Found this place on a work trip after a long day and it was perfect! It was really quick and the staff was incredibly friendly. Since it was my first time in, they slowed down and explained the menu to me. I went with the chicken shawarma with hummus and cucumber yogurt as my sides. All of it was so good! It came with a giant pita and lots of rice too, perfect after a long day. They had a lot of TVs inside too which was nice so I could watch the World Cup game. Overall, a great experience, especially since it was quick and easy and food was great. I'll be back next time I'm in town!

Eat food here. Show up with some money, eat their food, and leave happy. I drove a little farther because of the reviews and I was not at all disappointed! The chicken shawerma is delicious, the hummus is solid, the rice hits the spot, and the red cabbage is SO good. Their tahini sauce is also a winner! This is the type of business that should thrive. The flavor was good and meat was tender but only a couple were cooked all the way through, the others were rare and not able to eat. The rice, hummus, and beet salad is good.

Caught up with an old friend here, since we both love Mediterranean food. Everything tasted so good! He had a combo plate, which for some reason took somewhat long to be ready (around 15 minutes), considering it was relatively empty when we came. But it was so worth it, since everything was fresh and high quality! I got the entree, where the chicken shawarma was so tender and well-seasoned. The garlic sauce was so addicting, as it was extremely flavorful! Portion sizes were extremely generous! There was an abundance of rice and protein, and both the combo and entree came with some choices of sides! The waitress was friendly and kind. She checked on us multiple times, updated us on the wait for my friend's order, and even took a photo for us ensuring she took multiple shots and different angles The restaurant is quiet, cozy, and calm! Plenty of seating, with the chairs being very comfortable even for extended periods of time as we stayed kind of long Will definitely be back!

Passed by this place randomly and I was hungry so had to try. Place looks nice and clean and fairly roomy with good traffic of customers. Everyone that works here were great, but Angie is one of the kindest employees I've meet. This young lady cared to help answer my questions and had patience to listen even though there was a line and it was becoming busy with mobile/pick up orders. You never would have known how busy she was if you just noticed her pleasant demeanor and how capable she handled everything. I ordered the combination plate with chicken, shrimp, and beef with hummus and Mediterranean salad. It was soo very good and hit the spot. The shrimp was my favorite part. I don't know what sauce they used but I liked it a lot. Not a thing to complain about here. The price is about 30 dollars so it's not cheap but I believe you very much get what you paid for. Definitely recommend.

Stopped in RC on the way back from trip to Vegas. This place actually made me say wow. I expected a pretty standard shawarma place and everything I got to try was excellent, even down to the garlic sauce. Both the chicken and beef were nicely seasoned and delicious, the rice paired well with the mountain of protein on top. You get to pick 2 side for each plate and tried the mutabal, hummus, tabouli salad and beet salad. Each item was fresh and bright with flavor. I'm huge fan of mutabal and will try it anytime it's on the menu, this place did not disappoint. Service was also excellent, the cashier, stopped by to ask how the food was, even gave my son a free kids juice, and helped my wife pick up her backpack she dropped on the floor. This place really cares about every aspect of the experience. Inside is clean as well. Overall this may have been one of the best meals and places I tried in the last few months. Will definitely be back if I'm in RC.

Just WOW! This place is pure excellence, visited this place because it was recommended by a friend and everything was so fresh, flavorful and delicious I seriously did not want to stop eating it. I ordered a mix Kabob plate, enough to share for 2 and 2 sides of garlic. I am so excited to go back and try the Shwarma Bites and more of the salads. The place also gets pretty busy so give yourself some time if you order in person. The star of the plate had to be the rice, it was melting in my mouth and it's easily addicting. I would 10/10 recommendation.

