My issue is not the price itself. My issue is the complete lack of transparency. A basic standard in any service business is to inform the customer of the cost BEFORE doing the work -- not after. I was never given the chance to agree or walk away. That's not a mistake, that's a choice. I only came here because a close mutual friend recommended this shop. That trust made it even more disappointing. I would not return, and I would strongly advise anyone to ask for a written quote upfront before leaving their keys here.

When I went outside after the service, I immediately noticed a lug nut was missing. After looking closer, I saw that the wheel stud itself was broken - which I know for a fact was not damaged prior to the repair. When I contacted the mechanic about it, he did not deny breaking it and asked me to go purchase a new stud and lug nut, which I did right away. He said he would return to install it, but after that point communication became very unreliable. I texted several times with no response. When he finally replied "yes" to confirm he would complete the repair, he still never followed through. Since then, my messages have gone unanswered. On top of that, he told me the broken stud was "no big deal" and that he knows someone who drives around with multiple broken studs - which was extremely concerning to hear from someone responsible for vehicle safety. I don't feel comfortable driving with a broken wheel stud, and the situation has been left unresolved. I wish this could have been a positive review, but based on the lack of accountability, poor communication, and safety concerns, it cannot be.

However, when I got my truck back and took a closer look I saw where they put 275/50/20's on my truck. I went back in and two times the guy at the counter was rude and the second time he stayed outside sitting on the sidewalk and wouldn't wait on me. This is an older guy who shouldn't be working around people. My first trip in he was short and kept saying I don't know about everything I asked. The second time he sat outside and completely ignored me. I am so sorry I trusted these guys with my tires.
