Like the last time here they recommended the Chilean Seabass. What a shock, it's the most expensive item on the menu. Three people got it, they all said it was OK to good. I ordered the blackened mahi-mahi. By the description, it sounded good, I've had it other places, I've enjoyed it. Well, there's always a first time that it wasn't very good. That bs this time. To start, the portion size is decent. I understand we were a fairly large group, but they need to figure out a way to bring the food out at least warm. The most disappointing part of the fish was how dry it was. The second most disappointing part about the fish was how it lacked blackened seasoning. One other person also got the same menu item and had the exact same comments. I did start out with a side salad and it was acceptable. The lettuce was not too flimsy. It included goat cheese and candied pecans. Their house dressing, which was a vinaigrette, tasted bitter. We ordered five different appetizers. No super compliments on the any of them. I didn't try them all. I did try the crab cakes, they seemed to be missing crab. I paid the bill. When the server asked me, how was everything? I replied "not very good". Thank God the foods were good enough...because basically everything else was sub-par on this night.
