There seemed to be only one host, one overwhelmed server, and a couple of busboys trying to hold the entire operation together with determination and caffeine fumes. The one thing I wasn't particularly pleased with was the ordering system where they use the kiosk system as you would find at McDonald's. You notify them whether you're going to be takeout or eat in and you designate which table you're sitting at and they bring the food to you once prepared. This system clearly cuts down on manpower and can be very efficient based on the skill of the user.