Bright and inviting restaurant. Found the restaurant through Yelp and I've had it on my list for one of those days where I'm super hungry. The day of super hunger finally came and it was time to try this place. A few things I didn't like. I called to place an order. I was told to hold. I held and 30 seconds later, I was disconnected. Second, the prices in the store were all a dollar more than the online menu showed. Last, they charged an almost $2 charge for using a credit card and I did not see a notice and was not informed this would be the case. With that aside, what did I like? I liked the customer service once in the restaurant. I liked that the bag was super heavy when I picked up our food. I liked that they gave a lot of food. I enjoyed the variety and that I could get a mix the way I wanted to. I liked that the food tasted good. My husband and I both enjoyed our meals and said we'd be back.

First time trying this place. Decided to get pick up from here since I've been wanting to try this place out and I was in the area. I saw they had a combination which included 2 or 3 skewers and it comes with basmati rice, your choice of 2 sides, pita bread, and your choice of garlic or tahini sauce. I got the 3 skewers combo plate with chicken, beef, and shrimp. I had my food to go. Once I got home, upon first glance, the plate was very full! They gave a good amount of portion and you definitely get your moneys worth. The price is fair for what you get. The chicken was nice and tender. Very full of flavor. The beef was chewy and gummy, making it hard to bite. The shrimp... whatever sauce was on top, delicious! The hummus was good. It had a strong peanut taste to it, maybe from the tahini. I did not care for the cabbage slaw. First off, it is full of carrots and not cabbage. Then the taste was very sour. I've had cabbage slaw from other(Mediterranean) places and it did not taste like this. The pita I received was very chewy. It did looked warmed up /toasted a little on one side but the other side was pale. The garlic's sauce pairs well with the proteins. I really enjoyed it with the chicken. The basmati rice was delicious. It had great color and a slight crunch to it. The service here is good. The lady taking my order was nice and helpful. The ambiance of the restaurant is chill. There are seating available if you want to enjoy your food there. There's a TV for entertainment purposes. I would definitely come back to try their other food items as they have a wide variety to choose from.

Excellent food! This is my favorite Mediterranean spot in the area. Beef and chicken shawarma is delicious. Chicken and beef kebabs are cooked perfectly. This is my favorite style of rice and the garlic sauce is addicting. Friendly employees, offered extra sauces and a sample of the grape leaves to try. It does feel pricey but the plates are loaded and they do not skimp on meat. It also ends up being 2-3 meals due to leftovers. We come back every time we are in town! Highly recommend

Wow Kabob catered my daughter's graduation yesterday. Everyone loved the food, it arrived hot and stayed hot. The owner Nicola went out of his way to make everything perfect and accommodated our requests! I highly recommend this place for catering! The best Shawerma ever!

The food was really good, but the proportions are off on this wrap. Oh well. I feel like for my liking. I should order something else. Next time I go back.

Happy to find really delicious local middle eastern food. I ordered the Kibbeh, Hummus with meat appetizer (with chicken), and the lentil soup. Food was really yummy, especially the chicken, and serving size is great. Was pleasantly surprised that the prices in person are less than Yelp menu. Maybe that's a GrubHub upcharge, even for takeout. We'll be back, thank you! read more

Literally, this place is amazing. I saw it on Instagram and was like I had to try it. It's truly authentic when it comes to flavor and all the good stuff in it. The owners and staff are super friendly. There's plenty of parking and plenty of seating inside. But what got me extra happy was the Middle Eastern music while I was eating my Shawarma. It's a super clean place as soon as you get up and finish your food they're right behind you clean the tables and chairs. The portion size is pretty big. I got the beef Shawarma plate but instead of the rice I wanted fries and they were able to substitute it for two dollars. The fries are legit amazing they taste like when you make it at home! But it's ok leftovers for later. I totally be back and I'm going to try the Shawarma bites.! read more

