff everywhere is friendly. It caters to all ages: from families with kids to retirees and everyone in between. I had an amazing stay and experience here, I highly recommend! read more

Beautiful resort if you have small children. The staff and service is excellent and professional. Located very close to many amenities such as Walmart, food restaurants and tourists stores. The apartments/houses/ suites are all beautiful. Very clean. They brought in clean towels daily. The bedrooms are huge and everyone room has their very own personal bathroom! Love tha The resort has so many things you can do, you don't even need to leave to go do anything, honestly. They have a huge lazy pool. The lazy pool is so relaxing. Just hope on your tube and let the water row you down and around. We really enjoyed that. That was probably my favorite part. They had a cute waterpark for the kids to play in. That was really fun too! It's so convenient because everything is all close and next to each other. They have 24/7 shuttle that goes all around the whole resort so you can save from using your own vehicle and walking around. The golf course is HUGE! Right now they are building up new houses and more buildings so there's a lot of construction taking place. read more

I always love residing at this location. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. A large family can occupy the room and not feel crowded on top of each other. There's a nice water park on the property for the whole family to enjoy. If you want to save money and cook your on food the kitchen is a full size kitchen with pots/pans and cooking utensils. The ground are always nice and clean and there is security to monitor the entrances and the property. read more

Iliana Naab is a complete liar and the worst customer service representative I have ever encountered with WorldMark. I have been an Platinum owner since 2008. Workdmark at the Reunion has fallen to using shady tactics to get you to a meeting. I said No No No and they still charged my card $65 and had me on a list to attend a meeting which I do not need. Family spent spring break there. It was wonderful. We had a 3 bedroom deluxe and it was perfect. The property was well manicured, quiet and tranquil. Took a day to spend at the water park and the kids enjoyed it immensely. Although it was a little cold outside the water at the lazy river, and splash area for the kids was heated. WorldMark Reunion - Resorts Near Me - Reunion, Florida

Stayed as guest of Wyndham Owner. The resort is enormous and the bed rooms are good size. Not too excited about location of our villa. We stayed on Sunset view located directly to the right of the main entrance but far from registration center. Curious to know if either Wyndham is allocated this area of villas or if it is that guest of owners are given lesser accommodations or accommodations that are less convenient. Again unit was spacious, clean and comfortable for our party of 5. You will need a car or to rent a cart for $95 a day. The map for resort needs better graphics to capture the details and locations of amenities. Some of the pools were hard to find. We stayed on sunset view circle in building M and were told that a pool was nearby between buildings O & P but there was not. We went to registration and they again confirmed location of this nearby imaginary pool that we never found. After an hour driving to find pool we call to Wyndham and the pool is now located on sandy ridge which is about 5 minutes away by car and impossible to walk to from our room. About a 20 minute drive to most attractions and i-drive area. Not close enough for us but great option for large families and if planning stay on property as there are many accommodations. A system glitch had our check out date incorrect was scheduled to leave on 4/11 not 4/10. An result of this error at 8:56am we were startled and awoken by our door being rang at least 4 times by a staff member who said we were scheduled for check out that day. Check out is at 10am so it makes no sense that you would be at a guest door that early. A courtesy phone call is standard. Pretty upsetting then our key cards needed to be reactivated due to glitch. We had to go back to registration center which is some distance from building we stayed in, it was Wyndham's error why not bring the keys to guest the same way they came to inquire about our checkout. On top of that, they staff member or housekeeping left the (3) containers with linens for changeover at our door until the following day, very tacky. On the bright side Jose Mendez saved the day !!! He provided excellent customer service and was apologetic about our experience. Gate Entrance security demonstrated great service as well Not to say that I wouldn't stay here again but it wouldn't be my first choice based on location and distance to prime areas in Orlando. Jose was amazing when we arrived. He gave us a map to the resort, went over all the amenities thats available, provided us with all the local theme parks, maps and the best rides to experience while there. His customer service really gave us the perfect start to our vacation. read more

Horrible experience. The high pressure sales pitch is the worst. As soon as you check-in they call and call and call and harass you to no end. Then lie about the length and content of the presentation and then become highly rude when you don't just buy, despite the fact that you have been mislead to get you there. I am the son of an an owner and I know how it works. The "marketing team" and the sales team don't work together, plus the owners sales team and the guest sales team have different and conflicting information. They don't communicate and they work against each other and place the customer in the middle of their dysfunction. The resort is beautiful, but the sales and marketing staff are horrendous. I'd rather have a root canal than deal with the sales and marketing team. In this latest situation we met a slick talking character named Wes. Wes comes in after our rep Ed has brought us into the presentation and realized that the questions we have and the knowledge we have may deter potential suckers... I mean, buyers. Wes "calls it" and pretends to be on our side and sends us back to the starting point where another supervisor tries to send us BACK again! Then Wes comes back and has apparently caught amnesia and says we left and would have to start all over to get the things promised us for our time - now what was a simple annoyance has now become a major issue. Long story short, they sent us away without the full promises but kept us over an hour and a half. read more

