Best auto shop It is very difficult these days to find any company who will stand by their work. Wrench Works does! I have a vehicle that some years can throw a very difficult to diagnose code. One of those "something's wrong and it could be 4,000 different things" code. Wrench Works tracked the code and fixed the problem. The code came back on right away for me after I drove away. Another shop could have said it was a different problem and had me back in for more costly repairs. Wrench Works stood by their work and integrity. Once again, Wrench Works comes through on top. last Month, My Grandsons 06 Mustang was towed to WW. It had been at a shop in Dixon for 6weeks. It cost me over a thousand dollars for a repair (TPS) and oil change, that did not fix the problem. This car kept throwing codes and going into limp mode (under 40mph). Christian, contacted me every day on how to proceed and progress. Needless to say he had car up and running in less than a week. He made a strong recommendation on suspension repairs that i have addressed myself. I recommend everyone to them. I do most of my easier repairs myself, but when it gets tough. Then after trying to find a shop to do the work (but all where closed or booked up) he said he would do the work! Amazing customer service. I came to Wrench Works after 2 Vacaville auto repair shops could not help me with my 99 Suburban that had a bad lifter tick, oil leaking from the manifold, and a coolant leak. One shop told me to replace the engine, ($6500). Another shop told me to put Lucas oil stabilizer in, no help but did gum up everything. Finally Luke told me that he would just put new lifters in and do a valve adjustment. He also replaced the Valve cover gaskets and put a new heater hose connector in. My daughter bought a dump of a car and she needed brakes. I looked on Yelp and this place had nothing but 5 star reviews. I decided to make this a teachable moment for her. We took the car in and everyone from Jasmine at the front desk to the mechanics were excellent. Their pricing was a little higher however, they guarantee their pricing for two years and they use your car's parts. They also scan they other brakes to see how much brake life you have in those until you need to have those done. Sometimes we pay a smidge more but for quality work, it well worth it.
