There were a few black beans and a small amount of sauce and chicken in a wrap. What was in there was good, but the proportions are in favor of way too much rice and too little of the chicken and sauce, which itself was good. I think the price calls for an upgrade. We are typical tourists visiting from the Willamette Valley. We were looking for low carb options due to health concerns. We took a look inside and a quick glance at the menu. It did not look promising so we tried some other places and in the end decided to go back. Bottomline: We did not look at the menu carefully. All the burgers and wraps are available in bowls. Visited this place for lunch with my group of friends. The employees here are extremely racist. We got seated and started browsing through the menu. All of a sudden, a bunch of parties came in and the first thing the waitress does is come to our party (the only Asians in the entire restaurant) and asks us to go sit outside because the owner was going to get in trouble for breaking COVID-19 protocols (altho their yelp reviews indicate they've *been* breaking COVID protocols)? Very weird. Makes total sense.. as if there aren't going to be dozens of people still sitting inside & dozens of parties finishing up their food.. even if we were to move.. We said we were good and we didn't plan on moving, so she handed us take out boxes instead. After this, we decided to just leave. We stoped at Wraptitude on our way to Portland from Sunriver. The the Santa fe wrap was good. My brother in law said his burger wrap was GREAT! My wife truly enjoyed the Cubano and especially liked the pickles. The decor is groovy, 70's down to the music being played. We all agreed on that also. The servers were very nice. I'm pretty disappointed in myself for just putting this review up now, we've been eating here for years! Whenever we need a meal and don't feel like cooking (which is several times a week) we often end up here. EXCELLENT burgers and fries. Excellent folks, not just good, but EXCELLENT. I love their Greek feta wrap too, but I always add extra kalamata olives because I'm a dark olive nut. Their loaded fries and jalapeno poppers are something to mention while we're talking deliciousness. Bonus: They often have this DESSERT, which I can't remember the name of at the moment but it's like this chocolate cake with hot chocolate & caramel syrup or something poured all over it. But... when the woman working the cash register so blatantly disregards health and safety with her face mask around her chin and her nose and mouth completely exposed, it causes me to pause and wonder what other inconvenient food safety practices they might be ignoring as they prepare my food. I understand some people don't believe in masks and may choose to not wear one in personal interactions, but it is the law right now, as a business, to wear one. It's for the health and safety of your staff and customers. When you clearly just do not give a damn, I'm afraid I will have to choose to another restaurant on the mountain next time. I ordered the French dip for one family member and a Santa Fe wrap for another. I was able to snag a bite from each order just so I could review them. The roast beef on the French dip was a little dry but spiced up just right with black pepper. Unfortunately, they forgot the grilled onions on top and the cheese wasn't even melted. Not to sound too picky, but I was expecting a hot French dip with ooey gooey cheese and onions on top. No turning back now. They did add a small container of auju on the side , but it didn't taste the greatest, so no big loss. The wrap was decently loaded and tasted pretty good. I could tell the wrap was hard and old, and one bite into it, entire thing fell apart. I didn't order a salad. The employee was confused as to why there was a problem. I preferred just having a gift card so I could come back another time rather than them remake my food right then. The employee said the manager would reimburse us at a later time; however, after attempting to reach the manager several times, no reimbursement ever took place. The manager never even returned our phone calls (I waited almost three months before posting this review). Unfortunately it's apparent neither food quality nor customer satisfaction are priorities. Today we got our order, wrap and burger with fries and bought a huge cinnamon roll. After driving off I inspected the cinnamon roll and it was moldy. There was moisture in the container and no date on the container. We went back and they apologized and returned our money. My husband always raved about this place as it is his go to stop on the way back home from skiing but I never knew how neat this place was. A small roadside stop in Welches, this place does some major business. The name says it all, they have wraps. I'm sure they have other items but wraps were primarily what I was interested in when I went there. My first stop here, we went inside and it's decorated very funky and fun the waitress deserves five stars for anticipating my every need before I could open my mouth to ask. She's a gem and the restaurant is lucky to have her. She clearly enjoys her job and the people she interacts with while doing it. I ordered a wrap and wanted something that came on it held and she recommended a substitution which I happily agreed to. How often does that happen where you want something left off and they cheerfully offer a substitution? She offered refills on the soda and when I couldn't finish it she brought me a to go cup so I could take my drink with me. The girl is aces. The second time we stopped we used the drive through very handy and quick. Again, she made a mutually agreeable substitution for the tomatoes I didn't want on my wrap. We drove by this place on our way to see Mount Hood and thought it sounded good. Looked it up online and saw the reviews were overall good too. We were tired and feeling lazy, so when we saw that there was a drive thru line we jumped on the opportunity. We ordered the Chicken Caesar and Greek wraps as well as an iced tea. The cashier (curly brunette) seemed polite at first, answering our questions about the items on the menu, but when we got the credit card/clipboard to sign it was tossed at us. OK.. kinda weird but didn't lose sleep over it. My friend gave the clipboard back, and the cashier's response in a super sarcastic tone was "WOW thank you SO much." My friend and I looked at each other pretty confused and wasn't sure what happened. I asked my friend if they tipped and they said no. It was a literal drive thru... like the ones at Panera or a fast food restaurant... is this a standard in Oregon to tip at the drive thru?? It's not like we were seated or cleaned up after... a service other than our actual food wasn't provided. Both my friend and I have worked in the food service industry for a total of 10 years.. we never expected tips for things like this. When the cashier gave us our food, she threw a straw at my friend. My friend said thank you twice and the cashier said nothing and closed the drive thru window in a huff. Haven't eaten the food yet, but hopefully it wasn't spit on LMAO. I took home two of the cinnamon rolls, and wish I took home three. Service was good but you can tell she was busy. Limited seating, if they put a couple burners outside to go with the picnic tables they would be golden. But that's it, this place was great after mountain biking.
