I was told to come at 6:15 and they had me waiting even after that . I sat in the massage chair and the guy at the front desk grab my remote and told me to not put my chair back. It was rude. Then proceeded to put the chair up. the lady who did my nails was very nice but her work wasn't the best. I also felt rushed out /:. It's very pricey as well . I paid $90 for short nails that I didn't like , the French tip was messy work and some bumps on a few nails due to thick layering of nail polish. I'm new to the area and I seen it had good ratings but yeah I won't be coming here again unfortunately. I did get a pedi as well. Was ok , the guy was nice but did burn me with the hot stone and the water as well. And I did noticed he wasn't using new set of tools , the scrub looked used .. To begin with this is such a beautiful place with phenomenal customer service. I don't like going to nail salons with garbage customer service but the employees at this salon are so friendly and talkative especially the manager/ owner Justin. They are definitely about what their customers want and never have an attitude if you change your mind about something. First impressions: The manager greeted me right away, and the service was top notch! I was a walk in, and didn't have to wait long to be seated. They offer complimentary beverages and snacks of your choice. The massage chairs were the best I've tried! Inside is very luxurious. They have a wide selection of nail colors & quality of polish was good. Amber did my pedicure. She was very attentive and detailed. She did a fantastic job. The pedicures start at $45 and an extra $20 for gel. A tad more expensive than other places. However, the service and treatment are worth it. The only thing I would change, is to try and make it quieter, so the experience can be more relaxing. Also, spread out the clients if there is room available. (The person next to me was constantly complaining and quite rude. Felt bad for the staff, having to deal with her). Other than that, I would definitely recommend trying this place! read more

The older nail tech was very rude, (dirty blonde dyed hair- wears glasses) aggressive and just plain nasty with her attitude. I used to attribute their behavior to the lack of their ability to speak english but I realize now that they know exactly how they behave. She yelled out saying why shaking hands! don't move! Ahh! I will never go there again. I left feeling disrespected and just not a good experience. Not to mention the quality of work and customer service do not match the prices for their subpar work. the worst experience of my life! painful, rushed most horrible experience! the guy scrubbed my legs so hard with the scrub i felt my skin was going to peel off! the rock massage was painful from the scrub and then he left the rock in one area so long it almost burned my leg! it was a 50 dollar pedicure and it lasted 20 minutes at most! i will not recommend this place ever! my legs are so irritated! im so upset! read more

The salon is beautiful, new, very glamorous just hope their work was the same. Came in with my daughter before her 11th birthday. She got a mani and a pedi. She wanted her nails done for before her birthday. I only got a pedi. Was mainly here for her, I have my own nail girl that I've been going to for years. We had an appointment, got there on time. We were told to wait, waited about 15min before we got seated. We were offered water by the owner I believe, seated by this time. When they asked me what I wanted done I told them for my daughter I wanted a Kids mani and pedi. She asks " how old" I said " my daughter is 10 turning 11 next week" . Didn't know it was some type of special until I heard the mom next to me ask for that for her daughter. So I did the same. I regret it after. The lady working on my daughter said something to the lady working on my pedi, then she asks " how old is she?" Meaning my daughter, I reply she's 10, her birthday is next week. She reply's she's big for 10. I said yes she is, all my kids are tall for their age. Few minutes later same lady says something to the owner as he's walking by. And again I get asked how old she is. Again I say 10. I was feed up at this point 3rd time being asked. Why would I lie about her age. I looked thru my phone and found her birthday picture from last year and show it to the lady doing my pedi and point out the date on that pic, April 2021. She says she big for 10, I said I know. Well not sure if this pissed them off or what but my pedi looked terrible. After doing each coat and using the UV light the top of my toes would hit the inside. Not my fault, they had the bottom part of the UV machine on when usually it's removed for pedis. All the lady would do is reapply a new coat without fixing it, making it look worse. I'm not one to complain and say redo it so I let it be. Wish I'll know my daughters pedi and mani looked worse than mine. I would have not tipped them. Tipped them both $10. My daughter said to me her nails looked ugly and that we should have gone to a different place. Believed I payed around $145 with tip, never going back. read more

i bring my own nail tips because most salons in palmdale don't have straight nail tips yet . The nail tech Amy like my tips . I kinda wasn't listening to her because i had my airpods in i was trying to enjoy the overpriced fullest and gel pedi in peace, im socially awkward and don't like conflict so I was like you can get them online, she kept saying she liked them and wanted them. Before i know it she had gave me 10$ for tb and said use this at the front to get 10$ off my full set . And she said if i wanted my tips agin just come back to her... i live in another state . Idk the whole experience was weird and kinda tacky . I came to be a paying customer, not feel like I was taken advantage of / for over on when i paid 170$ for my nails and get pedi and my pedi is a lil bumpy. And of course i tipped so idk, it just felt weird , like i was taken advantage of because i was young and nice. i'll probably never get my nails done again there so enjoy my straight coffin tips. First time here and they had the best customer service! Walked in and it was super clean, I was greeted and seated within 3mins and I was never frowned upon for having my 3yr old with me. She loves getting her nails polished like mommy and has always behaved so well that I've never complained about paying for her tiny nails to get serviced. Our experience here though was like none other, they were so nice to her so patient and they did not rush through her service at all! They even gave her candy and water! I had to commend the manager for this because as a mom of course we want our own alone time to relax but sometimes we have no choice and as a mom who's willing to pay whatever the price is for her to get serviced and have his employees be nothing but nice and patient and giving me what I paid for is just wonderful. She got a mami and pedi and I got a gel pedi -both services were great.
