Been to this spot for an emergency a few months back but now it is my nail place. The moment you walk in they are very welcoming and very professional and even tough you don't have an appointment they still take you in and don't rush you out . From the entrance to the bathroom this place is nice, fancy and very clean . I like how they are very accommodating and not try to up sell you ! This particular day it was my moms birthday I was letting the gentleman know that I was paying for my mom because it was her birthday, he stoped everyone and put a happy birthday song and the whole place customers and employee all joined in , made my 74 year old mom happy ! Service could have been better. Just disappointed and not coming back. Had decided to go with basic package and the pedi tech who assisted me said ewww to my heels and suggested I get the next package. The way she said it was just mean. My feet were not even bad. I wear socks most of the time so I don't know what was her problem. I would think going to get a pedicure is a safe place to relax and get your feet pretty again and not there to get judgement or told mean comments. I would think if you're a pedicurist you would do it because you enjoy making everyone's feet pretty. But I guess not this tech. When it came to picking color my pedicure tech was just a bit rude that it just made the rest of my experience at this shop not enjoyable. I would give 5 stars because i really do love coming here, except today was my only bad experience with one of the employees. Jane was very unprofessional when doing my nails, because i was being particular in how i like my nails done she got upset and threw her acrylic brush on the table while getting up to get an acrylic powder. She then told my sister when doing her eyebrows that she did not like me. When i confronted her to let her know that her behavior was inappropriate she stated that I was very picky, which was not true, she told my sister word for word "i do not like your friend, but i like you." I had a little piece of skin under the nail that had been bothering me for a while. She had it out and I was pain free in the first 3 mins . The massage was sublime and she's so friendly. I usually don't go to get my nails done because I am a busy mom of 4. I decided to go to this place as a Mother's Day treat and even paid more for the next package up from basic. It was not worth it. My nails were not cut. The massage was more like just casually rubbing my legs. The lady was nice but rude at the same time. Now let's get to the quality I asked for the nails down below and you can tell they are ombré like blush ombré she decided to do dip pink her name is Lee that's not what I wanted ... that's not the color in the photo next I asked her the price for the nails I showed her the picture and said how much ?? She said 70 I was like hmm okay for that length and that look she said they were medium length so as we start my nails she is glueing the tips down immediately she didn't do anything to my cuticles like nothing was done to my actual nails I was so confused. When she was done with the tips And cut them too short I showed her the picture and said that's not the right length ,I'm paying 70 for short nails that's crazy !! She told me when" I file and put the dip it will look long " which is obviously wrong I told her thats a lot of money to pay for medium length when I'm getting short nails that look nothing like the photo she told me 65 I was like ok but thats still expensive when I was done I asked for the manager I showed them the photos to compare he knocked it down to 60 I gave no tip because why would I , I tip because I like my experience or the nails came out perfect , they did not they came out completely wrong will never come back again please save your money and the language barrier did not stop me from speaking up so if someone is doing something you don't like speak up I get shy and nervous but I conquered that today read more

Came here for the first time on a Friday afternoon. I called ahead of time and was told they could take me in. From walking in to leaving I had a very pleasant experience. I was greeted very politely and sat right away and offered a complimentary water bottle which was well needed in the summer heat. The salon itself is beautiful and brand new. The chairs were comfortable and had massage settings, everything was individually wrapped and sanitized and everything looked very clean. My tech Lee was very friendly and did a fantastic job! We just left the salon which was supposed to be a nice and relaxing pedicure for my daughter and manicure for myself. The ladies in there that work there started arguing and the fight escalated to somebody slamming a chair next to my daughter, so we got up and left. This was the worst experience we've ever had, I've been coming here for years and I've never had a problem and I will not be coming back and will be fine. All of my friends in the AV will not go to your shop either after sharing my experience there, horrible team, horrible awful environment working hostile uncomfortable uninviting. My wife and I (especially my wife) had a wonderful experience here. My wife went all out with her mani/pedi, and they treated her like the queen she is. I kept it a little more simple with my pedicure and full set, and I enjoyed everyone second of it. The man that did my full set was pretty quick too, which I appreciated. Three of us got Gel mani and Gel pedis (I added the least expensive add on pedi package to mine) and one was just basic. We all left very happy with the service received.
