After ordering, you have to move to the side and wait again -- it took about another 15 minutes to actually get our ice cream. After a few bites, I was left eating unflavored shave ice rather than the pineapple cream treat I ordered. The presentation was beautiful, but the flavor and quality were nowhere near my first experience. I know this place is capable of making excellent shave ice because my first visit was so memorable.
