When I was driving to work early one morning, my transmission seemed to be getting rather hesitant and, for lack of a better term, "grabby." After work the problem had gotten MUCH worse, and I was lucky that my car even GOT me to Link Automotive. Since they couldn't get to my car until the next day, they were kind enough to give me a courtesy drive home. The next day they called to tell me that a couple of transmission cooling lines had to be replaced. I authorized the repairs, they ordered the parts, and a couple of days later my car was driving just fine. They explained that one cooling line had completely rusted through and the other was almost as bad, so I had lost most of my transmission fluid. Worst case scenario was needing a new transmission, but fortunately that was not necessary. So I HIGHLY recomment Link Automative should you ever need transmission work done.

He later called back and I told him that was not appropriate he said oh well I was driving. He told me to call at 7:30am the next day which I did and then once again he ignored all my calls. I drove out there anyway and then he acted like I didn't call. I said I did and he said well I wasn't here. Once again another lie and more of the run around. He said he was not able to do it today. I said I was tired of this and he said well be tired I don't care. He insulted both my husband and I on the phone later that day when we both tried to call him. Later he even had someone tell us he was not available and in the bathroom. What a coward. He couldn't even be man enough to just own up to whatever his problem was. So now I've paid 1600.00 and still have problems that were supposed to be covered by his work as well as my same old parts he put back in my car instead of putting new parts in as he promised. I highly do not recommend! BEWARE.
