Upon the recommendation of my friend who lives in downtown Vancouver, I went to Wow Full for a quick meal. I got the signature Taiwanese beef noodle. It was perfect for a cold, fall day. The soup had a flavourful broth, the beef was tender, and the temperature was warm. The staff were friendly and came over several times to make sure our cups were full of tea. The restaurant is fairly small, but there were still sufficient seats and we didn't have to wait.

Wow indeed. We got two soups - the traditional Taiwanese beef noodle and a veggie noodle soup with no meat broth. Loved the fresh chewy noodles and the broth I had was nicely spiced and umami yummy. Not for the faint of stomach in terms of the spiciness. The meat in my bowl was tender and I felt it was a good portion. We were served quickly and enjoyed our meal. The server made us feel welcomed and cared for. I feel it was a good value for what we received. Simple, small, cozy restaurant. Go on a rainy day and warm yourself up from the inside out with this spicy soup!

Cuisine: 9 Service: 7 Decor: 6 Value: 9 Overall: 9 I am in love with this place. On a recommendation from Jando S, I came to try the Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup. Our group got three bowls with varying spicy levels. Honestly, the spicier the better for me, but every broth was full of beefiness and umami. Noodles were perfectly cooked with a nice chew, while the beef shank pieces were super tender. These were some of the best bowls of beef noodle soup I have had outside of Taiwan. Surprisingly, the rest of the food was just as excellent too. We really enjoyed the Taiwanese Braised Pork with Rice and reordered an extra bowl right away. The Fried Chicken Wings and Fried Crispy Boneless Chicken (aka Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken) were both well done too. The only thing I hesitate on recommending is the Handmade Wontons in Chili Oil. The pork & shrimp wontons themselves were actually pretty tasty, but the chili oil could have been better. For that busy downtown area of Vancouver, I believe the prices were very reasonable. When you consider the high quality of the food, I feel the value is more than adequate. I really look forward towards my next visit. This will now be one of my must stops whenever in Vancouver again.

This little joint welcomes you like family. The beef noodle soup is pretty authentic. Affordable and the service is great. The sourkraut fish didn't pack flavour but the beef noodle soup made up for it.

Taiwanese beef noodle in Vancouver! Quite authentic especially the soup base and wide noodle type. Small and down to earth (no frills) place. Convenient downtown location.

A cozy spot in downtown, there's a decent amount of seating considering how small the place is. Service was prompt and friendly. We tried out two dishes: fried boneless chicken and their signature beef noodle soup. Chicken- crisp yet moist. I wish it had some deep fried basil leaves with it or maybe a little bit of spice on it. It also seemed a bit pricy but in the end it was actually a pretty good portion. Beef noodle soup- we ended up getting mild, but you can also get no spice, or more spice. The noodles had a really good chew to them. The beef was tender and the broth had good flavour. This is honestly one of my favourite beef noodles now. The portion was also good with a reasonable price. Overall, it was a nice meal to enjoy on a rainy day. I will be back for the noodles!

I stopped by here with my friend after attending an event at the Convention Center. We were looking for a place to sit down and have something warm to eat after a long day of walking around on a cool Fall day. We found this spot and thought why not. It wasn't very busy here during our stay at the restaurant. The gentleman running the front was quite enthusiastic recommending items and I appreciated that. I ordered the signature beef noodle with no spiciness. I thought it was a solid dish. The beef was delicious and the chew of the noodles were just right. My only complaint is that the lack of spiciness might have made it a bit too salty overall. We were pleased with our experience here at Wow Full Noodle House. The food was good overall and I would be happy to stop by again for another meal. I would wholeheartedly recommend stopping by here for a quick meal to anyone looking for a good noodle dish.

Came here for lunch one day, it's the most comforting meal on a cold day. The broth is flavourful, the meat is tender and the house made noodles are addicting. I arrived at 11:30 and got a seat right away, the service is quick and really friendly. I would come here again for lunch.

Service was excellent, restaurant was very clean and the food was SO good. Planning to eat here again before I leave! The Signature Taiwan Braised Beef Noodle is signature for a reason! Definitely will be coming back next time i'm in Canada!

My son and I visited this restaurant twice during our short stay in Vancouver -- the beef noodles were truly exceptional. The hand-pulled noodles had a perfect balance of chew and silkiness, the slow-braised beef was deeply flavorful and aromatic, and the lightly tangy broth with just a hint of pickled vegetables tied everything together beautifully.