A new gem in the city of Rancho Cucamonga. Consistent, well prepared entrees, sizable portions, & excellent customer service. Really "wow." We stumbled upon this place through Yelp. They are very gracious and welcoming. The food is incredibly fresh! The serving is very generous. I felt as though we were eating at our family's house. The chicken shawarma is clean, fresh, delicious. The seasoning is on point and I love that everything is made in house. It's hard to find a place that makes their own appetizers like mtabal, hummus, turshi and kabees lifit (pickled pink turnips). The beef shawarma sandwich has the right amount of tahini and so dang good. Authentic is the key word for this joint. The young lady was so helpful describing the different ways we can order and she surprised my kiddo with an option for his favorite kids juice instead of the soda that I wasn't keen on :). So sweet of her. We live in South OC and finding this while on a road trip was a gem that I have saved on my favorites list now. We will definitely be visiting it again. read more

Fresh, fast, and good Mediterranean food. Ordered the Large Combo which comes with 3 meats, rice, 2 sides, flat bread, and garlic or tahini sauce. This was enough for 2 people who were hungry. Walking in I was greeted by the workers there, looking around I see it's a genuine family that loves the work they do and gives it out to their customers. The place is put in a setting that reminds me of back home and I love the way they created the earthy vibe! I ordered the chicken shawarma, and my husband ordered the chicken Kabab plate combo. It was so good I was unable to stop myself from finishing the whole plate! I usually get full quickly and I can't eat, but even though I was full I just kept wanting more! This has become my new favorite place! I always get the combo kabob plate. My husband and I share the 3 kabob plate. It's so delicious! The chicken, shrimp and steak is sooo good. Their Mediterranean Salad is super delicious too. The garlic sauce is so yum! My husband really enjoys the hummus. The rice...yum. We've gotten this to go and we've eaten it there. Had a great time eating here! Food was delicious and flavorful! It's definitely kid approved which is always something I have to consider when I eat out with them. Clean establishment and the staff is friendly, I think it's family owned and run. Total meal came to 55 bucks with tip for a party of 4. They checked on us during our meal which I appreciate. I will definitely come here again. The baklava....BOMB!!! It was soooo good!!!! Now I must say it was about 3-5 bucks for a SMALL square!! Ok, easy fix! Cut those squares just a tab bit bigger and that will justify the price! See ya soon! read more

The famous Ms. Mimi sent me here one day and I've been hooked ever since! The customer service is great and their food is beyond delicious! Nice busy flow daily so the food is always fresh. They have beautiful Arabic music playing. I love coming here! The lady at the register always explains what everything is and I appreciate that. Always kind! I'm really happy we have this place the food is very flavorful and you get a really big portion. I like the chewiness of the pita even though its thin. Wish i ordered and extra piece. The only things that needed a bit more flavor was the medi salad and the baba ganoush. But it was an easy doctoring with a little salt and lemon juice. Other than that, it's totally worth the price. Went in for lunch with two coworkers. In the middle of eating an insect (kind of looked like a silverfish, but didn't snap a photo) crawled out of my buddy's tebouleh. Unfortunately one of us had finished eating, the rest of us were all so disgusted we just got up threw away what was on the table. First time in my life I've seen a live insect crawl out of food on the table. Strongly do not recommend, there is clearly a sanitation issue. read more

We really needed this type of Restaurant in the area. Fresh food in a clean environment, I hope they keep this place as nice and clean as it it now. Lamb was tender and flavorful, chicken was juicy, rice was perfect, salad was on point as well. All around great experience with a delightful staff attitude. Absolutely delicious food! Best tahini I have ever had and I don't even like tahini! The food does take quite awhile to prepare especially if you are getting a kabob. I mean a good 25-30 mins. A couple minutes later, the gentleman behind the counter called out "Daniel" and the guy waiting next to me jumped right in and grabbed the bag and took off. I had wondered "I hope they didn't pronounce my name wrong and that was MY order." But didn't think much of it. Then the gentleman behind the counter asked me the name for my order. When I said "Danielle" he said "oh that was yours, the guy just left." He kind of looked at me like it was my problem to fix, so I took off after the guy and the employee followed me. Thankfully, the guy didn't get very far because he was verifying the order, so we made the exchange. Whew! I ordered the charbroiled chicken shish kabob with extra grilled veggies and a side Mediterranean salad as well as the hummus trio with sliced cucumbers instead of pita bread. The chicken kabob meal was delicious! The chicken was cooked to perfection and the option to add on more veggies was much appreciated! I was really excited about the hummus trio, but sadly I found it to be lacking flavor. With the 3 options of regular hummus, spicy red bell pepper and edamame, I was definitely expecting a flavor explosion, but it fell flat for me. I'd definitely come back to try more of their main dishes. Seems like a great little spot to dine in.