We stayed here just for a long weekend. It was a very fast trip with not a lot of free time. The accommodations are super lovely but the hard sales tactics have completely turned me off from staying here again. When we checked in we got the hard sales pitch and requested not to be contacted again during our stay. We were out very very late the last night of our stay and requested a late checkout so we could sleep in. But of course we didn't because this morning member services called the room phone (which is insanely loud) and it woke everyone up. Another sales push. When I said she woke us up she said "well aren't you checking out today". If this company values their sales push more than the requests of the guests then we don't need to return. read more

Great location and very nice accommodations. Very big resort with plenty to do. Many restaurants to choose from. We found The Cove poolside was great for family food and fun. Really good food and great prices. Shuttles drive 24/7 ,so no need to have a rental car if you fly in. Employees were terrific. Housekeeping, however, not on the ball and so that is the reason for the 4 instead of 5. We would definitely go back to this resort. read more

This place isn't just about the golf...it has a really cool water park, activities, nice restaurants, roof top bar, etc. I enjoyed watching the golf and wildlife off the balcony and spending time with the family eating and enjoying ourselves. We enjoyed our stay at Reunion Resort. The check-in was a little long but they were busy. When we got in our room, it was an accessible unit that we didn't need. Upon further inspection it became clear that our washer/dryer were out of order as some units were having them replaced. We went back over to check-in and the same young man helped us. I wish I could remember his name. He is studying to be a Physical Therapist. Anyway, he gave us a new room...a better unit than we had. We were so appreciative! We stay 5 nights. We went to Disney one day and found that we were situated very near to the park. The water park was fun and provided a place for more family to meet up with us. The only downside was that we were far enough from it that we drove back and forth. Although there is a little shuttle that runs between the resort buildings and pool. We enjoyed a second pool area near to our unit within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend Reunion Resort!! read more

Great place except out refrigerator's ice machine and filtered water dispenser do not work and when we asked about getting some filtered or bottled water to replace it until it's fixed they said they don't have any except there is on their in room menu. We came here 4 years ago, from how it was then to today, I can see the were and tear. It was great before, very clean and new. Not as much today. But still clean, but broken Frig, foist, and a few other items. I think it's time for an update. Still will come back but think the rooms needs to be updated and deep cleaned. read more

I would recommend staying far away from any Wyndham resort because they will trap you with lies. I have been trying to get out of my contract for a long time now and even though they admit fault they refuse to cancel. (Spring 2019) Pretty basic WorldMark setup. Everything was visibly clean, but there was an unusual odor, like stagnant water, in all 3 of the bathrooms. We realized it was because our room had poor drainage. On our 7th of 9 days, our water turned brown out of every faucet. We had gotten back from the pool around 2pm, and the entire unit had that dirty water smell, and that's when we noticed the water. We called the front desk, and they told us that they were going to accommodate us until our unit could be inspected and fixed. We really needed to get the chlorine off our family! They sent us to the golf club to shower and "relax." Relax? In a golf club, where anyone can walk in... This was not ok! I refused and wanted to be moved to another room. Luckily, the employee at the golf club agreed that the front desk should have handled it better, and given us a fully functional unit. She got on the phone and made it happen! After we got our stuff moved to the new room, our last two days were fine. I wish I had spoken up about the smell right when we checked in. I just hope we weren't showering, brushing, and cooking with contaminated water! Apparently, this has happened before, because the front desk lady told us to let the people at the place they were sending us (she never actually told us it was the golf club) that there was a "code brown water" in our unit. I called WorldMark when I returned home, to let them know, and they said the staff was not WorldMark staff. They are Reunion resort staff, and I read quite a few reviews stating that many Reunion staff members aren't the most accommodating/helpful. Luckily the lady at the golf club was great! read more

The resort is beautiful, but too good to be true. Very dissatisfied with the customer service, rude employees who hang up on you while your trying to complain. Had to get a third set of keys and still waiting for my keys to open my room so someone has to stay in the room to let us in. No one answers the front desk, long waiting periods, long lines, and employees don't follow up with us when told they would. Poor communication among themselves and customers. I don't recommend this place, they need some serious help and changing. read more

We stayed in the Villas, spotless and and had a pool right across from the entrance of our villa. Rented bikes for the kids to get around. Enjoyed our get away. read more

The resort is nice if you just want to play golf. The splash park, pool cafe and bar was never opened during the noted hours. The roof top pool is not open after 4pm. We were told when we checked in that because it was our first time vacationing using our Wyndham's account that it was mandatory to attend a meeting because they wanted to tell us about the resort...lies!!! I even expressed if it was about selling us something, we were not interested. We came for vacation... so we wasted time with that because of course they tried to get us to upgrade. The resort is managed by Salamander a company that could care less about any of your issues within the resort. I spoke with them in reference to the issues and was told a manger would contact me and of course that never happened. Guest are booked through Wyndham, If i would have known that the amenities were not open and in operation for us to celebrate my sons 6th birthday we would have visited elsewhere.
