PLEASE READ. Upset by the way things turned out after all. I wrote an initial review about my bad experience, and the owner responded, and they tried to fix it, which I can appreciate. However, the solution they gave, they didn't follow up through with due to obstacles (none caused by my application) but from things on their end. The first time this happened they said it couldn't be completed because something went wrong with the unit and they had to rent the apartment to an existing tenant due to "emergency" fixtures. I understand that. In fact, I can even admit it's nice of them to be looking out for their current tenants. However, the same thing has happened...AGAIN! And I think one of the worst parts is that I still am the one that has to keep calling to get updated, even though they do tell you that they will let you know as soon as something changes. For some reason, when I call, I'm hit with such news and COINCIDENTLY/ conveniently (for them) they just so happened to be informed of said news that same morning IM CALLING (and I must state that I don't call everyday). I get that this might be just plainly a bad situation for me, but if you guys know you won't rent out, why offer solutions you can't go through with? Which also begs the most important question: Why do you guys keep vacant apartments to move in current tenants because their current apartments are defective? Thats NOT fair to ANYONE. They did say to keep an eye out for new listings, but honestly, this seems to be a common issue with them, and I quite frankly don't have any more time for games. My husband and I were extremely impressed with Luisa's responsiveness and attentiveness during our visit to Falcon. It is rare to find real estate agents who are so quick to respond and are genuinely kind and well-spoken. Luisa's strong morals are evident, and it is clear that she comes from a good family. I have a cockroach problem. I have requested 3 times. They won't resolve it. Now I have to call a Lawyer. The cockroaches were here when I moved in. California has strict laws about this and apparently they don't know them. It's disgusting to even have cockroaches in the bedroom! I can't have people over! I have lived in a 3 rd world country and never has cockroaches. They are even outside the apartments and all over at night. I have a right to live in a cockroach free home. I hate that I have to ask repeatedly . They need to fumigate with a tent! read more

I lived at a Wright-managed apartment complex for 4+ years. While living there, policies were implemented that seemed unfair and targeted some residents while others could avoid being subject to these rules. The move-out process was the most frustrating part of my interactions with them. After going out of my way to thoroughly clean and repair normal wear and tear issues within the unit (I did live there for 4-5 years after all), I was incredibly disappointed with the unprofessionalism of the management company. They tried to charge an arbitrary $200 cleaning fee despite the unit being left in better condition than it was given to me. Additionally, I was charged inordinate amounts for replacing items like blinds, carpet, and lightbulbs, when these items could have had simpler repairs or should not have been charged to me. I took responsibility for the repairs and charges that were reasonable and was asking for a very detailed and specific portion of my deposit back. I met with Stacy to discuss my discrepancies with the charges and was promised follow-up communication regarding a resolution. Then I was ghosted for months. She didn't reply to emails or phone calls. Wright kept my full deposit so I would imagine they were happy to not resolve things. After no reply for months, I filed a formal letter informing Wright I would be taking them to small claims court to recover a portion of my deposit. Only after this letter did I receive a reply back and I was able to negotiate a partial return of my deposit. It was an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience. Overall, this management team is highly incompetent, lacks professional communication skills, and will try to rob you of your own money to make a profit. Make sure you take tons of pre-move-in and move-out photos and document everything if you live in a Wright-managed property and be ready to fight your case. read more

I tried going to an open house today at 5 pm. On my way there I notice the office closes at 5. So I called the office to let them know I was 5-10 minutes late. That way the agent didn't think I was not going to show up. The lady at the office let me know the agent is supposed to be there for 30 mins so as long as I arrived during that time I would be fine. I arrived at 5:10. Walked to the property and no one was there. I tried calling the office but by this time everyone must have gone home. read more

After several days of my agent and I trying to contact this company and getting no response, I tracked down their office number and called directly. Natasha answered and after answering some questions for me told me there was a showing today and I could schedule online. I explained I was driving and could she help me set it up as the showing was directly with her. She audibly sighed and I apologized, she said "it was fine she was just doing a report and this is why it's would just be easier for me to do it online" We met her later at the property and she was very short with us and pretty rude. Seemed very put out by being there. No incentive to become a tenant at all. I liked the house but did not like the feeling she left us with. Came home and looked up the company here. I'm glad I did. Between our experience and the reviews here, we will not be applying for the property even though we are highly qualified renters. Update on 2/23/2017 It has been over 21 days since my move out date and I still have yet to receive my security deposit. They texted us in Feb 9th asking us to confirm the address. Today we emailed them to inform them that we haven't received it yet and they replied saying they sent it out on Feb 3rd. ???????????????? How can they have sent it out on the 3rd if they didn't get an address confirmation until after the 9th?!?!?!?! Just proof that this company is filled with lies on top of lies. They responded saying they won't mail out another one if the first one wasn't sent back to them. That makes very little sense. Where's the proof that they sent the first one to begin with? Something of this importance should have been sent certified mail. Where's the tracking number? No proof whatsoever. So now we are stuck with no security deposit back. So frustrating. They also emailed my ex husband asking him to tell me to take down my reviews claiming my reviews are filled with false accusations. If they were professionals, they would contact me directly to achieve a common ground and do something to assuage my beliefs. But they know that everything I'm saying is true and just don't have the guts to talk to me like a human being. read more