$50 for less than a pound of meat? What.A.Rip.Off. We will not be returning. We've been customers…read moreof PKG for a number of years, and it was great (while it lasted). It started going downhill when they got rid of the PKG Rewards. We stopped going soon after that. For some reason, we decided to give a chance one more time a couple of days ago. Big mistake. We ordered to-go, and got the "Family Kabob Combo", 2 skewers. Since we're not big fans of their chicken, we subbed one of the chicken skewers for two Koobideh (with an upcharge of $6) and one Salmon skewer (with another upcharge of $5). The total was $45.97 + Tax ($3.56), grand total of $49.53. This would have been OK, if they gave you a reasonable amount of food for what you pay. Instead, we got a large container of rice, and two small containers of meat and vegetables. Unfortunately, as you can see from the photos, what you get meat-wise is basically extremely skimpy. The two Koobideh skewers weighed a total of 10 OZ. That's TWO of them together (see photo), not one, they weighed only 5 OZ each - barely more than a quarter pound hamburger. The Salmon "skewer" had a total of 5 pieces of salmon, each weighing only 0.8 OZ each, a total of 4 OZ! So what we got for the princely sum of $50 was 14 OZ of meat total - less than a pound, and a whole lot of rice, which costs them next to nothing. If you look at a lot of the older photos of the Koobideh skewers here on Yelp, you can see how much they have shrunk in just a few short years. My guesstimate is they're 50% smaller than they used to be, I know for sure since I bought them in the past that they used to be much larger. The price has increased 35% since we last ate here a couple of years ago, and you get 50% less food for that money, losing on both ends of the transaction. We feel cheated, to say the least. It's too bad, since we do like the taste of the food itself, it hasn't changed - what has changed is the value for what you pay. It isn't worth what they're charging for such a little bit of food (many other restaurants have gone the same way, sad to say). We won't be eating there ever again after this experience, it's impossible to enjoy a meal when you know you're being ripped off.

On the plus side, the service was really nice; that lady was very kind and genuine. One odd thing was that there was nothing on the table; no salt, pepper, napkins, or sauces. you have to ask for everything. And since the railroad is so close, you occasionally hear a loud train passing by. All in all, despite the warm service, I probably won't be coming back.

WAIT TIME QUIK AND FAST! hardly had to wait for our food which was perfect because we had traveled for a long time and we were starving. the guys working there are very generous and offered us samples. we ordered their shawarma and kababs and by far its the best arabic food. although i preferred the chicken rather then beef shawarma because the chicken had more flavour. the service was incredible, me and my wife had an amazing conversation with sandy, she asked where we were travelling from and we ended up talking to her for a good five minutes. her beautiful smile was very nice to see after a long day. she brought us extra sauce and gave my two sons stickers and juice for FREE!!. the restaurant was very clean and organised. my sons spilled juice and sandy was quick to clean it so no one slips. we felt really bad and apologised but she assured it wasn't a problem to her and that "their just kids". we appreciated her response. also they play really fun music in the back. the prices are a little high but with the portions they give it doesn't seem so bad. unfortunately we live in Arizona but anytime we come back to california we are 100% coming here. overall 10/10 recommend and would go again!. read more