My boyfriend and I were about to head to our usual ramen joint when we noticed this little hidden gem. It doesn't look super polished but rather more a mom and pop shop (family owned) shop. The broth was really flavourful and perfect saltiness level and tastes very authentic. It felt like it was made with a lot of love. The owner came out and served us water too and he mentioned the noodles are also handmade. I really like how QQ the noodle was. It was roughly $17 per bowl and REALLY FILLING. A very generous amount of noodle which is perfect for me ( i like carbs more than protein ) It came with 3 thick pieces of beef brisket I would rank it above my usual spot, Uno Beef Noodle soup and the one from Richmond Public Market. I am excited to come back with more friends here!

We happened upon this noodle shop while visiting from out of town, and it was AMAZING. The handmade noodles have a wonderful bounce and chew to them, and the beef broth was rich and comforting. A perfect meal after walking around the city. We also had an order of fried shrimp dumplings, which were quite delicious. And they are super nice!

So good finished it all. Tomato noodle. Other noodles good too

The guy in front of me, Deng, looked at me with such envy as he cut in line. This place is incredibly popular! Every time I pass by, there's a long queue. Even on rainy days, people are willing to get soaked in the rain just to have a bowl of hot tonkotsu ramen. While you're queuing, the staff will hand out menus. The ordering system is similar to Ichiran Ramen; you can choose the noodle firmness, broth consistency, spiciness, green onions, oil level, and MSG amount . The basic ramen is only $13. I added a soft-boiled egg and pickled cabbage for $2 each. Although the pickled cabbage is really expensive , I can't help it, I'm a pickled cabbage addict! The pickled cabbage paired with the rich tonkotsu broth was refreshing. The broth was flavorful but not greasy, the noodles were chewy and springy, and the portion size was just right. Overall, it's incredibly good value for money; no wonder there's always a queue. After eating, you really get that "Ah~ this is the taste of happiness" feeling

I had the goma vegetarian and my brother the tonkatsu. We both had thicker noodles. However, one could not tell. The vegetarian was loaded with sesame seeds. Now i love those seeds but it was way too much for my liking. Too much seeds to chew on. They also do not put any vegetables on like Hawaii does. Everything is ala carte and that adds up. I simply chose the ramen version without all the add ons. The broth was yummy but again with the loaded seeds, it made it challenging to just drink the soup. I will say, Hawaii has by far better ramen, but this place was ok too. Pricey for for what you get though.

As someone who doesn't have chicken broth (paitan style) ramen, I was really looking forward to the original ramen I ordered but I was a bit disappointed in the flavor profile of the dish. The ramen had both chasu and seaweed paired with thin round noodles. The broth was creamy and had a hint of chicken flavor but even adding several rounds of their soy sauce/salt seasoning they have on the side to adjust your broth to your liking-- I found that the richness of the soup was not what I had expected from the reviews that I read prior to coming here. Overall, a bit disappointed in the flavoring of the broth but maybe we came on an off day. Review #3 for 2026 I…read morereally wanted to like this place. I watched many videos and read reviews before coming here, but it just did not hit the spot. After a cold day of exploring Stanley Park, we felt that ramen would really hit the spot, so we went here not wanting to deal with a wait at Danbo with a hungry and tired toddler. There was NO wait when we arrived here and we were seated immediately... which for a place that was really hyped up, should had made us think twice. There was only 1 other party at the restaurant. Now, the workers were super nice and the food came out quickly and we did eat everything because we were starving. We all ordered the cha-shu tamago ramen, 2 of us got spicy and 2 of us non-spicy. It came with extra chashu and the soft boiled egg for about $20 Canadian. The bowl was a good size and there was a promo for free extra noodles while we were there. Everyone except me in our group took advantage of it because I was too full from my bowl. Now, the broth here is different from other places because it is chicken based and not pork based. Everything I had seen about this place promised the broth is every bit just as good as the pork bone broth... however, the broth we received looked flavorful, but was bland. It was completely bland. There was no richness to it, not even a hint. I don't know, coming from southern California, the flavor just was not there period. We did all eat our food because we were starving, but it for sure did not hit the spot at all. Maybe we got an off day? Otherwise our broth had literally zero flavor to it. We all wished we had tried the other ramen place instead right after trying our ramen. Would I come back? I will have to say definitely no. We do not live in Vancouver and I do not want to waste any meals on a place that did not taste good the first time we went.
