the yummy jerky we bought all 4
    Lacey C.

This place was so good, just like I recall. I started coming here, to this location in 1998. I have always loved to come eat here. I had a great experience once again. We ordered the chicken fingers, fries and I got the curry bowl, hubby got the jalapeno burger. Everything was delicious and hearty. Fresh and hot! Also the lavender lemonade was SOOO good! The guy at the counter was so nice and patient, answering my plethora of questions. Also loved the ambiance, still. I always love to come here when I'm in town. Also we bought all 4 of the jerky and they were all yummy too! Thank you Native Foods!

I was absolutely devastated when Native Foods started closing its restaurants. Now with only two employee-owned cafés remaining, I was so excited to visit the Palm Springs location! Native Foods has created meal you can feel good about without sacrificing flavor or texture. While everything on the menu is delicious, the Almost Famous Bowl, Bistro Steak Sandwich, and Gastropub Burger are definitely my favorites, especially when paired with the seasoned fries. The Peanut Butter Parfait is so rich and sweet, perfectly complimenting the savoriness of the appetizers and meals. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to dine at Native Foods again and can't wait for my next visit! By dining here, you'll not only help keep the Native Foods legacy going, but also indulge in some of the best plant-based food around!

So happy to find a Native Foods location out here! I've only been to the one in San Diego (now closed) so this was a happy find. My partner and I split a regular sized chicken tenders for an appetizer. He got the BBQ brisket burger with a side of lemon dill potato salad. I got the almost famous bowl which was chicken tenders on top of mashed potatoes with gravy, cheese and corn. On second thought, I should've got something else since we had chicken tenders for an appetizer but who doesn't love fried chicken. The chicken tenders had perfect breading and perfectly fried. The mashed potatoes got a little salty midway through. I had a bite of the BBQ burger and it was fantastic and so full of flavor. Order at the counter and sit at a table. I went at 3pm so it wasn't super busy. They brought the food out to my table along with cloth napkin-wrapped utensils. I wish there were more locations so I can come here more easily!

First time trying this place out and I must say, I love it. Albert's customer service was top notch from start to finish . I ordered the Chicken Bacon Avocado Sandwich meal, with the watermelon Fresca drink so good. The flavors on this Sandwich had me going back for more, bite after bite. I've never had vegan food before and must say everything was freshly made with the freshest ingredients. I'm glad my friend put me on to this place and now I have a place I can explore the rest of your menu. Don't hesitate coming by and trying out their amazing vegan food, you won't be disappointed at all.

Native foods was clean and inviting, bright and the man behind the counter was very friendly. The menu full was of different unique flavor palate options. I couldn't decide what to get, there were so many meals I wanted to try, but I was sold on the almost famous bowl because it had vegan chicken and mashed potatoes. It was delicious and the right choice to make. I will be back to try more on the menu!

Food was pretty good. Prompt service with happy staff. Mellow vibes for a cute ambiance. Inside and outside seating available. "Burgers" are impossible patties but other than that I would try something different off of their menu again.

I love the taste of our dishes. We ordered three different dishes and my favorite was the bowl with the mac and cheese. I must say that what stood out to me the most was the ranch dressing. This ranch needs to be bottled and sold in stores! I would buy it! Service with a sassy smile is how I would call our server, lol. He knows his place, he knows his food, and although he's not vegan, he loves vegan food...haha! He came to check on us a couple times outside which was very nice being that we order from the counter and it's not a full service restaurant.

Outstanding find! This little eatery is somewhat hidden inside an old shopping center, so take the time to find them. The food is very fresh, made to order, and filling. Their healthy options are good for both your body & soul. Pro-Tip: Their infused waters are made in-house and delightful. Very refreshing!!

    So welcoming!

As always, Native Foods comes through with the freshest, healthiest food. Chris and Misty are such nice people. Chris was off the day we went in, but when he heard we were there, he texted us to ask how we were. Very neighborly! If you haven't tried their new breakfast burrito, you MUST! It is big, filling and full of all of the flavors you would expect from them.

I wish all restaurants offered such a nice selection of healthy options that taste this great. The interior is simple, order one of their many bowl selections at the counter and take a seat. I'm a fan of their hibiscus tea which reminds me of many Agua de Jamaica's. A perfect place for a quick lunch but still works for dinner too. Ps it's tucked in about 20' into the retail plex so it is not visible from the street.

Yes it's totally vegan. There are no meat options. However, many people who eat here are not vegan, and LOVE the food.

My date mentioned that this location had stellar reviews and she wanted mexican so we stopped by First the octopus ceviche was wonderful tart and delicious. The green sauce tasted authentic and finally a spot that stuffs the chicken in the tortilla. At times some places skimp on the filling I had the steak nachos with everything. It's hard to mess up nachos but they were equally good. The staff was very attentive serving the some chips and cold water as soon as I was seated and I found them to be very attentive. To start off with the good, the rolls were great, I highly recommend the venue roll and the yellow tail crudo. The drinks were great nothing out of the ordinary or anything I would come back for or wish to have again. The matcha lychee drink was pretty unique though! Now for room for improvement... I feel like the food and drinks alone are wonderful but the service was very disappointing to say the least. We had a reservation for 4 people inside, and when we checked in multiple walk ins of 2 and 4 people were let in before us to be seated inside, even though we showed up at the same time and had a reservation for the exact time we got there * reservation was at 7 we checked in at 6:57*. We got seated right by the restroom and instantly there was an odor that came from the restroom that impacted our experience. Not only that, but half of our party had to continuously get up and move in order for guests to use the restroom. This isn't any negativity on the guests themselves, we understand that they obviously needed to use the restroom. When we asked at the beginning when we were sat if we could move tables, when there was room inside to be seated for 4 people our server told us that there wasn't anything that they could do... I understand maybe other reservations but it really is unfortunate on how multiple walk-ins were seated before our party with a reservation, our party had to be continuously disrupted in order to accommodate for guests using the restroom, and the odor coming from the restroom didn't allow us to actually enjoy the food and drinks.
