Eric and his team completely moved my two bedroom apartment from Redlands, Ca to Long Beach, Ca in about 6 hours, start to finish! They arrived on time, were professional, and respected all of my belongings. The price he quoted me was not far off from the price I paid. They did not linger, got straight to work, and worked the entire time. All of my items made it in good condition, nothing was lost or damaged. They went above and beyond when it came to dissembling and reassembling items and did it quickly! From hooking up my washer and dryer in the new place too rebuilding my dining table even better than it was before! They even removed my refrigerator doors to make it fit through the door in the the new place and put them back on for me! I can not say enough good things about this company. Best 600 bucks I ever spent. 10/10 would do hire Wrap N' Roll Moving again. Eric reached out to me within minutes of my quote request & after shopping around, his rates were unbeatable. I was a little hesitant due to the affordable rates and very few reviews, he later explained he recently moved from Arizona and is working through some of Yelp's technical difficulties. Eric kept in contact with me, confirming my appointment the week before, reminding me the day before, and giving me updates on his time of arrival the day of. He and his partner arrived on move day and got right to it. They moved me from a 3rd story apartment to a 2 story residence 30 minutes away & let me tell you, I was so glad I hired movers cuz those guys got some cardio in. I mean these guys were working so hard my neighbors came out and asked for a card. I packaged most of my own things but I appreciated that they brought blankets and packing wrap, which they did use on some things I hadn't covered (without me having to ask). They were efficient and I also noticed they secured everything with straps once it was all loaded up so nothing would get damaged on the drive. Upon arriving to my move in site, the team carefully wrapped moving blankets on the stair rails and hard floors so they wouldn't damage anything. The team unpacked with just as much efficiency and they asked where I wanted each item in my new place. Very happy with the quick service and quality care of my furniture. After seeing how hard these guys worked and my total bill coming out to just over 500 bucks, I couldn't help but leave a tip. read more

This review is long overdue - I booked them back in Feb for a move in March. I left a message and Eric called me back right away. We were only moving a few units down and just needed help with the heavy items, including my grandmothers upright piano that I was very worried about. I was also concerned with price. He reassured me the piano would not be a problem and was confident they could finish moving all the heavy stuff within the time frame. The day before and of the move it was raining, and to make matters worse our complex's sidewalks flood every time it rains. If that wasn't enough they were doing renovations to some of the units so the trucks had torn up the grass so there was mud everywhere. I warned Eric in case it was going to be a problem with the piano but he said not to worry. He called me when they were on their way, showed up on time and got to work straight away. They moved the piano without issue, along with our couch, bed frames and mattresses, bookshelves, and dressers. That was really all we needed help with but since they had time left over they helped with all the smaller items too. They worked right up until their minimum required time and made sure we didn't need them to help with anything else before they left. All movers are expensive but these guys were the best price and did excellent work!! Definitely recommend and would absolutely use again. read more

Best $1,200.00 I've ever spent on movers. Let me start by saying that Eric took my calls with complete professionalism even when I was stressed because my new house didn't close on time. Eric was able to fit me into their schedule and complete my move. The crew showed up on time and quickly packed, wrapped and dissembled by house. It was then neatly packed and stored into their trailer. They then brought all the stuff to my new house, unloaded everything and then setup everything that was dissembled - tables-chairs-beds-crib-washer/dryer. All put back neatly. Oh it gets better then they went back to my old home to pick up the extra stuff that wouldn't fit into trailer the first time around. All in a days work for these guys.
