So I was searching for a mechanic to help me with my car. I came to this business and found that he works from his home, I say this because on his webpage an address is given and it is a house in North Indio. So I called and it sounded like a young man, but was really rude. I dont know why he questioned my phone number, I guess my name was not coming up or something. I dont know as I dont call myself, anyway He asked me for my cars vin number, I told him I did not know that, he seemed to get upset and told me that I had a car and did not know my vin number? I mean who the hell knows the freaking vin number??? I told him I did not know that but that I did knew the kind of car that I had. On his webpage, maybe it is a good idea to let the public know that when we call, have the vin number ready. It was a waist of time. Very responsive, nice guy. I had an emissions indicator light come on my Odyssey while visiting. He was able to get my car back to me by midday the next day because the part i needed wasn't available until 10. I asked him as an aside to check out my battery since it unexpectedly dies while running my radio not very long. He looked into it, said the battery was fine but noticed a lot of corrosion. He offered to clean off the corrosion for a fee but I declined. I picked up my car, paid what we discussed and just now four days later I went to clean the corrosion off myself and he had done it for me without an extra charge. Whoa. My Nissan versa needed Freon refilled since the air was blowing very warm, Not only did Arthur empty and replenished with new Freon it blows colder now then when it was new.