Warning: DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. I spent almost 3 years as a tenant, when I moved in the house was in terrible shape. the carpet was bad, the air conditioning didn't work(and they would not fix), the heater didn't work. As a single man I went with it. So moving out I took extra special care to clean and prep the house I rented a carpet cleaner for two days.To clean a carpet that should have been replaced before I moved in. We spent over a week making sure the home was cleaned. During the walk thru nothing was said of it not being up to par, and no notification that these issues needed to be done. It was in better condition then when I moved out. they over charged for many things. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. THEY ARE SLUM LORDS. read more

Lied to get us to move in. Do not rent from this company. I should have known something was suspicious about this place from the get go, but I was in need of a house to move into. When asked to sign the lease, was told they needed money order done a certain way. I was then made fun of for doing it the way they requested. I asked them to write a lot of nicks and scrapes on the floor of the property, was told, "its not a problem don't worry about it." I was told, I could move in and get a pet. Spent 2 weeks trying to get a hold of them about the pet, and was denied (a small dog too which is what was agreed on). Now I admit, the dog was a verbal agreement, nothing on paper, but still. Scummy. They take ages to get back to you on anything. When writing up the lease, they took well over 2 weeks. I tried to ask them again, and again, for the paperwork, they continued to push it back and push it back. When it was finally time for "move-in day" she finished the paperwork the day before, around noon, told me I needed to finish signing it or we can't move in the next day. One person had a difficult time signing the lease, no communication, instead I had to reach out AGAIN to see what the hold up was, and was given a snarky attitude. Told us the house was in running order, it was not at all. The house had no gas. Which they said they noticed and wrote down and said they would call the gas company. Found out they did not call the gas company to ask why, we had to. The gas company got mad at us for the phone call and asked us why the gas was shut off, because they only shut it off if people do not pay bills or if their was a request, we didn't have the answer to either. Needed a permit to add a washer and dryer in the garage, and I needed paperwork for that from my rental agreement. Still waiting on them so I can LEGALLY put a washer and dryer in the garage because the city won't allow a permit with out the landlord's approval. Considering it took 2 weeks to be told no for a dog, I wonder if I will every get a washer and dryer legally in this house. They have little communication skills as a management company for the tenants. They pray on people who are in need. Have zero communication skills and it is impossible to get a hold of them. I would love to actually speak to the owner of this company instead of the secretary or my "leasing agent" but that would never happen because of lack of communication and zero customer skills. read more

This place is awful!....one of the leasing employees *Cristy* has thee worst costumer service ever! She Didn't show up to the 1st showing of a townhome then the second viewing she was 30 min late as a group of us wait outside in the sun for her (calling to see where she is from management who has no idea) she finally arrives and gets out of her car looking like shit just woke up (leggings band t shirt hair thrown up into a messy bun and slip on bedazzled flats)- I view the place really like it for my family my husband and I apply on a Monday and I call to let them know to look for my application (like it stated on the application) and they said "ok Cristy will call back to confirm".... she NEVER CALLED BACK I called 3 more times during the week to reach her and she's never there doesn't return calls or emails so I finally get ahold of her on that Friday for her to tell me it's in processing and hangs up so I call on Monday for an update on my application as it's been a week and no update and she tells me my husband and I make 50$ less than she is wanting so they quit moving forward on our application then proceeds to hang up! So rude and zero customer service - she needs to be retrained for sure!...disgusted to say the least! read more

I was working with CAS Properties of Glendora and Wright Real Property of San Dimas. Why one property needs two companies to lease it, makes me think they have something to hide. First put in my application on the 30th of January and it took them two weeks to approve us (we more than qualify) Christy and Stacy are almost impossible to get a hold of. I was told the owner of the property wanted to meet us, so we played along. We never met the owner, (Michael) instead he sent his employee. Vicky is super awkward and asked invasive irrelevant questions. She gave my husband the impression they would be the micromanaging type. After we were approved (two weeks later) I asked for a copy of the lease agreement before the signing which took a week to get. The property is older and I asked for recent tests and documents pertaining to lead in the pipes and the paint, not only did I not get calls or emails back I was told that "wasn't standard testing." So they are leasing properties that may or may not have lead? Either they haven't tested their properties, which is negligent or they have and are still letting people live there, which is criminal. I have a 7 month old! These people are impossible to contact and may be renting properties with lead in them. Rent at your own risk seems to be their motto. I would never recommend working with these people. read more
