I was pleasantly surprised with the food and atmosphere. Afternoon waitstaff and bartenders was a much better experience than midday fyi. Absolutely recommend the saganaki, hot and mild Buffalo wings, and (not pictured) Chicago Fire Pizza. The Gumball Head on special was definitely a plus as well! The Kids also loved the cheese pizza, burger, and pretzel bites. We also enjoyed playing bags and pool while we waited for food. Only negative was the $3 soft drinks are in very small cups of mostly ice and refills are $1 each which the server never once mentioned. Very tacky to even charge this in the first place and especially not without mentioning it. You can do better.

While food prices have changed due to the economy climate I think they are reasonable.

When I was leaving I stopped and spoke with the owner to suggest they have the signage out and visible for the customers to see not refunds or exchanges if not satisfied , he was very rude not apologizing he stated What should I do just takes loss because you didn't like your order and I stated all other regular restaurants do he stated this is a regular restaurant and besides it's the law and I know because I'm a lawyer and should know and we have the best Shrimp in Chicago but my complaint wasn't regarding the Shrimp it was the Lobster Roll the Customer Service from the Owner and his rudeness is why I will never go there again even if you have good food doesn't give you the right to treat frequent customers in such a way I will not be returning and I will let all my family as Well as my Church family not to come back as I'm African American and he seems to have an issue with treating us with respect as I have saw other reviews by other African American's stating the same.