i've been to this restaurant countless times. each time i had a different experience but the recent experience left me feeling like i must leave a review. the hospitality and generosity of this place is amazing. the cashier sande welcomed me with a huge smile and told me they have a menu up close so that i don't hurt my neck looking up. she offered me samples and i was amazed by the flavour of the shawarma. i ordered the beef shawarma with two sides that sande recommended and i was not disappointed in the slightest. the portions were HUGE ( i had left overs for 2 days). as i was eating, the cashier also offered me a free garlic sauce and if you ever tried the garlic sauce from this place you know it's very hard to resist it (especially if it's free!!) i was so happy overall with how welcoming the atmosphere was. i wasn't able to thank sande for taking care of me so well, because another cashier was working when i was done eating. if i had to correct anything about this place its to turn off their AC in the morning because it was freezing. besides that thank you for making me feel welcomed read more

Wow Kabob is a new Mediterranean restaurant that has quickly become a favorite. Everything we ordered on our recent visit was absolutely delicious, and we couldn't find a single fault with the food or service. The menu offers a wide variety of traditional Mediterranean dishes, each bursting with flavor. We tried different kabobs, hummus, and baba ghanoush, and everything was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The sumac onions was also interesting ... A lot of flavor and recommended if you enjoy onions. The portions were also generous, leaving us all happily satisfied. The staff at Wow Kabob was incredibly friendly and attentive. They were happy to answer our questions about the menu and make recommendations, and they ensured our dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish. Wow Kabob never disappoints, but Jenna makes the experience even better. The food is always fresh and flavorful, the kabobs are tender, the rice is perfectly cooked, and the sauces actually taste homemade. You can tell they take their food seriously. Jenna's the kind of person who makes you feel welcome the second you walk in. She's quick, super friendly, and somehow always remembers people's orders. i'm not a big fan of the food. it was really cold and the wrap was sloppy i could hardly hold it without food falling out. it was filled with more veggies than meat. the service made up for it and the place was clean. sandra was our server, we loved her! she was kind and did great at explaining the menu. we told her our wrap was cold and she offered to remake us the wrap or heat it up for us on the grill but it wasn't worth it anymore. the food quality went down a lot from the last time i was here in august. i'm not sure what they changed but idk if ill be going back their again until it's back to how it was.‍ read more

A friend and I happened to be in Rancho Cucamonga with a hankering for steak. Everywhere else had waits of 2-3 hours. WOW Kebab did NOT disappoint us. Fresh lamb kebabs, kefta, chicken shawarma, all perfectly grilled and seasoned. All the sides were the bomb, and their baklava desserts were ahh-mazing. Portions are huge, and the prices are very reasonable in this age of crippling inflation. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgable. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was disappointing. Customer service was lacking from the moment I walked in, there was no greeting or acknowledgment. When I reached the register, the woman assisting me seemed uninterested in taking my order. Just a couple of minutes later, another customer walked in and all three employees behind the counter greeted her immediately. Being ignored when entering an establishment is extremely rude and made the experience uncomfortable. read more

I was excited to try this Shawarma place for the first time, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I mistakenly placed the wrong order, and when I realized it, I immediately told the lady that I meant to get the Shawarma bites instead. However, she refused to assist with exchanging the order or offer any help. The lack of customer service and the rude attitude left me frustrated. Stopped by once again on my way home and y'all have to try this place out! It is so so good, the food is truly amazing today i have the Beef Shawerma plate with some Hummus and Salad and the Hummus is the best i've ever had it tastes like home! Best chicken shawarma I've had! It's a family business and you can tell that the family really does take care of each customer as a member of their family too. I had gotten the filafel sandwich and it was so addicting I couldn't stop eating it!! The decor is beautiful and you can feel the at home feeling just by walking in the doors. I ordered the falafel combo with hummus and a Mediterranean salad. The falafel were crispy on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside. The salad and hummus were both delicious too! The place was a bit crowded, but we managed to find a table. The music was a bit loud, but we were still able to chat. I'll definitely be back to try the beef shawarma next time! read more
