For some odd reason when I had my Prius I could not get oil changes at Jiffy, but that was over 10 years ago and maybe they didn't carry the synthetic oil I needed...so I suffered horrible wait times at Toyota and often major bummer experiences. Cut to recently, after getting a 2025 CRV, I decided not to use the dealer for my oil, and stopped by this Jiffy location due to it being very close to home. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Not a minute wait time. Went in for quick inspection required for drivers by both Uber and Lyft. Last year had it inserted for Uber here and used same report for Lyft. Told so called 'mechanic' that and he had nerve to tell me I needed to have a separate report for each service. I told him that wasn't true. The fat 'mechanic' then proceeded to write on the top of the report that it was for Uber only and not Lyft. I just used scissors to cut that off and sent into both Uber and Lyft. Incredibly unprofessional, shady, and straight up lying to charge a few extra dollars. read more

I'd definitely be cautious about going here due to the fact that I would want my vehicle actually inspected especially if they're required to by their obligations. They didn't check my lights or clean my front windshield as it states in their checklist but yet it says they did. So now I'm not confident that they did everything else they had checked off on their service checklist. Please value your customers. read more

Changing my review from 5 stars to 1. I have been having my oil changed here for a year and a half. My son decided to change my oil for me as kind of a thank you gift as he is also a mechanic. When he pulled my oil filter off, he brought it in to show me that it was marked at 18,000 and some miles. They had been changing my oil but not my filter. They would try to sell me an air cabin filter to which I always decline because I don't usually have the extra money. They would always bring it in and show me how dirty it is and I would tell them to just please bang it off and put it back in because I didn't have the money to replace it at the time. They never did that either. My air conditioning was eventually only about 20% effective. My son came over and do the whole overall on my car and what a difference! If you are a lady, I highly recommend avoiding this place. It's definitely the old adage of you'll get taken advantage of by the mechanic. This place is all of that. read more

Well, I have gone to many a Jiffy Lube, both in Coachella Valley and in other states (I'm old!). This location has been, hands down, the best and our very favorite! The guys are all terrific...great customer service, attentive and know what they are doing. So I don't just turn to them for the typical oil changes as they offer other services from their mechanics. Today they put rear struts on my Toyota (doesn't use shocks) and changed out the brake lights..but also let me know where the engine is leaking gas (which they can't repair but I have asked a couple of places to determine and they all would charge for that) and directed me to a guy that I will definitely reach out to in the future. I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and a tune up. The mechanics right away began trying to upsell me on tons of unnecessary services. They even told me my brakes were completely worn and even needed the entire brake system replaced in the rear. The cost was $800+. I suspected they were being dishonest and went to Big O Tires across the way for a second opinion. Sure enough there was no problem as I had 75% remaining on my front pads and 80% on the rear. Avoid this place like the plague. Update: Jiffy Lube regional manager reached out to me to offer an apology and has since spoken to the staff about their practices. Kudos to Jiffy Lube for following through with customer care and cleaning house when bad employees slip through the cracks. Normally I have great experiences with Jiffy Lube and will give them another chance for their efforts. read more
