Told me what the issue was and how I could fix it myself if I wanted to. Beyond ecstatic, i downloaded the app just to leave feedback. I had been driving in 117 degree heat with no ac and someone from autozone recommended Arthur to recharge my cars freon. I was a little hesitent because i had to go to his house but i was thrilled with the service. He was friendly and professional.
