They told me they were locating a used one and found one in Kentucky. Called and said vehicle was repaired and ready. Wasn't until a while later I realized they had only JB Welded the corner back onto intake and not replaced it. No issues or check engine lights so I let it be. Fast forward two years and I have an oil leak on back valve cover. I went in to get an estimate and told them, by the way, when you did the repair two years ago and YOUR employee dropped and broke it you didn't replace the intake like you said. The estimate was $973 and I said I'll do it myself. When I removed the intake the corner piece was separated from the intake. ( I JB didn't last) I took it to the shop and showed them and said all I should do is grind off old JB Weld and reapply some. I said can't you do it for me since YOUR mechanic broke it. Again, they said all I had to really do was clean it up and put some more JB on it. Once again, I said well I think you should do it since you broke it and he said well it would be a week or two because I have mechanics on vacation and etc. etc.. I just shook my head and walked out. I will never give this place anymore business and I will spread the word to all my friends and family. I advise anyone else to do the same!

I appreciate them doing a courtesy inspection on my car each time it is in, they never have made me feel pressured to do any additional work unless I wanted it done. I've been here a few times now, including for oil changes. Each visit I know I am in good hands. They even offer a courtesy vehicle and will drive you where you need to go. They might be priced higher than some surrounding shops, but the service you receive is quality.

I filed a claim concerning the failed turbos on my 2014 Mercedes Benz CLS550. Endurance denied the claim, stating that the problem was preexisting. I strongly disagree with that determination. The dealership mechanic provided information indicating that the vehicle's turbos were in good working condition with no known issues. In addition, the ASE certified mechanic who diagnosed the failure stated that the turbo turbines had failed and that the failure was not the result of mistreatment of the engine. After the denial, I was contacted by Danielle from Endurance's dispute resolution department. Danielle indicated that Endurance would provide monetary assistance to help offset the cost of the turbo repair and that she would provide me with a list of repair shops that could assist me. Unfortunately, the promised assistance never materialized. I did not receive the monetary assistance that was discussed, and my subsequent message requesting follow up has gone unanswered. What makes this especially frustrating is that I did not initiate the offer of monetary assistance. Endurance contacted me and offered it as a way to help resolve the dispute. If a company representative tells a customer that assistance will be provided, the company should honor that commitment or explain in writing why it will not. My concern is no longer limited to the original claim denial. I am also disappointed by Endurance's lack of follow through and communication. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Endurance Warranty. I would be willing to update this review if Endurance contacts me, fairly reviews the mechanical evidence, and follows through on the assistance that was discussed. Dr. Johnny McGrew

I recently had some costly repairs done, the prices were comparable to other places. An out of town mechanic put aftermarket alternator on my vehicle a few years ago, and unfortunately it was not compatible, and the only warranty offered was for another aftermarket part, which was unacceptable. These mechanics know what is needed and make the right decisions for your specific car. I had no other issues with the alternator, and am confident that the recent replacement part of the crankshaft and its components will be reliable as well. Our truck also gets serviced and repaired at Autotech, and no problems. A loaner was provided at no cost, and they have provided transportation when needed as well. I recommend this business often because I've never had any problems.

They worked around the budget that I had said to find the most workable price for me, and then when my transmission shot in my car 2 weeks later, they found a way to connect a minor transmission repair to my radiator and gave it to me for free. Ofallon Garage employed a professional credit/ debit fraudster who is still currently working there. They store the credit card information for months then will use it later, long after the time of a purchase made at Ofallon Garage so the unsuspecting victims wouldn't know where the charges came from. The owner is well aware of this is knowingly having the fraudster dealing with your sensitive data. I've heard of multiple people having fraudulent charges occur on their account. After the mechanic took a look at it, he couldn't figure out the issue and said I would need to take it to a GM dealer. Turns out the mechanic found some wires he had no idea what they were and cut them out. These wires were part of the after market remote start that was installed by another shop. I brought this concern to the shop manager and he said they wouldn't charge us for "looking at it" but they weren't going to fix anything. We were also told that the mechanic who worked on it doesn't work for him but rather works behind the shop. So not only did I pay to tow it to the shop, I had to pay to tow it to a GM dealer to fix the mess they had made cutting the wire harnesses and then pay another $1000 to install a new remote start system all cause they were incompetent, shady and screw people over. I will give them credit for making it look like they were being nice and not charging us to look at it but really they were making sure they couldn't be held liable cause with no charge, no official service was provided and according to the shop it was taken to the mechanic who worked on it "doesn't work for them". Please do not put yourself in that position to be screwed over or taken advantage of and ripped off by OFALLON GARAGE when there are other reputable shops like AUTOTECH or LENS or LTS or MEYER AUTOMOTIVE in the area. I wish I could leave no stars but I had to put atleast 1 which they definitely do not deserve
