A total ripoff. $50.00 for 2 sandwiches, was mostly pita, and never received the French fries it was supposed to come with.

I was looking for satisfying late night food in Palm Springs and boy did Wrap Houz deliver. Each component of my beef shawarma wrap was vibrantly fresh and flavorful. Even the saffron rice it is served atop is bursting with enough flavor to stand alone. The hummus, garlic sauce and tzatziki really pulled the meal together, and the side of fresh vegetables added perfect crunch. This meal was dynamic and more than enough food to share! The staff was kind and focused on providing fresh food, quickly. The shop was clean and well organized. I was tempted by the fresh baklava cooling on the counter- will be back!

Their food is INSANELY good. I ate there for the first time and was dramatically impressed by the quality, the flavor profile, and the texture of the meal. The meat was fresh. Had the tri-tip wrap, which is the Beef Kofta Wrap. The guy who prepared the food was really nice. I asked for the hot sauce, and it's a flavor I was not expecting. It's like citrus flavor. Totally delicious. Do yourself a favor and have a bite here. Oh, and the baclava was perfect!

A surprising gem of nutritiousness and deliciousness in Palm Springs. While it is quite pricey, I really enjoyed the chicken avocado wrap and fattoush salad. The gentleman taking our order was very nice and helpful and I love how they have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. It's nice to have a restaurant in the area that has healthy and nutritious options.

    Beef kabob

The beef kabob I ordered was a major disappointment. It was dry and overcooked, which was a big letdown. I love Mediterranean food because most places the food is fresh and made-to-order and this didn't meet that standard. Will not be returning here!

We came here for a late-night bite on a Friday. Most places nearby had already closed their kitchens by 10 pm, so it was down to this or Mexican food. We arrived around 11 pm and were so glad we found this spot. After reading the reviews, we came in planning to order the chicken shawarma and was recommended getting the Cajun Garlic Shawarma Wrap ($14.99) and a two piece baklava ($8). The shawarma was definitely the highlight. It was flavorful, satisfying, and really hit the spot. We were so happy to have found this gem on Yelp and immediately talked about coming back again. The staff was kind, and the place had that classic hole-in-the-wall charm low-key but full of flavor and personality.

Deeeelicious! I was in the Palm Springs area for a staff retreat, and me and my colleagues wanted a quick sandwich or bowl before we went on a hike, so I did a quick search and found Wrap Houz. What a lucky find! The Street shawarma chicken bowl was amazing, you can get it with rice or fries, I got the rice, yum! The service was fantastic, including giving us some extra fries. Interestingly, it's actually 2 different buildings next door to each other, order in one, then dine next door, all of which is perfectly fine. The kitchen takes up the other half, because they also cater. Highly recommend. Support Local!

The photos featured on yelp are fairly deceptive because it looks like a cute café you would expect to find in Palm Springs however, this is more like a old school hot dog shop vibe if all they sold was baklava and Mediterranean food... kinda like a dive restaurant meets food stand meets deli, however definitely worth it for the food and wonderful selection. I am pescatarian and while I did not notice any fish on the menu. I was quite content with all of the veggie options. Their wraps are like a giant thin pita utilized to create a burrito ! Perfect meal, very satisfying and filling I would definitely return Just go in expecting a no-frills dining experience

Dear Management, 01/04/2026 I recently visited Wrap House for the first time to enjoy a Mediterranean dinner. While I was looking forward to the experience, I felt compelled to reach out regarding the cleanliness of the establishment. During my meal, I noticed that the floors in both dining rooms were quite dirty. As a first-time guest, this was disappointing and made me feel uneasy about the overall hygiene of the restaurant. I have attached photos of the dining area for your reference. I hope you find this feedback helpful for maintaining your service standards, as I would like to feel comfortable returning in the future. Best regards, Anastacio M

I always like to give places like this multiple tries before I finalize my opinion on them. The menu is extensive and has tons of options, including vegan friendly bites . This visit was late at night and I settled on a chicken Shawarma bowl as well as a beef Shawarma wrap. Both items were stuffed full of freshly made food. I didn't get to try the bowl, but I was told it was amazing and the fries were super fresh. If I had to complain about something, it would be the wait, but in all honesty, I would rather wait for something good than be served something old and stale instantly. You can get something good to eat if you have the time to wait and don't mind paying a little extra compared to other takeout joints. They also had a counter filled with treats, similar to baklava. I recommend trying one but don't be like me and get the big pack as they get a little expensive.

Wanted something quick and saw this had good reviews. I'll keep it simple, the two different wraps, one of them was the Cajun one and the other was the lime chicken one. Yeah I can't remember off the top of my head but they were on the first page of the menu they had displayed at the counter. Both were really good! Very flavorful. Not much inside other than the chicken and some peppers. But really enjoyed the flavor of both. Only downer was the price for the size you get. They weren't super small but maybe for the size. Them being more like $10ish would suite them but they both come in around $15. Either way aside from the price they were really good and yes I would come back to try other things on their menu. They did have a side room where you can sit inside, well I'm assuming it was part of their establishment because of the decor on the walls. Just an open room that looks like they use for gatherings. If it's not, whoops, but either way sat inside and finished our wraps.

