Omg this place is amazing. Found it by accident and wow!!! My only complaint is they don't have one in the west valley. But until there is I'll drive the 30 min to eat here. All the other reviews complaining don't listen. They're amazing, fresh and cheap. Definitely one of my new fave places and will be back. This place has something for EVERYONE. Their menu is crazy big, and the options are seemingly endless. I got their veggie burger which was super delicious, and their fries were amazing too. They have a nice condiment bar so you can pick whatever you want on your meal, so that's really appreciated as well. This place is sooooo good! My fiancé got the Super Sam Philly & fries, he literally inhaled it and said it was delicious. I got the fish & shrimp with fries. The breading was well seasoned and fried perfectly. You get a nice big chunk of good fish and the shrimps are the big ones not the teeny tiny ones. The staff was friendly, the restaurant is decorated very fun and inviting. Their shirts have funny puns on them which we got a good chuckle out of. The food, when received as ordered, is amazing. The problem is, I have ordered for delivery three times now, and three times my order was either incomplete, or incorrect. The first time, I ordered fries, and received none. The second time, I ordered no mayo, no ketchup and no onions. I got onions. No problem, I picked them off. I tried again today, same order. This time, I got mayo, ketchup, and onions. Sadly, I will not be ordering from them again. I hate to wait 40 minutes for food to be delivered only to find I can't eat it. read more

Their Poke bowl rices are super hard, dried, and not fully cooked. They used regular Rice's not sushi rice. They should considering changing their rices to sushi rices or cook their current rices with more water. I do like their topping, but not their rices. If they do change, their poke bowls will be very good. read more

I really could give all five stars if it wasn't for one employee that works at WTF. She is know for charging for a larger drink then tell you that "oh I didn't here you say." Knowing full damn well she did (that's partly why my damn bill is so damn high) Much props to the very beautiful young lady at the end of the counter that makes sure your get the right order. Along with the burgers; there are several types of gyros, cheese steak sandwiches, French fries plates and yes; even salads. (Secret: you can get grilled peppers and onions on just about everything.) Talk about a foodies heaven. Portions are on the large size so it's easy to over order. I had a south gyro and an order of WTF fries. I ate 1/3 of the sandwich and 1/4 of the fries. Needless to say, I had a fantastic lunch for the next two days. I wasn't about to leave a French frie uncared for. Another tip: it's the only place that I know of that carries Kool aid slush. Stopped by last week and was pleasantly surprised at this place, the catfish and shrimp are great and flavored well, the prices were reasonable they had great customer service. WTF is right because this place left me stunned at how good everything was. My pastrami burger was fantastic! Juicy, meaty and cheesy. My boyfriend's cheese steak burger was also so freaking good neither one of us could decide which was better. We ordered curly fries and at first were disappointed because we got these like fry chips instead but man, forget curly fries. These were way better than any curly fry I've ever eaten. Ive eaten here a couple of times and do deliveries here. Before the pandemic I thought it was an ok place. Mediocre fast food with a twist. Then the pandemic hit and they endangered people's lives. Even after the city of Phoenix invoked a mask mandate their staff did not wear them in the kitchen. I asked them why and was told that they had not heard about the mandate. I told the person I spoke to that they should look into it. I came back a couple of weeks later and still not masking. I just can't wrap my head around that. (I was not eating there I had to pick up orders for delivery). I called non emergency police so that someone could inform them about the mandate. The next time I delivered they still didn't have masks on. They ignored me and when I asked where my customers order was they stated that they weren't serving me because they know I called the police. We have filled hospitals right now so it is absolutely my duty to follow the mayors guidelines, which is to call non emergency police when businesses are not complying and risking public health. I care about my community and my customers and really hope that they find their empathy for the people they serve who might be high risk. read more
