Now you don't come here for the ambiance ... because it is just one large room ... but the food and staff make the trip worth the visit. Out here, we'd come after a weekend of partying in the city. It used to be open 24 hours, though I see that's no longer the case, but I'm glad to note it's been beautifully renovated. The service was truly exceptional; the staff was professional, attentive, and warm. The food was incredibly delicious, just as I remembered. I brought my nieces and nephews out for breakfast. We initially planned to go to Denver Diner in Dixmoor on Western Avenue, but they were closing as we arrived. So, I thought of this place, and with the help of my trusty Yelp app, I found it since I couldn't remember the exact name and location. It was nostalgic to be back at a spot I loved in my younger days, and we had such a wonderful time. I also remember our waitress kindly asking me to post a picture of my family. I know that once she see this review with our family photo (which she took by the way), she'd know exactly who we were. I truly appreciate the care she and the entire team showed us during our visit.