Delicious. Had the Philly Cheese Steak Wrap and baklava. Would recommend. Need to come back and try other options. Sat outside and had plenty of seating.

The bread, nuts, cheese, and other little bites on the board made it really fun to share. The drinks were refreshing too, and the presentation was beautiful without trying too hard. Definitely one of those places where I'd come back with friends for a slow weekend brunch. The food was good, but the charming patio and overall vibe were probably my favorite part.

It's a cute space with the greenery, twinkle lights, and plenty of 20th century artwork & photographs. To be honest, I did expect more from the food but I would return to try other menu items. The bread was served piping hot, which is great, but the outer crust was a little too crunchy and hard. The halibut lacked any real flavor while the cacio e pepe had way too much pepper. Naturally the pasta is supposed to have pepper but this was an overwhelming amount and took away from the overall enjoyment of the dish. The mixed salad was fresh and well done though and the deviled eggs were solidly enjoyable. The burger was novelty and juicy. Fries were also fresh and tasted like McDonald's to me (which is a good thing by the way!!). I tried the Garden of the Gods which is a newer gin cocktail on the menu and it was rather refreshing. Of course we had to give the $50 martini a try and it was a kick alright. Turns out, if you order it on 10 occasions then you get your name on a plaque. For $50 x 10 I'd sure hope so! To end the night we finished with a yummy pavlova. Nothing like a little fruit, merengue, and sugar all together. Bar Cecil sent me on a deep dive of Anna Pavlova after that (if you know, you know). While we had higher expectations for the food, this is a cute, trendy place and I'd say, very Palm Springs.

And when I say big, I mean 30+ people, all with their own preferences, dietary needs and occasionally very specific requests. Wrangling that many people for dinner is not for the faint of heart. I do everything I can to make life easier on the restaurant. I reach out well in advance, make arrangements ahead of time, pre-order appetizers and try very hard not to descend upon an unsuspecting restaurant on a Saturday night with 30 people and a dream. But we do have some quirks, including needing individual checks for alcohol, and I know firsthand that accommodating a group our size while also running a busy restaurant is a LOT. Lulu's California Bistro made it look effortless. From the beginning, working with Chanel to plan our dinner was an absolute dream. She was kind, responsive, professional and completely on top of everything. She helped me figure out which appetizers would work best for the group, answered every question and somehow never once made me feel like I was being a bother. When you are the person responsible for coordinating 30+ people and a restaurant responds to your various requests with some version of "Absolutely, we can take care of that," instead of making you feel like you have ruined their entire week, you remember it. Chanel made the planning process unbelievably easy. Then we arrived and I was honestly blown away by the setup they had created for us. It was PERFECT. We had a wonderful space for our enormous group and everything was ready and waiting. So let me say this very clearly for anyone frantically Googling "Palm Springs restaurant for large groups": THIS IS YOUR PLACE. The menu is also fantastic for a group because there is genuinely something for everyone. I especially loved that Lulu's has entire gluten-free and vegetarian menus rather than treating those guests like an afterthought who should simply be grateful someone removed the croutons from a salad. When you are planning for 30+ different humans, that kind of thoughtfulness matters enormously. And then we met Ramon. RAMON. I genuinely do not know how one person takes care of a group our size on a busy Saturday night and somehow remains friendly, funny, patient, professional and incredibly attentive, but Ramon did it. He was an absolute angel from beginning to end. He handled our giant table, our questions, our various needs and all of those individual alcohol checks without ever seeming rattled or making anyone feel like they were asking too much. More than that, he was just a wonderful human being. He laughed with us, took care of us and somehow managed to make a table of 30+ people feel like we were his favorite table of the night rather than the table that might make him reconsider his career choices. That is hospitality. Ramon is an extraordinary representative of this restaurant and I hope the people who run Lulu's know exactly how special he is, because our entire group certainly does. And thankfully, all of this wonderful service came with genuinely delicious food. Everyone was raving about what they ordered and considering the size of our group, I am fairly certain we collectively sampled dang near the entire menu. I kept hearing some variation of "this is SO good" from different ends of the table all night. I am sure Lulu's is wonderful if you are coming in for dinner with two or four people, but if you are trying to find somewhere in Palm Springs for a large group, I cannot recommend them highly enough. I have been coordinating dinners like this for almost a decade and this was hands down the easiest and one of the best large-group dinners we have ever had. That does not happen by accident. It happens because people care. Chanel made everything before we arrived easy. Ramon made everything once we got there wonderful. And the entire Lulu's team gave 30+ people a fantastic Saturday night in Palm Springs. We will absolutely be back. And that is in no small part because of Chanel and Ramon. Please give these two all of the flowers. They earned every single one.

Also very clean. Highly recommend this place. Had a cute decor here and there. Was very lovely. I am so glad that we tried this place out. Thank you all very much!!
